Abstract

本发明公开了一种伸肌腱止点固定器,包括:固定杆和螺钉,所述固定杆呈门字形,固定杆两端设有固定环,固定环上开有螺钉孔,螺钉孔为偏心孔;所述螺钉有两个,两个螺钉分别设置在固定环的螺钉孔内。通过上述方式,本发明能够实现肌腱止点线状重建。

伸肌腱止点固定器
技术领域
本发明涉及伸肌腱止点重建内固定材料领域,特别是涉及一种伸肌腱止点固定器。
背景技术
手外伤手指伸肌腱止点撕脱,手术予肌腱止点重建常采用钢丝捆扎、铆钉重建止点。钢丝捆扎手术简单,治疗费用低,但是术后针道护理麻烦,容易引起感染,需二次手术取出内固定,术后患者生活不便,患者不容易接受。近年随着内固定物的发展,用铆钉予肌腱止点重建也经常采用,术后患者不需针道护理,对生活影响小,不需予内固定取出,但术后发现部分病例铆钉有松动,皮下线结反应大。总结引起以上问题的原因有:1)铆钉属点状止点重建,而肌腱止点为线状;2)铆钉固定方向与肌腱力线方向相似;3)止点线结较多、缝线较粗;4)伸肌腱止点背侧皮肤较薄。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种伸肌腱止点固定器,固定器可不予取出,伸肌腱固定器符合肌腱止点线状重建,减少缝线预防线结反应,螺钉固定方向与肌腱力线垂直,术后不易松动,螺钉位置靠两侧,避免顶压伸肌腱止点背侧皮肤。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种伸肌腱止点固定器,包括:固定杆和螺钉,所述固定杆呈门字形,固定杆两端设有固定环,固定环上开有螺钉孔,螺钉孔为偏心孔;所述螺钉有两个,两个螺钉分别设置在固定环的螺钉孔内。
优选的,所述固定杆包括横杆和固定在横杆两端的竖杆,竖杆与横杆之间倾斜设置。
优选的,所述螺钉为松质骨螺钉。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明伸肌腱固定器符合肌腱止点线状重建,减少缝线预防线结反应,螺钉固定方向与肌腱力线垂直,术后不易松动。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。

一种伸肌腱止点固定器,包括:固定杆1和螺钉3,所述固定杆1呈门字形,固定杆1包括横杆和固定在横杆两端的竖杆,竖杆与横杆之间倾斜设置,竖杆两端设有固定环2,固定环2上开有螺钉孔,螺钉孔为偏心孔,拧紧螺钉时固定杆有加压作用;所述螺钉3有两个,螺钉为松质骨螺钉,两个松质骨螺钉分别设置在固定环2的螺钉孔内。可根据指体大小设计不同型号固定杆及螺钉,固定杆压住伸肌腱于止点,两端螺钉拧紧实现固定作用。
伸肌腱止点断裂,肌腱断端无明显缺损,切开皮肤暴露肌腱止点断端,咬除肌腱止点少许骨质。近指间关节屈曲位、远指间关节伸直位时复位伸肌腱止点,然后选择合适大小的固定器,固定杆压住伸肌腱止点,两端螺钉拧紧固定伸肌腱止点,缝合皮肤;术后配合支具制动,近指间关节屈曲位、远指间关节伸直位;术后6周去除外固定开始功能锻炼。固定器可不予取出,伸肌腱固定器符合肌腱止点线状重建,减少缝线预防线结反应,螺钉固定方向与肌腱力线垂直,术后不易松动,螺钉位置靠两侧,避免顶压伸肌腱止点背侧皮肤。

1.一种伸肌腱止点固定器,其特征在于,包括:固定杆和螺钉,所述固定杆呈门字形,固定杆两端设有固定环,固定环上开有螺钉孔,螺钉孔为偏心孔;所述螺钉有两个,两个螺钉分别设置在固定环的螺钉孔内。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的伸肌腱止点固定器,其特征在于:所述固定杆包括横杆和固定在横杆两端的竖杆,竖杆与横杆之间倾斜设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的伸肌腱止点固定器,其特征在于:所述螺钉为松质骨螺钉。
