本发明涉及一种改进型二极管生产用托盘,包括托盘本体以及平行设置在托盘本体两侧的托盘插板,托盘本体边沿设有止挡块,托盘本体底部设有多道向下延伸的储物部,储物部两侧设有多条透气道。本发明的优点是:结构简单、合理,使得半成品二极管排列整齐紧凑,实用性高,节约了成本又提高了效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种烘烤辅助设备,尤其涉及一种改进型二极管生产用托盘。
背景技术
目前,二极管是最常用的电子元件之一,它最大的特性是单向导电,也就是电流只可以从二极管的一个方向流过,二极管的作用有整流电路、检波电路、稳压电路以及调制电路。而本成品二极管进行酸洗后,需要将该二极管进行烘烤,现有的烘烤方式是直接将半成品的二极管送入烤箱,产生的缺陷是半成品二极管容易损坏,提高了生产成本,降低了生产效率
因此,需要寻求一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种改进型二极管生产用托盘。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种改进型二极管生产用托盘,其特征在于:包括托盘本体以及平行设置在托盘本体两侧的托盘插板,所述托盘本体边沿设有止挡块,所述托盘本体底部设有多道向下延伸的储物部,所述储物部两侧设有多条透气道。
托盘本体与托盘插板之间的夹角为90°。
止挡块与托盘本体之间的夹角为90°。
在上述技术方案中,跟现有技术相比所达到的技术效果是:结构简单、合理,使得半成品二极管排列整齐紧凑,实用性高,节约了成本又提高了效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例一:
如图1和图2所示,本发明的一种改进型二极管生产用托盘,包括托盘本体1以及平行设置在托盘本体1两侧的托盘插板2,托盘本体1边沿设有止挡块3,托盘本体1底部设有多道向下延伸的储物部4,储物部4两侧设有多条透气道5,托盘本体1与托盘插板2之间的夹角为90°,止挡块3与托盘本体1之间的夹角为90°。
在托盘本体放置半成品二极管时,可以将二极管排布在储物部4内,且储物部4两侧还设有透气道5,保证热气的流通,可以加快二极管的烘干速度,因此此托盘结构简单、合理,使得半成品二极管排列整齐紧凑,实用性高,节约了成本又提高了效率。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型二极管生产用托盘,其特征在于:所述托盘本体与托盘插板之间的夹角为90°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型二极管生产用托盘,其特征在于:所述止挡块与托盘本体之间的夹角为90°。
