Abstract
本发明公开了一种基于钙镁硅钾生物活性肥的土壤改良方法,土壤翻耕后施用有机水溶肥,利用农闲田在田间原位堆放,将混合物堆放高30‑100cm左右,堆顶再覆盖一层秸秆以遮光,施用土壤改良剂、土壤调理剂,接种蚯蚓,施加钙镁硅钾生物活性肥,翻耕一遍,将堆置产物翻搅混匀,挖沟将混合物作为肥料施入田中,翻耕一次。本发明肥效长,堆置物、土壤调理剂、土壤改良剂能长期改良土壤肥力,采用的有机碳和生物发酵有机碳滤液能为土壤中微生物提供碳营养,增加土壤中微生物多样性,活化的钙镁硅钾生物肥能够提高作物对微量元素的利用率,螯合态微量元素有效性提高,更容易被作物吸收。

本发明属于土壤修复技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于钙镁硅钾生物活性肥的土壤改良方法。
背景技术
中国化肥市场氮肥以尿素和铵态氮为主,磷肥市场以磷酸一铵,磷酸二铵以及过磷酸钙为主,钾肥以硫酸钾和氯化钾为主,也有很多钙镁硅钾类肥料,但是这些钙镁硅钾类肥料的活性差,吸收效果不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种基于钙镁硅钾生物活性肥的土壤改良方法,旨在解决钙镁硅钾类肥料的活性差,吸收效果不好的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,一种基于钙镁硅钾生物活性肥的土壤改良方法包括:
步骤一、土壤翻耕后按照50kg/亩的量施用有机水溶肥,薄膜覆盖一周;
步骤二、利用农闲田在田间原位堆放,堆料成分为茶叶废弃物40%-45%,牛粪30%-45%, 草木灰5%-20%,豆科作物秸秆15%-20%,蛭石1%-2%,氢氧化钙7%-10%,各组分质量比之和为100%,混合物pH在9.0-12.0;
步骤三、将混合物堆放高30-100cm左右,堆顶再覆盖一层秸秆以遮光,堆置5-10天,翻捣一次,定期浇水保湿,保持湿度70-90%,温度控制在30℃以内再堆置15-25天;
步骤四、按照50kg/亩的量施用土壤改良剂,一周后按照10kg/亩的量施加土壤调理剂;
步骤五、接种蚯蚓,蚯蚓放养密度40-80条/平方米,顶层添加覆盖秸秆避光;
步骤六、按照30kg/亩的量施加钙镁硅钾生物活性肥,翻耕一遍;
步骤七、将堆置产物翻搅混匀,挖沟将混合物作为肥料施入田中,翻耕一次。
进一步,所述的有机水溶肥由氮肥、钾肥、钙肥、锌肥、镁肥、壳聚糖组成;所述氮肥以N元素计,所述钾肥以K2O计,所述钙肥以CaO计,所述锌肥以ZnO计,所述镁肥以MgO计,N:K2O:CaO:ZnO:MgO的质量比为10~ 20:10~30:25~30:0.05~2:5~10;
所述氮肥为氨水、硝酸钙或硝酸钾中的一种以上;
所述钾肥为硝酸钾;
所述钙肥为硝酸钙或氯化钙中的一种以上;
所述锌肥为螯合锌;
所述镁肥为氯化镁。
进一步,所述有机水溶肥的制备方法为:
步骤一、将氮肥、钾肥、钙肥、锌肥、镁肥按比例混合,混合物与水按照质量比1:50混合,得到有机水溶液;
步骤二、将壳聚糖溶解于HAc-NaAc缓冲液中,进行超声波降解;
步骤三、将降解后的壳聚糖与所述有机水溶液按照质量比1:30混合均匀。
进一步,所述土壤改良剂的组分为:
硅酸钾15-20份、海洋贝矿粉20-25份、尿素15-20份、钼酸铵0.1-0.5份、乙二胺四乙酸0.2-2份、己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯0.1-0.5份、复硝酚钠0.1-0.5份、磷矿粉12-15份、氯化钙6-7份、天然硫酸钾镁肥5-7份、矿物质粉18-20份。
进一步,所述土壤调理剂组分为:腐植酸8份-20份,钙镁磷肥15份-25份,草木灰10份-15份,磷酸氢二钾10份-25份、碳酸钾15份-20份,氰胺化钙1-2 份、多聚磷酸钠1-2份、EM复合微生物菌剂3-4份。
进一步,所述土壤调理剂的制备方法为:
步骤一、腐殖酸预处理:腐殖酸是由沼气池发酵后的母液经固液分离,取固体部分沼渣进行风干或烘干;
步骤二、称重:分别按比例称重腐植酸、钙镁磷肥、草木灰、磷酸氢二钾、碳酸钾、氰胺化钙、多聚磷酸钠;
步骤三、混合:将步骤一和步骤二所称原料粉碎后,混合均匀,通过加水,调节混合物料的含水量至60%-80%,得混合料;
步骤四、发酵:在步骤三所得混合料中加入酵母菌,然后堆肥发酵,温度控制在60℃至70℃后,持续25至30天,二至三天翻堆通气一次,当物料水分降至10%以下,无臭味,得到发酵腐熟好的物料;
步骤五、粉碎:将步骤四所得发酵腐熟好的物料再通过翻堆混合均匀后,通过粉碎机粉碎成50目的细粉,加入EM复合微生物菌剂,即得土壤调理剂。
进一步,所述钙镁硅钾生物活性肥的组分为质量比:
多肽10~30%,蚕沙0.5~2.0%,有机碳15~45%,活化的钙镁硅钾 5~15%,多羧酸类螯合微量元素5~10%,水15~45%,总和为100%。
进一步,所述草木灰中按照重量份数计加入木薯渣3-5份、污泥4-5份以及甜菜渣、味精下脚料、甘蔗下脚料和红粘土的任意比例混合物6-8份。
进一步,所述草木灰的制备方法将草木灰、木薯渣、污泥、甜菜渣、味精下脚料、甘蔗下脚料和红粘土进行压榨和干燥后,然后送入颗粒机制成颗粒状肥料。
进一步,所述腐殖酸制备方法采用如下步骤:
步骤A、准备提取剂:在抽提罐中注入清水加温至45—55℃,加入占溶液重量8‰-10‰的碳酸钠、氢氧化钠及三聚磷酸钠的混合物,碳酸钠:氢氧化钠:三聚磷酸钠的重量比为2:5:3,同时开机搅拌;搅拌速度为125—140转/min;
步骤B、加助提剂:在步骤A得到的溶液中加入占溶液重量2.2-2.6‰助提剂,助提剂为邻苯二钾酸氢钾、乙醇和丙三醇的混合物,邻苯二钾酸氢钾:乙醇:丙三醇的重量比为1.5:1.8:1;
步骤C、加原料:在搅拌下徐徐加入风化褐煤原料,加料速度为5-8kg/min;控制溶液温度为55℃-65℃,连续搅拌1—1.5h后放入沉淀池;搅拌速度为75— 100转/min;
步骤D、分离:腐殖酸液在沉淀池中以重力沉降30—40min进行固液分离;
步骤E、成化:分离后的腐殖酸液体存放于罐体中成化10—12h后,以调pH 至4.8-6,磷酸与水的体积比为1:2。
本发明肥效长,堆置物、土壤调理剂、土壤改良剂能长期改良土壤肥力,并能够减缓氮素在土壤中转化成硝态氮,提高氮的利用率;有效提高土壤生物学肥力,减少病害感染率,本发明采用的有机碳和生物发酵有机碳滤液能为土壤中微生物提供碳营养,增加土壤中微生物多样性,微生物多样化后能抑制病原微生物的生长,达到提高土壤生物学肥力的目的;活化的钙镁硅钾生物肥能够提高作物对微量元素的利用率,螯合态微量元素和常规微量元素比较,其有效性提高,螯合后能够缓释,也更容易被作物吸收,不螯合和其他阴离子形成不溶物,硫酸钙、碳酸钙等。

一种基于钙镁硅钾生物活性肥的土壤改良方法,包括:
S101、土壤翻耕后按照50kg/亩的量施用有机水溶肥,薄膜覆盖一周;
S102、利用农闲田在田间原位堆放,堆料成分为利用农闲田在田间原位堆放,堆料成分为茶叶废弃物40%-45%,牛粪30%-45%, 草木灰5%-20%,豆科作物秸秆15%-20%,蛭石1%-2%,氢氧化钙7%-10%,各组分质量比之和为100%,混合物pH在9.0-12.0;
S103、将混合物堆放高30-100cm左右,堆顶再覆盖一层秸秆以遮光,堆置 5-10天,翻捣一次,定期浇水保湿,保持湿度70-90%,温度控制在30℃以内再堆置15-25天;
S104、按照50kg/亩的量施用土壤改良剂,一周后按照10kg/亩的量施加土壤调理剂;
S105、接种蚯蚓,蚯蚓放养密度40-80条/平方米,顶层添加覆盖秸秆避光;
S106、按照30kg/亩的量施加钙镁硅钾生物活性肥,翻耕一遍;
S107、将堆置产物翻搅混匀,挖沟将混合物作为肥料施入田中,翻耕一次。
进一步,所述的有机水溶肥由氮肥、钾肥、钙肥、锌肥、镁肥、壳聚糖组成;所述氮肥以N元素计,所述钾肥以K2O计,所述钙肥以CaO计,所述锌肥以ZnO计,所述镁肥以MgO计,N:K2O:CaO:ZnO:MgO的质量比为10~ 20:10~30:25~30:0.05~2:5~10;
所述氮肥为氨水、硝酸钙或硝酸钾中的一种以上;
所述钾肥为硝酸钾;
所述钙肥为硝酸钙或氯化钙中的一种以上;
所述锌肥为螯合锌;

进一步,所述有机水溶肥的制备方法为:
步骤一、将氮肥、钾肥、钙肥、锌肥、镁肥按比例混合,混合物与水按照质量比1:50混合,得到有机水溶液;
步骤二、将壳聚糖溶解于HAc-NaAc缓冲液中,进行超声波降解;
步骤三、将降解后的壳聚糖与所述有机水溶液按照质量比1:30混合均匀。
进一步,所述土壤改良剂的组分为:
硅酸钾15-20份、海洋贝矿粉20-25份、尿素15-20份、钼酸铵0.1-0.5份、乙二胺四乙酸0.2-2份、己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯0.1-0.5份、复硝酚钠0.1-0.5份、磷矿粉12-15份、氯化钙6-7份、天然硫酸钾镁肥5-7份、矿物质粉18-20份。
进一步,所述土壤调理剂组分为:腐植酸8份-20份,钙镁磷肥15份-25份,草木灰10份-15份,磷酸氢二钾10份-25份、碳酸钾15份-20份,氰胺化钙1-2 份、多聚磷酸钠1-2份、EM复合微生物菌剂3-4份。
进一步,所述土壤调理剂的制备方法为:
步骤一、腐殖酸预处理:腐殖酸是由沼气池发酵后的母液经固液分离,取固体部分沼渣进行风干或烘干;
步骤二、称重:分别按比例称重腐植酸、钙镁磷肥、草木灰、磷酸氢二钾、碳酸钾、氰胺化钙、多聚磷酸钠;
步骤三、混合:将步骤一和步骤二所称原料粉碎后,混合均匀,通过加水,调节混合物料的含水量至60%-80%,得混合料;
步骤四、发酵:在步骤三所得混合料中加入酵母菌,然后堆肥发酵,温度控制在60℃至70℃后,持续25至30天,二至三天翻堆通气一次,当物料水分降至10%以下,无臭味,得到发酵腐熟好的物料;
步骤五、粉碎:将步骤四所得发酵腐熟好的物料再通过翻堆混合均匀后,通过粉碎机粉碎成50目的细粉,加入EM复合微生物菌剂,即得土壤调理剂。
进一步,所述钙镁硅钾生物活性肥的组分为质量比:
多肽10~30%,蚕沙0.5~2.0%,有机碳15~45%,活化的钙镁硅钾 5~15%,多羧酸类螯合微量元素5~10%,水15~45%,总和为100%。
所述螯合态微量元素是多羧酸类螯合剂螯合微量元素选自草酸、柠檬酸、聚谷氨酸、聚天冬胺酸、EDTA(乙二胺四乙酸)、DTPA(二乙烯三胺五乙酸)、NTA(氮川三乙酸系)、PDTA(丙二胺四乙酸)等其它多羧酸类螯合剂。微量元素选自铜、锌、锰等其它微量元素。
进一步,所述草木灰中按照重量份数计加入木薯渣3-5份、污泥4-5份以及甜菜渣、味精下脚料、甘蔗下脚料和红粘土的任意比例混合物6-8份。
进一步,所述草木灰的制备方法将草木灰、木薯渣、污泥、甜菜渣、味精下脚料、甘蔗下脚料和红粘土进行压榨和干燥后,然后送入颗粒机制成颗粒状肥料。
进一步,所述腐殖酸制备方法采用如下步骤:
步骤A、准备提取剂:在抽提罐中注入清水加温至45—55℃,加入占溶液重量8‰-10‰的碳酸钠、氢氧化钠及三聚磷酸钠的混合物,碳酸钠:氢氧化钠:三聚磷酸钠的重量比为2:5:3,同时开机搅拌;搅拌速度为125—140转/min;
步骤B、加助提剂:在步骤A得到的溶液中加入占溶液重量2.2-2.6‰助提剂,助提剂为邻苯二钾酸氢钾、乙醇和丙三醇的混合物,邻苯二钾酸氢钾:乙醇:丙三醇的重量比为1.5:1.8:1;
步骤C、加原料:在搅拌下徐徐加入风化褐煤原料,加料速度为5-8kg/min;控制溶液温度为55℃-65℃,连续搅拌1—1.5h后放入沉淀池;搅拌速度为75—100转/min;
步骤D、分离:腐殖酸液在沉淀池中以重力沉降30—40min进行固液分离;
步骤E、成化:分离后的腐殖酸液体存放于罐体中成化10—12h后,以调pH 至4.8-6,磷酸与水的体积比为1:2。
本发明肥效长,堆置物、土壤调理剂、土壤改良剂能长期改良土壤肥力,并能够减缓氮素在土壤中转化成硝态氮,提高氮的利用率;有效提高土壤生物学肥力,减少病害感染率,本发明采用的有机碳和生物发酵有机碳滤液能为土壤中微生物提供碳营养,增加土壤中微生物多样性,微生物多样化后能抑制病原微生物的生长,达到提高土壤生物学肥力的目的;活化的钙镁硅钾生物肥能够提高作物对微量元素的利用率,螯合态微量元素和常规微量元素比较,其有效性提高,螯合后能够缓释,也更容易被作物吸收,不螯合和其他阴离子形成不溶物,硫酸钙、碳酸钙等。

步骤一、土壤翻耕后按照50kg/亩的量施用有机水溶肥,薄膜覆盖一周;所述的有机水溶肥由氮肥、钾肥、钙肥、锌肥、镁肥、壳聚糖组成;所述氮肥以N元素计,所述钾肥以K2O计,所述钙肥以CaO计,所述锌肥以ZnO计,所述镁肥以MgO计,N:K2O:CaO:ZnO:MgO的质量比为10~20:10~30:25~30:0.05~2:5~10;所述氮肥为氨水、硝酸钙或硝酸钾中的一种以上;所述钾肥为硝酸钾;所述钙肥为硝酸钙或氯化钙中的一种以上;所述锌肥为螯合锌;所述镁肥为氯化镁;所述有机水溶肥的制备方法为:
将氮肥、钾肥、钙肥、锌肥、镁肥按比例混合,混合物与水按照质量比1:50混合,得到有机水溶液;
将壳聚糖溶解于HAc-NaAc缓冲液中,进行超声波降解;

腐殖酸预处理:腐殖酸是由沼气池发酵后的母液经固液分离,取固体部分沼渣进行风干或烘干;
称重:分别按比例称重腐植酸,钙镁磷肥,草木灰,磷酸氢二钾、碳酸钾,氰胺化钙、多聚磷酸钠;
混合:将所称原料粉碎后,混合均匀,通过加水,调节混合物料的含水量至60%-80%,得混合料;
发酵:在所得混合料中加入酵母菌,然后堆肥发酵,温度控制在60℃至70℃后,持续25至30天,二至三天翻堆通气一次,当物料水分降至10%以下,无臭味,得到发酵腐熟好的物料;
粉碎:将步骤四所得发酵腐熟好的物料再通过翻堆混合均匀后,通过粉碎机粉碎成50目的细粉,加入EM复合微生物菌剂,即得土壤调理剂;
步骤五、接种蚯蚓,蚯蚓放养密度40-80条/平方米,顶层添加覆盖秸秆避光;
步骤六、按照30kg/亩的量施加钙镁硅钾生物活性肥,翻耕一遍;钙镁硅钾生物活性肥的组分为质量比:多肽10~30%,蚕沙0.5~2.0%,有机碳15~45%,活化的钙镁硅钾5~15%,多羧酸类螯合微量元素5~10%,水15~45%,总和为100%;
步骤七、将堆置产物翻搅混匀,挖沟将混合物作为肥料施入田中,翻耕一次。
2.如权利要求1所述的基于钙镁硅钾生物活性肥的土壤改良方法,其特征在于,所述草木灰中按照重量份数计加入木薯渣3-5份、污泥4-5份以及甜菜渣、味精下脚料、甘蔗下脚料和红粘土的任意比例混合物6-8份。
3.如权利要求2所述的基于钙镁硅钾生物活性肥的土壤改良方法,其特征在于,所述草木灰的制备方法将草木灰、木薯渣、污泥、甜菜渣、味精下脚料、甘蔗下脚料和红粘土进行压榨和干燥后,然后送入颗粒机制成颗粒状肥料。
4.如权利要求1所述的基于钙镁硅钾生物活性肥的土壤改良方法,其特征在于,所述腐殖酸制备方法采用如下步骤:
步骤A、准备提取剂:在抽提罐中注入清水加温至45—55℃,加入占溶液重量8‰-10‰的碳酸钠、氢氧化钠及三聚磷酸钠的混合物,碳酸钠:氢氧化钠:三聚磷酸钠的重量比为2:5:3,同时开机搅拌;搅拌速度为125—140转/min;
步骤B、加助提剂:在步骤A得到的溶液中加入占溶液重量2.2-2.6‰助提剂,助提剂为邻苯二钾酸氢钾、乙醇和丙三醇的混合物,邻苯二钾酸氢钾:乙醇:丙三醇的重量比为1.5:1.8:1;
步骤C、加原料:在搅拌下徐徐加入风化褐煤原料,加料速度为5-8kg/min;控制溶液温度为55℃-65℃,连续搅拌1—1.5h后放入沉淀池;搅拌速度为75—100转/min;
步骤D、分离:腐殖酸液在沉淀池中以重力沉降30—40min进行固液分离;
步骤E、成化:分离后的腐殖酸液体存放于罐体中成化10—12h后,以调pH至4.8-6,磷酸与水的体积比为1:2。
