Abstract
本发明公开了一种防治稻象虫的组合物及其制备方法,包括如下重量份的原料:巴毒磷,15~25份;春千里光碱,10~20份;乙醇,120~140份;水,440~480份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和柠檬酸铁共7~9份,尼泊金甲酯和柠檬酸铁的重量份之比为6~8:1。本发明提供的组合物可以防治稻象虫,可以开发成防治稻象虫的农药,防治效果与原料中增效剂尼泊金甲酯和柠檬酸铁的重量份之比有关,尼泊金甲酯和柠檬酸铁的重量份之比为6~8:1时,防治效果最好。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农药领域,具体涉及一种防治稻象虫的组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
稻象虫又称水稻象鼻虫,在广东局部地区发生为害严重,如茂名、化州一带常暴发成灾。近年有扩大为害范围的趋势,例如珠江三角洲稻区,自1972年以来已蔓延到番禺、中山、新会、南海、佛山、广州等地。除为害水稻外,还食害瓜类、甘蓝、番茄、玉米、油菜、麦类等。成、幼虫均能为害水稻,成虫食害稻苗茎叶,当被害叶伸出后,轻的叶面会出现横排小孔;重的叶片折断漂浮水面。幼虫食害水稻幼嫩须根,被害稻株发黄,严重时抽不出穗,或形成秕谷,甚至成片枯死。
目前尚未见巴毒磷与春千里光碱协同防治稻象虫的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含巴毒磷和春千里光碱的防治稻象虫的组合物及其在农药中的应用。
本发明的上述目的是通过下面的技术方案得以实现的:
一种防治稻象虫的组合物,包括如下重量份的原料:巴毒磷,15~25份;春千里光碱,10~20份;乙醇,120~140份;水,440~480份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和柠檬酸铁共7~9份,尼泊金甲酯和柠檬酸铁的重量份之比为6~8:1。
进一步地,所述的防治稻象虫的组合物包括如下重量份的原料:巴毒磷,20份;春千里光碱,15份;乙醇,130份;水,460份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和柠檬酸铁共8份,尼泊金甲酯和柠檬酸铁的重量份之比为7:1。
进一步地,所述的防治稻象虫的组合物包括如下重量份的原料:巴毒磷,15份;春千里光碱,10份;乙醇,120份;水,440份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和柠檬酸铁共7份,尼泊金甲酯和柠檬酸铁的重量份之比为6:1。
进一步地,所述的防治稻象虫的组合物包括如下重量份的原料:巴毒磷,25份;春千里光碱,20份;乙醇,140份;水,480份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和柠檬酸铁共9份,尼泊金甲酯和柠檬酸铁的重量份之比为8:1。
上述组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1,将巴毒磷、春千里光碱和增效剂尼泊金甲酯用乙醇和水溶解;
步骤S2,将柠檬酸铁用水溶解;
步骤S3,缓慢向步骤S1的溶液中添加步骤S2的溶液,边添加边搅拌,即得。
本发明的优点:
本发明提供的组合物可以防治稻象虫,可以开发成防治稻象虫的农药。

实施例1:防治稻象虫的组合物的制备
原料重量份比:
巴毒磷,20份;春千里光碱,15份;乙醇,130份;水,460份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和柠檬酸铁共8份,尼泊金甲酯和柠檬酸铁的重量份之比为7:1。
制备方法:
步骤S1,将巴毒磷、春千里光碱和增效剂尼泊金甲酯用乙醇和水溶解;
步骤S2,将柠檬酸铁用水溶解;
步骤S3,缓慢向步骤S1的溶液中添加步骤S2的溶液,边添加边搅拌,即得。
实施例2:防治稻象虫的组合物的制备

原料重量份比:
巴毒磷,20份;春千里光碱,15份;乙醇,130份;水,460份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和柠檬酸铁共8份,尼泊金甲酯和柠檬酸铁的重量份之比为9:1。
制备方法:
步骤S1,将巴毒磷、春千里光碱和增效剂尼泊金甲酯用乙醇和水溶解;
步骤S2,将柠檬酸铁用水溶解;
步骤S3,缓慢向步骤S1的溶液中添加步骤S2的溶液,边添加边搅拌,即得。
实施例8:效果实施例
采用田间试验分别测试实施例1~7制备的组合物对稻象虫的防治有效率(%)。
试验设药剂处理组1~7和空白对照组,药剂处理组1~7分别喷洒实施例1~7制备的组合物,空白对照组喷洒清水。药剂处理组剂喷洒量以巴毒磷计40g/hm2。小区面积为50m2,随机区组排列。重复4次。采用工农-16喷雾器喷药,喷液量750kg/hm2。参照农业部田间药效试验准则,于药后15d,计算防治有效率(%)。
结果如下表。

实施例2、3的效果与实施例4、5基本一致。
上述结果表明,本发明提供的组合物可以防治稻象虫,可以开发成防治稻象虫的农药,防治效果与原料中增效剂尼泊金甲酯和柠檬酸铁的重量份之比有关,尼泊金甲酯和柠檬酸铁的重量份之比为6~8:1时,防治效果最好。若不添加春千里光碱,本发明组合物的防治有效率不足50%。而且,本发明组合物喷洒药量小,不易残留。

1.一种防治稻象虫的组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:巴毒磷,15~25份;春千里光碱,10~20份;乙醇,120~140份;水,440~480份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和柠檬酸铁共7~9份,尼泊金甲酯和柠檬酸铁的重量份之比为6~8:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防治稻象虫的组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:巴毒磷,20份;春千里光碱,15份;乙醇,130份;水,460份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和柠檬酸铁共8份,尼泊金甲酯和柠檬酸铁的重量份之比为7:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防治稻象虫的组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:巴毒磷,15份;春千里光碱,10份;乙醇,120份;水,440份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和柠檬酸铁共7份,尼泊金甲酯和柠檬酸铁的重量份之比为6:1。

5.权利要求1~4任一所述组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1,将巴毒磷、春千里光碱和增效剂尼泊金甲酯用乙醇和水溶解;
步骤S2,将柠檬酸铁用水溶解;
步骤S3,缓慢向步骤S1的溶液中添加步骤S2的溶液,边添加边搅拌,即得。
