本发明涉及球阀,公开了免工具上装式固定球阀,其包括阀体(1)和球体(7),阀体(1)内安装有阀座(9),球体(7)的上下两端分别安装有杆件(18)和下球体(16);阀体(1)内安装有弹簧(3),阀座(9)外套设有弹簧座(4),阀座(9)上安装有与弹簧座(4)接触的拨环(5);球体安装座(2)包括左扣体(21)、右扣体(22)及连接左扣件(21)和右扣件(22)的开口卡环(15)。本发明中的拨环控制弹簧的伸缩量,并通过摇动与球体连接的杆件实现球体对阀座的推动,使球体通过左右摆动即可从阀座中拆卸出来,结构简单、合理,拆装方便,从而实现快速检修。

免工具上装式固定球阀
技术领域
本发明涉及球阀,尤其涉及了免工具上装式固定球阀。
背景技术
随着工业化的发展,对阀门的要求越来越高。球阀的最大优点就是开启后流道完全平直,流阻极低,压力损失很小,相应的驱动介质流动的泵功率就可以缩减很多。在目前绿色环保的大环境下使用量越来越大,面也越来越广。
球阀常见的结构包括:浮动式球阀和固定式球阀。浮动式球阀一般用于小口径、低压差;固定式球阀一般用于较大口径、高压差。随着新建装置规模越来越大、参数越来越高,固定球阀发展很快。
现有的球阀一般为侧装式球阀,在管道上维修时,都必须将阀门与管道脱离才能对内部部件进行检查研究,不能进行在线维修,因此侧装式的球阀维修不方便。上装式是实现球阀在线检修的先决条件。
目前常见的上装式固定球阀,有些也实现了在线检修。但是都需要使用专用工具,现场使用不便。有些型号的上装式固定球阀解即使专用工具,检修时还是费时、费力。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中拆卸不易的缺点,提供了免工具上装式固定球阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:
免工具上装式固定球阀,包括阀体和球体,阀体内安装有阀座,球体与阀座接触并通过阀座安装在阀体内,球体的上下两端分别安装有杆件和下球体;阀体内安装有与阀座接触并推动阀座向球体压紧的弹簧,阀座外套设有与弹簧配合的弹簧座,阀座上安装有与弹簧座接触并通过弹簧座控制弹簧压缩量的拨环;阀体内安装有与下球体配合的球体安装座,球体安装座包括左扣体、右扣体及连接左扣件和右扣件的开口卡环,左扣体和右扣体对称设置,左扣体和右扣体上均设有与开口卡环配合的槽。通过拨环控制弹簧的伸缩量,并通过摇动与球体连接的杆件实现球体对阀座的推动,使球体通过左右摆动即可从阀座中拆卸出来,结构简单、合理,拆装方便,从而实现快速检修。
作为优选,拨环上设有内螺纹,拨环通过拨环上的内螺纹与阀座上的外螺纹配合。通过螺纹配合实现拨环在阀座上的水平位置移动,从而实现拨环对弹簧套位置的控制。
作为优选,弹簧座内安装有弹簧保护套,弹簧安装在弹簧保护套内。弹簧保护套保护弹簧不发生扭转和歪斜。
作为优选,左扣体和右扣体上均设有两条槽,开口卡环有两个。通过上下两个开口卡环实现左扣件和右扣件的安装,防止左扣件和右扣件松脱。
作为优选,阀座上设有阀座密封圈,阀座密封圈与球体接触。
作为优选,阀座与阀体之间安装有密封环组件。
作为优选,阀座与阀体接触的外表面上安装有石墨防火圈。
作为优选,还包括阀盖,阀盖通过螺栓固定在阀体上,杆件穿过阀盖并向外伸出。
作为优选,阀盖上设有与杆件配合的杆件安装座。
本发明由于采用了以上技术方案,具有显著的技术效果:通过拨环控制弹簧的伸缩量,并通过摇动与球体连接的杆件实现球体对阀座的推动,使球体通过左右摆动即可从阀座中拆卸出来,结构简单、合理,拆装方便,从而实现快速检修。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
免工具上装式固定球阀,如图所示,包括阀体1和球体7,阀体1内安装有阀座9,球体7与阀座9接触并通过阀座9安装在阀体7内,阀座9有两个且分别设在阀体1的两个管道连接口内,阀座9与阀体1之间设有间隙,阀座9可在阀座1中水平移动,球体9的上下两端分别安装有杆件18和下球体16;阀体1内安装有与阀座9接触并推动阀座9向球体7压紧的弹簧3,阀座9外套设有与弹簧3配合的弹簧座4,阀座9上安装有与弹簧座4接触并通过推动弹簧座4来控制弹簧3压缩量的拨环5;阀体1内安装有与下球体16配合的球体安装座2,球体安装座2包括左扣体21、右扣体22及连接左扣件21和右扣件22的开口卡环15,左扣体21和右扣体22对称设置,左扣体21和右扣体22上均设有与开口卡环15配合的槽201。拨环5上设有内螺纹,拨环5通过拨环5上的内螺纹与阀座9上的外螺纹配合。
拨环5的螺纹由于受力,会导致拆卸困难,这时要将杆件18向一边扳动,这时只需要向外转动该边的拨环5,使拨环5将弹簧套4向外压紧并减小弹簧3的伸缩量,增大阀座9的自由活动空间;在另一边重复以上操作。卸除弹簧3的预紧力后使用球体7左右摆动辅助将阀座9推入两边,即可将球体7取出,再取出其它零件,对损坏零件进行更换。球体安装座2是实现功能的关键件,它采用左扣体21和右扣体22与下球体16配合,为了防止安装时左扣体21和右扣体22散开,使用开口卡环15将其先固定住。
弹簧座4内安装有弹簧保护套14,弹簧3安装在弹簧保护套14内,阀座9由于在装卸时被球体7向两侧推动,且回退的距离要大于另一边弹簧3的预紧量,才能是另一边弹簧3完全松弛,这样弹簧座4和阀体1的缝隙就会比较大,可能会导致弹簧3对中性不好,所以设计了弹簧保护套14,对弹簧3两端进行导向。
左扣体21和右扣体22上均设有两条槽201,开口卡环15有两个。
阀座9上设有阀座密封圈6,阀座密封圈6与球体7上的主球面17接触。
阀体1和阀座9之间设有环形空腔,环形空腔内安装有密封环组件8。
阀座9与阀体1接触的外表面上安装有石墨防火圈13。
还包括阀盖11,阀盖11通过螺栓12固定在阀体1上,杆件18穿过阀盖11并向外伸出,使用普通扳手去除螺栓12,阀盖11即可卸下,此时两边的弹簧3都将各自这边的阀座9推向中间并压在球体7的主球面17上。
阀盖11上设有与杆件18配合的杆件安装座10。

1.免工具上装式固定球阀,包括阀体(1)和球体(7),阀体(1)内安装有阀座(9),球体(7)与阀座(9)接触并通过阀座(9)安装在阀体(1)内,其特征在于:球体(7)的上下两端分别安装有杆件(18)和下球体(16);阀体(1)内安装有与阀座(9)接触并推动阀座(9)向球体(7)压紧的弹簧(3),阀座(9)外套设有与弹簧(3)配合的弹簧座(4),阀座(9)上安装有与弹簧座(4)接触并通过弹簧座(4)控制弹簧(3)压缩量的拨环(5);阀体(1)内安装有与下球体(16)配合的球体安装座(2),球体安装座(2)包括左扣体(21)、右扣体(22)及连接左扣件(21)和右扣件(22)的开口卡环(15),左扣体(21)和右扣体(22)上均设有与开口卡环(15)配合的槽(201),左扣体(21)和右扣体(22)上均设有两条槽(201),开口卡环(15)有两个;拨环(5)上设有内螺纹,拨环(5)通过拨环(5)上的内螺纹与阀座(9)上的外螺纹配合;弹簧座(4)内安装有弹簧保护套(14),弹簧(3)安装在弹簧保护套(14)内;阀座(9)上设有阀座密封圈(6),阀座密封圈(6)与球体(7)接触;阀座(9)与阀体(1)接触的外表面上安装有石墨防火圈(13);还包括阀盖(11),阀盖(11)通过螺栓(12)固定在阀体(1)上,杆件(18)穿过阀盖(11)并向外伸出;阀盖(11)上设有与杆件(18)配合的杆件安装座(10)。
