皮肤瘙痒症系指临床上无原发损害，且以瘙痒为主的感觉功能异常性皮肤病，包括皮肤瘙痒症以及过敏性皮炎、夏季皮炎、湿疹婴儿湿疹和蚊虫叮咬等引起的各种皮肤痒症，在经过中由于搔抓可出现继发性皮肤损害，如抓痕、血痂等，并依据皮肤瘙痒的范围或部位，可分为限局性和泛发性两类，病发时患者身体皮肤瘙痒难耐，而且复发率极高，是一种生活常见多发的皮肤病，经常发作对患者的身心都将承受很大的折磨。皮肤瘙痒反复不愈，会产生很多并发症，如脑动脉硬化、脑水肿和脑肿瘤等甚至产生恶性肿瘤，危害患者健康。
发明内容

一种治疗皮肤瘙痒的中药，包括外用中药组合和内服中药组合，所述外用中药组合，由以下重量份数中药制备而成：苍耳子20-35份、半夏20-35份、艾叶20-35份、牛黄20-35份、谷皮20-35份、白矾18-25份、芦荟18-25份、厚朴18-25份、全蝎18-25份、蛇蜕皮10-15份、百部10-15份、苦参10-15份、地肤子10-15份、土槿皮10-15份、白藓皮10-15份、老生姜10-15份；所述内服中药组合，由以下重量份数中药制备而成：熟地12-18份、丹参12-18份、牛黄12-18份、秋葵12-18份、蝉蜕8-15份、马齿苋8-15份、板蓝根8-15份、大枣8-15份、海螵蛸5-8份、茯苓5-8份、威灵仙5-8份、炒槐花5-8份。

外用中药组合，大火煎30分钟左右，转文火煎20-30分钟，关火，倒入盆中，自然凉至40-50度，搓擦于皮肤上，早晚各一次，每次15分钟以上；所述内服中药组合大火煎30分钟左右，转文火煎20-30分钟，关火，早晚各服用一次。
实验例：累积200个临床皮肤瘙痒患者，选取100个皮肤瘙痒患者为对照组，另外100个皮肤瘙痒患者为实验组。对照组服用现在市面上的用于治疗皮肤瘙痒的药物，且按照说明书服用；实验组服用本发明治疗皮肤瘙痒的中药，一天两次，三天一个疗程。
两个疗程后，对照组皮肤瘙痒患者的治疗情况为：无效：13％，有效38％，痊愈49%；实验组皮肤瘙痒患者的治疗情况为 ：无效：无，有效 3％，痊愈97％。由此可见本发明中药治疗效果良好。
同时本案针对各药味用量调整进行测试，对比结果如下：
1、在本发明最大用量基础上增加各药味用量5份，一种治疗皮肤瘙痒的中药，包括外用中药组合和内服中药组合，所述外用中药组合，由以下重量份数中药制备而成：苍耳子40份、半夏40份、艾叶40份、牛黄40份、谷皮40份、白矾30份、芦荟30份、厚朴30份、全蝎30份、蛇蜕皮20份、百部20份、苦参20份、地肤子20份、土槿皮20份、白藓皮20份、老生姜20份；所述内服中药组合，由以下重量份数中药制备而成：熟地23份、丹参23份、牛黄23份、秋葵23份、蝉蜕20份、马齿苋20份、板蓝根20份、大枣20份、海螵蛸13份、茯苓13份、威灵仙13份、炒槐花13份。患者使用药物一个疗程后，部分患者出现轻微恶心症状。
2、在本发明最少用量基础上减少各药味用量1-5份，一种治疗皮肤瘙痒的中药，包括外用中药组合和内服中药组合，所述外用中药组合，由以下重量份数中药制备而成：苍耳子15份、半夏15份、艾叶15份、牛黄15份、谷皮15份、白矾13份、芦荟13份、厚朴13份、全蝎13份、蛇蜕皮5份、百部5份、苦参5份、地肤子5份、土槿皮5份、白藓皮5份、老生姜5份；所述内服中药组合，由以下重量份数中药制备而成：熟地7份、丹参7份、牛黄7份、秋葵7份、蝉蜕5份、马齿苋5份、板蓝根5份、大枣5份、海螵蛸5份、茯苓3份、威灵仙3份、炒槐花3份。患者使用药物一个疗程后，部分患者仅出现病情轻微减轻，症状无明显好转。
同时本发明针对40名患者进行外用中药组合及内服中药组合进行分别单独使用实验，其中20名患者仅使用外用中药组合搓擦皮肤，另外20名患者仅服用内服中药组合，通过对比实验得出，20名仅使用外用中药组合的患者搓擦皮肤20天以上治愈，20名仅服用内服中药组合的患者服用了至少5个疗程治愈；相对于正常的使用外用中药组合搓擦皮肤及结合服用内服中药组合的2-3疗程治愈，时间大大延长。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明的各药味配伍合理，采用内服外用相结合，见效快、无复发；中药涂抹在痒痛处，对细菌、真菌都有杀灭作用，纯中药、无毒副作用，对皮肤瘙痒症状治疗效果良好。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种治疗皮肤瘙痒的中药，所述外用中药组合，由以下重量克数中药制备而成：苍耳子30克、半夏30克、艾叶30克、牛黄30克、谷皮30克、白矾20克、芦荟20克、厚朴20克、全蝎20克、蛇蜕皮12克、百部12克、苦参12克、地肤子12克、土槿皮12克、白藓皮12克、老生姜12克；所述内服中药组合，由以下重量克数中药制备而成：熟地15克、丹参15克、牛黄15克、秋葵15克、蝉蜕12克、马齿苋12克、板蓝根12克、大枣12克、海螵蛸7克、茯苓7克、威灵仙7克、炒槐花7克。
实施例2
一种治疗皮肤瘙痒的中药，包括外用中药组合和内服中药组合，所述外用中药组合，由以下重量克数中药制备而成：苍耳子35克、半夏35克、艾叶35克、牛黄35克、谷皮35克、白矾25克、芦荟25克、厚朴25克、全蝎25克、蛇蜕皮15克、百部15克、苦参15克、地肤子15克、土槿皮15克、白藓皮15克、老生姜15克；所述内服中药组合，由以下重量克数中药制备而成：熟地18克、丹参18克、牛黄18克、秋葵18克、蝉蜕15克、马齿苋15克、板蓝根15克、大枣15克、海螵蛸8克、茯苓8克、威灵仙8克、炒槐花8克。
实施例3
一种治疗皮肤瘙痒的中药，包括外用中药组合和内服中药组合，所述外用中药组合，由以下重量克数中药制备而成：苍耳子20克、半夏20克、艾叶20克、牛黄20克、谷皮20克、白矾18克、芦荟18克、厚朴18克、全蝎18克、蛇蜕皮10克、百部10克、苦参10克、地肤子10克、土槿皮10克、白藓皮10克、老生姜10克；所述内服中药组合，由以下重量克数中药制备而成：熟地12克、丹参12克、牛黄12克、秋葵12克、蝉蜕8克、马齿苋8克、板蓝根8克、大枣8克、海螵蛸5克、茯苓5克、威灵仙5克、炒槐花5克。
具体典型案例
病例1、张某，男，45岁，山东滕州人，患者常为阵发性背部瘙痒难忍，使用地塞米松等药物治疗一直未治愈，后使用本发明实施例药物3个疗程彻底治愈，随访未见复发。
病例2、王某，女，39岁，山东滕州人，患有丘疹，且患有牛皮癣数年，一直未治愈，患处瘙痒经常出现瘙痒呈加重趋势，且持续性痒，经使用本发明3个疗程，瘙痒完全治愈。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种治疗皮肤瘙痒的中药，其特征在于，包括外用中药组合和内服中药组合，所述外用中药组合，由以下重量份数中药制备而成：苍耳子20-35份、半夏20-35份、艾叶20-35份、牛黄20-35份、谷皮20-35份、白矾18-25份、芦荟18-25份、厚朴18-25份、全蝎18-25份、蛇蜕皮10-15份、百部10-15份、苦参10-15份、地肤子10-15份、土槿皮10-15份、白藓皮10-15份、老生姜10-15份；所述内服中药组合，由以下重量份数中药制备而成：熟地12-18份、丹参12-18份、牛黄12-18份、秋葵12-18份、蝉蜕8-15份、马齿苋8-15份、板蓝根8-15份、大枣8-15份、海螵蛸5-8份、茯苓5-8份、威灵仙5-8份、炒槐花5-8份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗皮肤瘙痒的中药，其特征在于，所述外用中药组合，由以下重量份数中药制备而成：苍耳子30份、半夏30份、艾叶30份、牛黄30份、谷皮30份、白矾20份、芦荟20份、厚朴20份、全蝎20份、蛇蜕皮12份、百部12份、苦参12份、地肤子12份、土槿皮12份、白藓皮12份、老生姜12份；所述内服中药组合，由以下重量份数中药制备而成：熟地15份、丹参15份、牛黄15份、秋葵15份、蝉蜕12份、马齿苋12份、板蓝根12份、大枣12份、海螵蛸7份、茯苓7份、威灵仙7份、炒槐花7份。
3.如权利要求1-2任一所述的一种治疗皮肤痒的中药，其特征在于，所述外用中药组合，大火煎30分钟左右，转文火煎20-30分钟，关火，倒入盆中，自然凉至40-50度，搓擦于皮肤上，早晚各一次，每次15分钟以上；所述内服中药组合大火煎30分钟左右，转文火煎20-30分钟，关火，早晚各服用一次。
