Abstract

本发明公开了一种防治豌豆潜叶蝇的组合物及其制备方法,包括如下重量份的原料:氟虫胺,15~25份;荜茇明碱,10~20份;乙醇,120~140份;水,440~480份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和酒石酸共7~9份,尼泊金甲酯和酒石酸的重量份之比为6~8:1。本发明提供的组合物可以防治豌豆潜叶蝇,可以开发成防治豌豆潜叶蝇的农药,防治效果与原料中增效剂尼泊金甲酯和酒石酸的重量份之比有关,尼泊金甲酯和酒石酸的重量份之比为6~8:1时,防治效果最好。

一种防治豌豆潜叶蝇的组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于农药领域,具体涉及一种防治豌豆潜叶蝇的组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
豌豆潜叶蝇属双翅目,潜叶蝇科,又称油菜潜叶蝇,俗称拱叶虫、夹叶虫、叶蛆等。它是一种多食性害虫,有130多种寄主植物,在蔬菜上主要危害豌豆、蚕豆、茼蒿、芹菜、白菜、萝卜和甘蓝等。
目前尚未见氟虫胺与荜茇明碱协同防治豌豆潜叶蝇的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含氟虫胺和荜茇明碱的防治豌豆潜叶蝇的组合物及其在农药中的应用。
本发明的上述目的是通过下面的技术方案得以实现的:
一种防治豌豆潜叶蝇的组合物,包括如下重量份的原料:氟虫胺,15~25份;荜茇明碱,10~20份;乙醇,120~140份;水,440~480份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和酒石酸共7~9份,尼泊金甲酯和酒石酸的重量份之比为6~8:1。
进一步地,所述的防治豌豆潜叶蝇的组合物包括如下重量份的原料:氟虫胺,20份;荜茇明碱,15份;乙醇,130份;水,460份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和酒石酸共8份,尼泊金甲酯和酒石酸的重量份之比为7:1。
进一步地,所述的防治豌豆潜叶蝇的组合物包括如下重量份的原料:氟虫胺,15份;荜茇明碱,10份;乙醇,120份;水,440份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和酒石酸共7份,尼泊金甲酯和酒石酸的重量份之比为6:1。

步骤S3,缓慢向步骤S1的溶液中添加步骤S2的溶液,边添加边搅拌,即得。

制备方法:
步骤S1,将氟虫胺、荜茇明碱和增效剂尼泊金甲酯用乙醇和水溶解;
步骤S2,将酒石酸用水溶解;
步骤S3,缓慢向步骤S1的溶液中添加步骤S2的溶液,边添加边搅拌,即得。

步骤S3,缓慢向步骤S1的溶液中添加步骤S2的溶液,边添加边搅拌,即得。
实施例8:效果实施例
采用田间试验分别测试实施例1~7制备的组合物对豌豆潜叶蝇的防治有效率(%)。
试验设药剂处理组1~7和空白对照组,药剂处理组1~7分别喷洒实施例1~7制备的组合物,空白对照组喷洒清水。药剂处理组剂喷洒量以氟虫胺计40g/hm2。小区面积为50m2,随机区组排列。重复4次。采用工农-16喷雾器喷药,喷液量750kg/hm2。参照农业部田间药效试验准则,于药后15d,计算防治有效率(%)。
结果如下表。

实施例2、3的效果与实施例4、5基本一致。
上述结果表明,本发明提供的组合物可以防治豌豆潜叶蝇,可以开发成防治豌豆潜叶蝇的农药,防治效果与原料中增效剂尼泊金甲酯和酒石酸的重量份之比有关,尼泊金甲酯和酒石酸的重量份之比为6~8:1时,防治效果最好。若不添加荜茇明碱,本发明组合物的防治有效率不足50%。而且,本发明组合物喷洒药量小,不易残留。

1.一种防治豌豆潜叶蝇的组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:氟虫胺,15~25份;荜茇明碱,10~20份;乙醇,120~140份;水,440~480份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和酒石酸共7~9份,尼泊金甲酯和酒石酸的重量份之比为6~8:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防治豌豆潜叶蝇的组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:氟虫胺,20份;荜茇明碱,15份;乙醇,130份;水,460份;增效剂尼泊金甲酯和酒石酸共8份,尼泊金甲酯和酒石酸的重量份之比为7:1。

步骤S1,将氟虫胺、荜茇明碱和增效剂尼泊金甲酯用乙醇和水溶解;
步骤S2,将酒石酸用水溶解;
步骤S3,缓慢向步骤S1的溶液中添加步骤S2的溶液,边添加边搅拌,即得。
