精囊炎是男性常见感染性疾病之一，发病年龄多在20～40岁，以血精为主要临床表现，但有急性和慢性之分，个体差异大，临床表现不尽相同。急性者尿急、尿痛症状明显，并可见排尿困难。慢性者以尿频、尿急，并伴排尿不适、有灼热感为明显。
