Abstract
本发明公开了一种川乌的炮制方法,包括以下内容:净制、花类提取液的提取、煎液的制备、炮制;本发明采用花类提取物及煎液作为炮制川乌的辅料,得到的川乌炮制品毒性显著降低,而且本发明的方法简便易行,可以缩短原料药材的浸泡时间,以免有效成分大量流失,保证产品质量和疗效,减少成品的损耗率,提高了生产效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种川乌的炮制方法,属于中药炮制技术。
背景技术
川乌,为毛茛科植物卡氏乌头制后内服。生川乌酊外用能刺激皮肤,继而产生麻木感,故外用作某些神经痛及风的母根。6月下旬至8月上旬采挖,除去子根、须根及泥沙,晒干后称为“川乌”。 辛、苦,热;有大毒。归心、肝、肾、脾经;川乌具有祛风除湿,温经止痛的药效。用于风寒湿痹、关节疼痛、心腹冷痛、寒疝作痛的治疗。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种川乌的炮制方法。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案 :
川乌的炮制方法,包括以下内容:
(1)净制:取川乌原药材,清水冲洗,去除杂质,然后将川乌放入含0.4-0.5%山梨酸钾、1-2%柠檬酸的混合水溶液中浸泡20-30分钟,取出后沥干,备用;
(2)花类提取液的提取:取百合花、玫瑰花、桂花,捣碎,混合提取 3次,第一次加原料重量 10倍的水,第二次加原料重量 10 倍的水,第三次加原料重量 8 倍的水,提取时间分别为 100-120分钟、90-100分钟、50-60分钟,合并提取液,得混合提取液;所述的百合花、玫瑰花、桂花混合比例为1:1:1;
(3)煎液的制备:按等比例取新鲜片姜黄、艾草,加入6-10倍量的纯净水,混合煎熬45-55分钟,过滤取煎液;
(4)炮制:将步骤(1)净制后的川乌用清水喷润至内无干心,放入高压锅内,加入步骤(2)中制备的所述花类提取液和步骤(3)所述的煎液至高于高压锅内川乌药物表面 1-2cm,然后缓缓加热,至沸后保持温度100-120℃,压力40~50kPa,蒸煮4-5小时,停止加热,取出炮制品,微波烘干,即得。
所述的微波烘干为置于微波干燥炉内,在输出 600-700w的微波功率下烘干,时间为3-4分钟。
所述的花类提取液和煎液的加入炮制加入比例为3:2。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明采用花类提取物及煎液作为炮制川乌的辅料,得到的川乌炮制品毒性显著降低,而且本发明的方法简便易行,可以缩短原料药材的浸泡时间,以免有效成分大量流失,保证产品质量和疗效,减少成品的损耗率,提高了生产效益。
具体实施方式
实施例1:川乌的炮制方法,包括以下内容:
(1)净制:取川乌原药材,清水冲洗,去除杂质,然后将川乌放入含0.45%山梨酸钾、1.5%柠檬酸的混合水溶液中浸泡25分钟,取出后沥干,备用;
(2)花类提取液的提取:取百合花、玫瑰花、桂花,捣碎,混合提取 3次,第一次加原料重量 10倍的水,第二次加原料重量 10 倍的水,第三次加原料重量 8 倍的水,提取时间分别为 110分钟、95分钟、55分钟,合并提取液,得混合提取液;所述的百合花、玫瑰花、桂花混合比例为1:1:1;
(3)煎液的制备:按等比例取新鲜片姜黄、艾草,加入8倍量的纯净水,混合煎熬50分钟,过滤取煎液;
(4)炮制:将步骤(1)净制后的川乌用清水喷润至内无干心,放入高压锅内,加入步骤(2)中制备的所述花类提取液和步骤(3)所述的煎液至高于高压锅内川乌药物表面 1-2cm,然后缓缓加热,至沸后保持温度110℃,压力40~50kPa,蒸煮4.5小时,停止加热,取出炮制品,微波烘干,即得。
所述的微波烘干为置于微波干燥炉内,在输出 650w的微波功率下烘干,时间为3分钟。
所述的花类提取液和煎液的加入炮制加入比例为3:2。
Claims (3)
1.一种川乌的炮制方法,其特征在于包括以下内容:
(1)净制:取川乌原药材,清水冲洗,去除杂质,然后将川乌放入含0.4-0.5%山梨酸钾、1-2%柠檬酸的混合水溶液中浸泡20-30分钟,取出后沥干,备用;
(2)花类提取液的提取:取百合花、玫瑰花、桂花,捣碎,混合提取 3次,第一次加原料重量 10倍的水,第二次加原料重量 10 倍的水,第三次加原料重量 8 倍的水,提取时间分别为 100-120分钟、90-100分钟、50-60分钟,合并提取液,得混合提取液;所述的百合花、玫瑰花、桂花混合比例为1:1:1;
(3)煎液的制备:按等比例取新鲜片姜黄、艾草,加入6-10倍量的纯净水,混合煎熬45-55分钟,过滤取煎液;
(4)炮制:将步骤(1)净制后的川乌用清水喷润至内无干心,放入高压锅内,加入步骤(2)中制备的所述花类提取液和步骤(3)所述的煎液至高于高压锅内川乌药物表面 1-2cm,然后缓缓加热,至沸后保持温度100-120℃,压力40~50kPa,蒸煮4-5小时,停止加热,取出炮制品,微波烘干,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的川乌的炮制方法,其特征在于,所述的微波烘干为置于微波干燥炉内,在输出 600-700w的微波功率下烘干,时间为3-4分钟。
3.根据权利要求1所述的川乌的炮制方法,其特征在于,所述的花类提取液和煎液的加入炮制加入比例为3:2。
