背景技术
乳糜尿是由于各种原因引起乳糜池或胸导管阻塞，远端淋巴管高压、曲张、破裂与尿路交通所致，曲张的淋巴管可穿破人肾盏、输尿管及膀眺。临床上常表现为：尿液呈乳白色或酱油色，或夹杂有乳糜凝块，静置后上浮脂滴,多呈间歇性发作，严重者可呈持续性，每次持续数日或数周。常因高脂饮食、劳累、受凉后诱发或加重，出现单侧或双侧腰背部酸胀或钝痛，有时可因乳糜块和血块阻塞输尿管而发生肾绞痛；如阻塞尿道，还可发生排尿困难或尿潴留。长期反复发作的乳糜尿可出现乏力、消瘦、水肿、贫血等营养不良症状。目前，医学上治疗乳糜尿通常采用肾蒂周围淋巴管剥脱结扎术、腰干淋巴管—精索内静脉(或卵巢静脉)吻合术等方法，但术后复发的可能性较大，且手术风险大。
中医认为，乳糜尿是与脾肾两脏有关，脾虚则中气下陷，吸收消化功能减弱，导致清浊不分，下注膀肌，而见小便混浊；肾虚则内热暗生，扰伤脉络，于是凝血下流，而见乳糜血尿。
根据中医理论，针对乳糜尿的发病机理，以健脾补肾、清热利湿为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

实施例 4
一种治疗乳糜尿的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：茯苓23g，黄芪12g，杜仲18g，海藻7g，萆薢18g，金樱子12g，白花蛇舌草18g，鹿含草7g，太子参18g，覆盆子12g，狗肝菜13g，头发七12g，凤尾草18g，白扁豆12g，大青叶13g，桑枝12g，芡实18g，桑螵蛸7g，栀子18g，白芨7g，黄精18g，熟地黄12g，血余炭13g。
实施例 5
一种治疗乳糜尿的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：茯苓17g，黄芪18g，杜仲12g，海藻13g，萆薢12g，金樱子18g，白花蛇舌草12g，鹿含草13g，太子参12g，覆盆子18g，狗肝菜7g，头发七18g，凤尾草12g，白扁豆18g，大青叶7g，桑枝18g，芡实12g，桑螵蛸13g，栀子12g，白芨13g，黄精12g，熟地黄18g，血余炭7g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗乳糜尿的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例77例，其中男42例，女35例，年龄30～60岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、以小便混浊，乳白如泔浆，解时无疼痛为主症；
2、每因进食油腻、蛋白饮食或劳累过度而诱发或加重；
3、小便乳糜定性试验阳性，查尿常规有蛋白、红细胞；尿离心沉淀或可查到微丝蚴；
4、必要时作膀胱镜检查，可明确病位。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次服用，六天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：症状消失，尿常规正常，尿乳糜试验连续3次阴性；
2、好转：症状基本控制，实验室检查有好转；
3、未愈：症状及实验室检查无变化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药6-12个疗程，治愈50例，好转19例，未愈8例。治疗期间对中药品临床引起各类型的过敏反应、疑为药物引起人体各系统、器官、组织的功能和形态方面的异常、疑为药物引起癌症等致突变反应、药物的依赖性以及认为重要或有价值的其他不良反应进行了评价，即中药品不良反应（ADR）评价，未发生不良反应和毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：曲某，男，54岁。患者就诊时自述：一个月前出现小便混浊，尿液呈乳白色，下腹隐隐作痛，伴有腰酸乏力，在当地医院检查为：乳糜尿。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂5个疗程后，自觉不适感减轻，尿液逐渐正常；继续服用4个疗程，症状消失，尿常规正常，治愈。
病例2：王某，女，33岁。患者诊时自述：2年前患有乳糜尿，通过手术治疗后治愈；近一个月来复发，再次出现乳白色尿液，伴有血尿，劳累后症状更为明显。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂4个疗程，血尿消失，尿液逐渐正常；续服4个疗程后，各症状消失，医院乳糜尿实验连续3次阴性，治愈。随访一年未复发。

1.一种治疗乳糜尿的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：茯苓10-30份，黄芪10-20份，杜仲10-20份，海藻5-15份，萆薢10-20份，金樱子10-20份，白花蛇舌草10-20份，鹿含草5-15份，太子参10-20份，覆盆子10-20份，狗肝菜5-15份，头发七10-20份，凤尾草10-20份，白扁豆10-20份，大青叶5-15份，桑枝10-20份，芡实10-20份，桑螵蛸5-15份，栀子10-20份，白芨5-15份，黄精10-20份，熟地黄10-20份，血余炭5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗乳糜尿的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：茯苓20份，黄芪15份，杜仲15份，海藻10份，萆薢15份，金樱子15份，白花蛇舌草15份，鹿含草10份，太子参15份，覆盆子15份，狗肝菜10份，头发七15份，凤尾草15份，白扁豆15份，大青叶10份，桑枝15份，芡实15份，桑螵蛸10份，栀子15份，白芨10份，黄精15份，熟地黄15份，血余炭10份。
