本发明公开了一种产妇免水洗发液制备方法，步骤如下：将橄榄油PEG‑7酯类、棕榈醇，加热，冷却；将乙二胺四乙酸二钠加水搅拌，再将西吡氯胺和卞索氯胺加水搅拌，再将水溶硅油，芦荟和维生素E加水搅拌；将上述两步骤产物混合，搅拌，将烷基糖苷和椰油两性醋酸钠加入搅拌；再将西吡氯胺和波罗布尔加入搅拌。本发明的优点在于：该配方具有温和、杀菌、去屑和滋润的作用。

本发明涉及一种日化领域技术，特别涉及一种产妇免水洗发液制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，消费者对洗发护发本身的要求正在发生着变化。除了基本的洗发护发目的之外，消费者将越来越关注头发的健康以及洗发护发剂的其他附加功能，并且能和自身的个人条件密切吻合。目前，市场上一次性免洗帽的洗发护发剂，人们使用时会使头发没有光泽，更严重的会刺激头部皮肤，产生头屑现象。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案为：，一种产妇免水洗发液制备方法，所述西吡氯胺(简称，CPC)应用于帽的用量为0.44～0.84g，卞索氯胺(简称，CAS)应用于帽的用量为0.022～0.084g，烷基糖苷(简称，APG)应用于帽的用量为0.44～2.0g，椰油两性醋酸钠应用于帽的用量为0.44～2.0g，水溶硅油应用于帽的用量为0.22～0.84g，芦荟应用于帽的用量为0.22～0.28g，维生素E(简称，VE)应用于帽的用量为0.22～0.28g，橄榄油PEG-7酯类应用于帽的用量为1.1～2.0g，棕榈醇应用于帽的用量为1.1～2.0g，乙二胺四乙酸二钠(简称，EDTA-Na2)应用于帽的用量为0.22～0.28g，布罗布尔应用于帽的用量为0.022～0.028g，水应用于帽的用量为213.532～274.344g。
此外，制备一种产妇免水洗发液制备方法，包括如下步骤：(1)将橄榄油PEG-7酯类0.5份、棕榈醇0.5份，加热至60度3000转均质30分钟后冷却40度待用；(2)将乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1份，加入水中搅拌5分钟，再将西吡氯胺0.2～0.3份和卞索氯胺0.01～0.03份，加入水中搅拌5分钟，再依次将水溶硅油0.1～0.3份，芦荟0.1份，维生素E0.1份，加入水中搅拌5分钟；(3)将步骤(1)中的混合物加入到步骤(2)的混合物中，搅拌15分钟后，将烷基糖苷0.2～0.5份，椰油两性醋酸钠0.2～0.5份，加入搅拌5分钟；(4)再将西吡氯胺0.2～0.3份，波罗布尔0.01份，加入搅拌15分钟。
本发明的优点在于：人们在使用这种免冲洗干洗帽时，具有温和、杀菌、去屑和滋润的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1
一种产妇免水洗发液制备方法，采用的配方及其重量是：西吡氯胺(简称，CPC)0.44g、卞索氯胺(简称，CAS)0.022g、烷基糖苷(简称，APG)0.44g、椰油两性醋酸钠0.44g、水溶硅油0.22g、芦荟0.22g、维生素E(简称，VE)0.22g、橄榄油PEG-7酯类1.1g、棕榈醇1.1g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠(简称，EDTA-Na2)0.22g，布罗布尔0.022g和水274.344g。
上述免冲洗干洗帽洗发护发剂的配方的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
(1)将橄榄油PEG-7酯类1.1g、棕榈醇1.1g，加热至60度3000转均质30分钟后冷却40度待用；
(2)将乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.22g，加入水中搅拌5分钟，再将西吡氯胺0.22g和卞索氯胺0.022g，加入水中搅拌5分钟，再依次将水溶硅油0.22g，芦荟0.22g，维生素E0.22g，加入水中搅拌5分钟；
(3)将步骤(1)中的混合物加入到步骤(2)的混合物中，搅拌15分钟后，将烷基糖苷0.44g，椰油两性醋酸钠0.44g，加入搅拌5分钟；
(4)再将西吡氯胺0.22g，波罗布尔0.022g，加入搅拌15分钟。
下表为本实施例的免冲洗干洗帽洗发护发剂与市场上一次性免洗帽洗发护发剂使用的对比：
结论：采用本发明方法，具有温和、去屑、滋润的作用。
实施例2
一种免冲洗干洗帽洗发护发剂的配方，采用的配方及其重量是：西吡氯胺(简称，CPC)0.84g、卞索氯胺(简称，CAS)0.084g、烷基糖苷(简称，APG)2.0g、椰油两性醋酸钠2.0g、水溶硅油0.84g、芦荟0.28g、维生素E(简称，VE)0.28g、橄榄油PEG-7酯类2.0g、棕榈醇2.0g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠(简称，EDTA-Na2)0.28g，布罗布尔0.028g和水213.532g。
上述免冲洗干洗帽洗发护发剂的配方的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
(1)将橄榄油PEG-7酯类2.0g、棕榈醇2.0g，加热至60度3000转均质30分钟后冷却40度待用；
(2)将乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.28g，加入水中搅拌5分钟，再将西吡氯胺0.42g和卞索氯胺0.084g，加入水中搅拌5分钟，再依次将水溶硅油0.84g，芦荟0.28g，维生素E0.28g，加入水中搅拌5分钟；
(3)将步骤(1)中的混合物加入到步骤(2)的混合物中，搅拌15分钟后，将烷基糖苷2.0g，椰油两性醋酸钠2.0g，加入搅拌5分钟；
(4)再将西吡氯胺0.42g，波罗布尔0.028g，加入搅拌15分钟。
下表为本实施例的免冲洗干洗帽洗发护发剂与市场上一次性免洗帽洗发护发剂使用的对比：结论：采用本发明方法，具有温和、去屑、滋润的作用。

1.一种产妇免水洗发液制备方法，其特征在于：所述西吡氯胺应用于帽的用量为0.44～0.84g，卞索氯胺应用于帽的用量为0.022～0.084g，烷基糖苷应用于帽的用量为0.44～2.0g，椰油两性醋酸钠应用于帽的用量为0.44～2.0g，水溶硅油应用于帽的用量为0.22～0.84g，芦荟应用于帽的用量为0.22～0.28g，维生素E应用于帽的用量为0.22～0.28g，橄榄油PEG-7应用于帽的用量为1.1～2.0g，棕榈醇应用于帽的用量为1.1～2.0g，乙二胺四乙酸二钠应用于帽的用量为0.22～0.28g，布罗布尔应用于帽的用量为0.022～0.028g，水应用于帽的用量为213.532～274.344g。
2.一种产妇免水洗发液制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
(1)将橄榄油PEG-7酯类0.5份、棕榈醇0.5份，加热至60度3000转均质30分钟后冷却40度待用；
(2)将乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1份，加入水中搅拌5分钟，再将西吡氯胺0.2～0.3份和卞索氯胺0.01～0.03份，加入水中搅拌5分钟，再依次将水溶硅油0.1～0.3份，芦荟0.1份，维生素E0.1份，加入水中搅拌5分钟；
(3)将步骤(1)中的混合物加入到步骤(2)的混合物中，搅拌15分钟后，将烷基糖苷0.2～0.5份，椰油两性醋酸钠0.2～0.5份，加入搅拌5分钟；
(4)再将西吡氯胺0.2～0.3份，波罗布尔0.01份，加入搅拌15分钟。
