背景技术
蛇咬伤指被蛇牙咬入了肉，特别是指被通过蛇牙或在蛇牙附近分泌毒液的蛇咬入后所造成的一个伤口。被无毒的蛇咬了以后，就像治疗一个针眼大小的伤口一样。而被毒蛇咬伤，可能很严重，这要由受伤者形体的大小、咬伤的部位、蛇毒注入的量、蛇毒吸收到病人血循环的速度以及被咬和应用特异的抗蛇毒血清间隔时间的长短而定。
全世界共有蛇类2500种，其中毒蛇约650余种，威胁着十亿人口的广大地区。估计每年被毒蛇咬伤的人数在30万以上，死亡率约为10％。我国两广地区蛇害严重，每年蛇咬伤的发病率约为万分之二十五。我国蛇类有160余种，其中毒蛇约有50余种，有剧毒、危害剧大的有10种，如大眼镜蛇、金环蛇、眼镜蛇、五步蛇、银环蛇、蝰蛇、腹蛇、竹叶青、烙铁头、海蛇等，咬伤后能致人于死亡。这些毒蛇夏秋屯在南方森林、山区、草地中出现，当人在割草、砍柴、采野果、拔菜、散步、军训时易被毒蛇咬伤。
毒蛇的头多呈三角形，颈部较细，尾部短粗，色斑较艳，咬人时嘴张得很大，牙齿较长。毒蛇咬伤部常留两排深而粗的牙痕。无法判定是否毒蛇蛟伤时，按毒蛇咬伤急救。但人们被毒蛇咬伤一般都在野外，不可能预知会被何种毒蛇咬伤而准备合适的抗蛇毒血清，同时又没有一种合适应付各种毒蛇咬伤的药物。

本发明的组合配方按照质量配比选用如下：制雄黄10份；白芷9份；山豆根11份；连翘6份；朱砂根6份；寮刁竹11份；必拔6份；制黄柏11份；天花粉11份；细辛9份；田七16份；木贼6份；川百足9份；红花11份和制大黄11份；将按此成份的粉状物制成散剂或片状或胶囊。
本发明中：
制雄黄、燥湿，祛风，杀虫，解毒。治疥癣，秃疮，痈疽，走马牙疳，缠腰蛇丹，破伤风，蛇虫蟹伤，腋臭，臁疮，哮喘，喉痹，惊痫，痔瘘。
白芷、性温，味辛，气芳香，微苦。祛风湿，活血排脓，生肌止痛。用于头痛、牙痛、鼻渊、肠风痔漏、赤白带下、痈疽疮疡、皮肤瘙痒。
山豆根、清火，解毒，消肿，止痛。治喉痈，喉风，喉痹，牙龈肿痛，喘满热咳，黄疸，下痢，痔疾，热肿，秃疮，疥癣，蛇、虫、犬咬伤。
连翘、清热解毒，消肿散结，疏散风热，有“疮家圣药”之称。治温热，丹毒，斑疹，痈疡肿毒，瘰疬，小便淋闭，清心火。
朱砂根、苦辛，凉。清热解毒，散瘀止痛。治上感，扁桃体炎，急性咽峡炎，白喉，丹毒，淋巴结炎，劳伤吐血，心胃气痛，风湿骨痛，跌打损伤。
寮刁竹、镇痛，止咳，利水消肿，活血解毒。治胃痛，牙痛，风湿疼痛，经期腹痛，慢性气管炎，腹水，水肿，痢疾，肠炎，跌打损伤，湿疹，荨麻疹，毒蛇咬伤。
必拔、有温中、散寒、下气、止痛的作用。性热；归脾、胃、大肠经，用于胃寒引起的腹痛、呕吐、腹泻、冠心病心绞痛、神经性头痛及牙痛等。
黄柏，功效是清热解毒、清热燥湿，黄柏的作用是治湿热痢疾、泄泻、黄疸、梦遗、淋浊、带下等。
天花粉、其具体功效是清热泻火，生津止渴，排脓消肿。主治：治热病口渴、消渴、黄疸、肺燥咳血、痈肿、痔痿。
细辛、祛风,散寒,行水,开窍。治风冷头痛,鼻渊,齿痛,痰饮咳逆,风湿痹痛。
田七、性温，味甘、微苦。散瘀止血，消肿定痛。用于咯血，吐血，衄血，便血，崩漏，外伤出血，胸腹剌痛，跌扑肿痛。
木贼、疏风散热，解肌，退翳。治目生云翳，迎风流泪，肠风下血，血痢，脱肝，疟疾，喉痛，痈肿。
川百足、祛痰止咳；解郁散瘀。主咳嗽痰多；胸胁疼痛；跌打损伤。
红花、性温，味辛，归心、肝经，功能活血通经、祛瘀止痛。有轻度兴奋心脏、降低冠脉阻力、增加冠脉流量和心肌营养性血流量的作用；保护和改善心肌缺血，缩小心肌梗死范围；红黄色素分离物能对抗心律失常；煎剂、水提液、红花黄色素等能扩张周围血管、降低血压。能抑制血小板聚集，增强纤维蛋白溶解，降低全血粘度。
制大黄、功效:通便润燥，消食化滞。主治:胃肠积滞，湿热下痢，口渴不休，停食停水，胸热心烦，大便燥结，小便赤黄。

1.一种浓缩风湿胶丸，制组成配方包括千年健、海风藤、千斤拔、血风根、吊风根、宽筋藤、鸡血藤、骨碎补、金狗毛、红花、川芎、当归、生地黄、血竭、三七、杜仲、牛七和续断；其特征在于：
组成配方的各组分份数为：
千年健4-6份；海风藤6-8份；千斤拔9-11份；
血风根9-11份；吊风根9-11份；宽筋藤4-6份；
鸡血藤6-8份；骨碎补4-6份；金狗毛4-6份；
红花1-3份；川芎1-3份；当归9-11份；
生地黄4-5份；血竭2-4份；三七4-6份；
杜仲1-3份；牛七2-4份；续断2-4份；
各组份之和为100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种浓缩风湿胶丸，其特征在于：经提取、干燥、浓缩、粉碎后制得。
