本发明提供的是改造旧式储粮仓充氮缺氧保粮方法和百物储存仓;目的是解决干百年来无法实现的无毒防虫杀虫,长期保存粮物的难题。主要通过在旧粮仓的底部增设通风底座,配备充氮气的设备来实现充氮气缺氧保粮物的目的。适宜国家和农业大户及广大农村家庭推广使用。更适合专业厂家选择生产销售。

改造旧式储粮仓充氮缺氧保粮方法和百物储存仓
技术领域:本发明公开了一种改造旧式储粮仓充氮缺氧保粮方法和百物储存仓,属储粮方法与装置领域。
背景技术:为了保存收回的五谷粮食,如南方的水稻,北方的小麦,边区的玉米、高梁、小米等主杂粮食;还有红薯、木薯、马铃薯、淮山药等薯类杂粮,国家和农民修建地下地上粮仓,用于储存各种农作物果实。但地下有水潮湿,久存粮食会吸潮霉变,地上的仓储温度高易生虫霉变造成损失,有的还会被老鼠偷吃一空,人们想出了烧制陶瓷缸和用镀锌铁皮制成谷仓用来储存保粮,然而千百年来的储粮方式方法总是无法实现无毒防虫杀虫,更无法实现低温低氧或缺氧长期保存粮食的目的;致使收回的粮食,尤其是稻谷、小麦、玉米等主要的大宗粮食造成至少有10%以上的虫害鼠吃和霉坏变质等重大损失,另有很大部分粮食由于在存放期间反复施放高毒的农药杀虫和混合低毒谷虫净等药粉致使农药残留超标,加上存放时间超长,谷物长期吸氧熟化老化变质致使存粮已不符合人类食用标准,被迫转为作饲料或酒料使用,甚致弃之不用所造成的损失更为严重!为了解决前述问题便是本发明方法和装置的主要目的。
发明内容:为了解决长期储粮难的问题,本发明采用新造新式的粮仓和改造旧式粮仓为新式粮仓的充氮保存方法来解决。所谓新式粮仓是大型的指国家粮仓,小的指采用现市场通用的圆体组合式粮仓,南方人叫谷仓的金属薄板制成的储粮装置,不管是大型小型粮仓均可在其仓底部铺装一层通风底座,并配装一个阀门接口和一台氮气机或一个氮气瓶连接备用。在给粮仓装满谷物之后,全仓充满氮气之后封闭缺氧保存,这样不管是干粮食品或是湿鲜的谷物、薯类、瓜果类、豆类,甚至是新鲜的鱼虾肉类、绿叶蔬菜类都可保存很长时间不变质不生虫;当然,含水量低于14%以下的干粮食物保存的时间会比湿鲜物品更长久。尤其是含水量在12%左右的稻谷小麦、玉米、高梁、小米更适宜采用新式粮仓长期保存。因此又可谓之为百物储存仓充氮缺氧保存方法和装置。

具体实施方案:本发明实施方案是通过将现有通用的国家储备粮仓和农民现用的圆体金属薄板卷制而成的储谷仓(1),在其底部增设一层高目网透气底座(2)和在谷仓底部侧边开设一进气口(3)和阀门接口(4),并配接一台氮气机或一个氮气瓶(5)来实现充氮气缺氧保存粮物的目的。其特征是:在组合式储谷仓(1)的底部内,增装一个承重底架,在承重底架的面上铺设一层100-300目的,厚度0.3-5厘米的防锈金属或塑料网构成承装物品的透气底座(2),在储谷仓(1)的底部侧边开设安装进气口(3)和阀门接口(4),并配备一台充氮气的氮气机或一个储存氮气瓶(5)与储谷仓(1)的阀门接口(4)连接备用。
积极效果:本发明装置,在装满谷物之后,用户可启动储物仓的底部备用充氮气的装置,向储物仓底部向上充满全仓氮气后封闭全仓,实现缺氧保存谷物的目的。充氮气缺氧保存谷物有两大优点:一、可实现无毒防虫杀虫的效果。二、可实现比有氧保存谷物延长保护期一半以上,甚至更长,非常适宜国家、农业大户、广大家庭等需要用到百物储存仓的用户和专业生产厂家推广生产使用。

1.改造旧式储粮仓充氮缺氧保粮方法和百物储存仓,其特征是:为了解决长期储粮难的问题,本发明采用新造新式的粮仓和改造旧式粮仓为新式粮仓的充氮保存方法来解决,所谓新式粮仓是大型的指国家粮仓,小的指采用现市场通用的圆体组合式粮仓,南方人叫谷仓的金属薄板制成的储粮装置,不管是大型小型粮仓均可在其仓底部铺装一层通风底座,并配装一个阀门接口和一台氮气机或一个氮气瓶连接备用,在给粮仓装满谷物之后,全仓充满氮气之后封闭缺氧保存,这样不管是干粮食品或是湿鲜的谷物、薯类、瓜果类、豆类,甚至是新鲜的鱼虾肉类、绿叶蔬菜类都可保存很长时间不变质不生虫;当然,含水量低于14%以下的干粮食物保存的时间会比湿鲜物品更长久,尤其是含水量在12%左右的稻谷小麦、玉米、高梁、小米更适宜采用新式粮仓长期保存,因此又可谓之为百物储存仓充氮缺氧保存方法和装置。
