Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明整体涉及用于将液体食物和药物受控递送给患者的输液泵。更具体地讲,本发明涉及可移除盒装置,给药管路装置通过所述可移除盒装置可操作地连接到输液泵,其中盒装置被构造为帮助使用者将盒从泵移除。
背景技术
出于各种目的(例如疼痛管理),可编程输液泵用于进行经肠摄食的液体食物以及药物的受控递送。在通用布置中,输液泵接纳一次性给药装置,该一次性给药装置包括盒以及柔性管路,泵可移除地接纳盒,柔性管路连接到盒,以用于提供穿过泵的流体递送路径。
给药装置可包括围绕在泵的转子机构周围的管路的泵送段,并且盒可包括一对管接头,管段的相对端部连接到所述管接头。转子机构可具有夹紧辊或指状物,其在转子旋转时使管段变形,以逐渐促使流体以蠕动方式通过管路。盒可具有另一对管接头,以用于连接携带来自流体源的流体的流入管路与通向患者的流出管路。因此,从流入管路穿过管段到流出管路提供流动路径。
泵可具有盒接口,该盒接口被构造为提供嵌套区域,以用于在其被装载到泵中时接纳盒。在现有技术设计中,诸如美国专利No.7,070,575所示的设计,盒接口将成形凹槽限定成成形凹槽,当盒被装载在泵中时,盒配合到成形凹槽中。因此,一些使用者在使用后难以将盒和给药装置管路从泵移除。
需要的是盒以及对应盒接口,对应盒接口便于将盒和给药装置管路从泵移除。
发明内容
用于输液泵的盒装置被构造为使得使用者可快速且容易地装载和移除盒。盒装置通常包括盒以及盒接口,盒用于将给药装置管路可操作地连接到输液泵,盒接口在输液泵上用于可移除地接纳盒。
根据本发明,盒包括具有面朝上的按压表面以及底面的压片,并且盒接口包括至少一个支点构件,其中当盒被盒接口接纳时压片的底面接合至少一个支点构件。因此,盒通过按压压片的按压表面可相对于至少一个支点构件枢转,以有助于将盒从盒接口移除。
在本发明的一个实施例中,盒包括从压片的底面向下延伸的竖直肋,并且盒接口包括一对彼此横向间隔的支点构件,以在这对支点构件之间限定狭槽。当盒被装载时,盒的竖直肋在一对支点构件之间接纳在盒接口的狭槽中,并且压片的底面接合该对支点构件中的每个,使得盒通过按压压片的按压表面可相对于该对支点构件枢转。
盒还可包括流入管接头、流出管接头、与流入管接头流体连通的上游泵送段管接头、以及与流出管接头流体连通的下游泵送段管接头。下游泵送段管接头可包括在线限流器,以用于限制穿过下游泵送段管接头的流动。

具体实施方式
图1示出输液泵10,其中给药装置12被可移除地接纳。给药装置12包括盒14,该盒本身在图2和图3中示出。盒14可包括流入管接头16、与流入管接头16流体连通的上游泵送段管接头18、下游泵送段管接头20、以及与下游泵送段管接头20流体连通的流出管接头22。给药装置12还可包括流入管路24和流出管路26,所述流入管路具有配合到流入管接头16的一个端部和连接到流体源的相对端部(未示出),所述流出管路具有连接到流出管接头22的一个端部和连接到患者的相对端部(未示出)。最终,给药装置14还可包括管路28的泵送段,该管路具有配合到上游泵送段管接头18的一个端部以及配合到下游泵送段管接头20的相对端部。
在图示实施例中,泵10为具有转子30的旋转蠕动泵,其中泵送段28围绕在转子30周围并且在转子旋转时由转子30上的角度间隔的辊接合以提供蠕动泵送作用,从而迫使液体穿过给药装置12的管路。如参考图1可以理解,当转子30沿逆时针方向旋转时,液体从流入管路24穿过流入管接头16和上游泵送段管接头18移动到泵送段28,然后从泵送段28穿过下游泵送段管接头20和流出管接头22移动到流出管路26。虽然本发明在旋转蠕动泵的上下文中有所描述,但本发明并不限于该类型的输液泵。本发明可用接纳具有盒的给药装置的任何类型的输液泵来实践。
盒14还包括具有面朝上的按压表面32A和底面32B的压片32。盒14还可包括从底面32B向下延伸的竖直肋34。在特定实施例中,盒14可包括在线限流器36,该在线限流器可结合到下游泵送段管接头20中。在线限流器36在泵门38打开时防止流动。泵门38下侧上的致动器39以这样的方式接合泵送段28,所述方式在门38关闭时打开围绕限流器36的流动路径。
如图1所示,输液泵10包括盒接口40以用于可移除地接纳盒14。图4示出没有装载给药装置的盒接口40。在图示实施例中,盒接口40包括一对彼此横向间隔的支点构件42,以在这对支点构件之间限定狭槽44。支点构件42从盒接口的基部表面46向上延伸。盒14和盒接口40可由模制塑料形成。
如从图1、图5和图6可以理解,当盒14被盒接口40接纳时,盒14的竖直肋34接纳在盒接口40的狭槽44中,并且压片32的底面32B接合一对支点构件42中的每个的顶部部分。如图所示,压片32的底面32B可沿向下方向凸形弯曲,并且一对支点构件42可沿向上方向凸形弯曲。盒14的竖直肋34可在上游泵送段管接头18和下游泵送段管接头20之间的盒的中心平面中,由此将肋34插入到狭槽44中相对于转子30的旋转轴线使盒居中。
图5和图6示出根据本发明的初始步骤,该初始步骤有利于从输液泵10的盒接口40移除盒14(为了清楚起见,图5中的给药装置12的管路被省去)。在图5中,盒14以其装载或安装状态示出,嵌套在盒接口40中。如从图6将理解,盒14通过按压压片32的按压表面32A可相对于支点构件42枢转。该动作有助于使用者通过将流入管接头16和流出管接头22提升远离盒接口40的基部表面46来将盒14从盒接口40移除。
本领域的技术人员将认识到,在不偏离本发明的前提下可对所述实施例进行修改。例如,压片可为平坦的而不是弯曲的,竖直肋34可具有直的而不是弯曲的倾斜外边缘。其他修改形式也是可以的。代替一对支点构件42,可提供仅单个位于中央的支点构件作为盒接口40。根据这样的修改形式,盒14可设置有一对被布置为跨过单个支点构件的横向间隔的竖直肋34。作为另一种替代形式,压片32的底面32B可包括成形为可枢转地接纳单个支点构件的顶部表面的凹槽。作为又一种替代形式,单个支点构件的顶部可包括横向延伸的沟槽,以用于以铰链的方式接纳在底面32B上的圆形的、横向延伸的肋。

Claims (6)
1.一种用于输液泵的盒装置,所述盒装置包括:
盒以及压片,所述盒用于将给药装置管路可操作地连接到所述输液泵,所述压片具有面朝上的按压表面和底面;以及
盒接口,所述盒接口在所述输液泵上用于可移除地接纳所述盒,所述盒接口包括至少一个支点构件;
其中当所述盒被所述盒接口接纳时,所述压片的所述底面接合所述至少一个支点构件;
其中所述盒通过按压所述压片的所述按压表面可相对于所述至少一个支点构件枢转,以有助于将所述盒从所述盒接口移除。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述盒接口包括一对彼此横向间隔的支点构件,以在所述一对支点构件之间限定狭槽,并且所述盒包括从所述压片的所述底面向下延伸的竖直肋,其中所述盒的所述竖直肋接纳在所述盒接口的所述狭槽中,并且当所述盒被所述盒接口接纳时,所述压片的所述底面接合所述一对支点构件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其中所述压片的所述底面沿向下方向凸形弯曲,并且所述一对支点构件沿向上方向凸形弯曲。
4.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其中所述盒包括流入管接头、流出管接头、与所述流入管接头流体连通的上游泵送段管接头、以及与所述流出管接头流体连通的下游泵送段管接头。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其中所述盒的所述竖直肋在所述上游泵送段管接头和所述下游泵送段管接头之间的所述盒的中心平面中。
6.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其中所述下游泵送段管接头包括在线限流器,以用于限制穿过所述下游泵送段管接头的流动。
