本发明涉及一种加强型板材，包括芯板，芯板的上表面和下表面均设有凹槽孔，芯板的上表面和下表面均均设有隔音板，隔音板与所述芯板接触的连接面上设有对应的凹槽孔，隔音板与芯板相对应的凹槽孔内设置有加强板，隔音板的外表面连接有防火板，防火板外连接有耐磨板。本发明的优点是：芯板上表面和下表面安装了两层隔音板，增强了板材的隔音效果，且在芯板与隔音板之间安装了加强板，增强了板材的强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种板材，尤其涉及一种加强型板材。
背景技术
板材是装修中重要的材料，板材种类繁琐，主要有实木板、大芯板、竹拼板、密度板、饰面板、细芯板、指接板、三聚氰胺板、防水板、石膏板、水泥板、免漆板、烤漆板、刨花板等，根据装修的要求不同可以选择不同类型的板材。目前很多装修要求达到隔音的效果，采用普通板材进行装修，隔音效果差，且板材的强度也差，达不到现有的需求。
因此，需要寻求一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题
发明内容
本发明的目的是：提供一种加强型板材。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种加强型板材，包括芯板，芯板的上表面和下表面均设有凹槽孔，芯板的上表面和下表面均均设有隔音板，隔音板与所述芯板接触的连接面上设有对应的凹槽孔，隔音板与芯板相对应的凹槽孔内设置有加强板，隔音板的外表面连接有防火板，防火板外连接有耐磨板。
隔音板与芯板之间设有粘合层。
粘合层使用防火胶制成。
在上述技术方案中，跟现有技术相比达到的有益效果是：芯板上表面和下表面安装了两层隔音板，增强了板材的隔音效果，且在芯板与隔音板之间安装了加强板，增强了板材的强度，加强板通过凹槽孔镶嵌于芯板与隔音板内，增强了加强板与芯板与隔音板之间的可连接性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例一：
如图1所示，本发明的一种加强型板材，包括芯板1，芯板1的上表面和下表面均设有凹槽孔2，芯板1的上表面和下表面均均设有隔音板3，隔音板3与芯板1接触的连接面上设有对应的凹槽孔2，隔音板3与芯板1相对应的凹槽孔2内设置有加强板4，隔音板3的外表面连接有防火板5，防火板5外连接有耐磨板6，隔音板3与芯板1之间设有粘合层7，粘合层7可以增强芯板1与隔音板3的粘合性，增强板材的整体牢固性，增强加强板4与芯板1以及隔音板3之间的黏合牢靠性，粘合层7使用防火胶制成。芯板1上表面和下表面安装了两层隔音板3，增强了板材的隔音效果，且在芯板1与隔音板3之间安装了加强板4，增强了板材的强度，加强板4通过凹槽孔镶2嵌于芯板1与隔音板3内，增强了加强板4与芯板1与隔音板3之间的可连接性。

1.一种加强型板材，其特征在于：包括芯板，所述芯板的上表面和下表面均设有凹槽孔，所述芯板的上表面和下表面均均设有隔音板，所述隔音板与所述芯板接触的连接面上设有对应的凹槽孔，所述隔音板与芯板相对应的凹槽孔内设置有加强板，所述隔音板的外表面连接有防火板，所述防火板外连接有耐磨板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种加强型板材，其特征在于：所述隔音板与芯板之间设有粘合层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种加强型板材，其特征在于：所述粘合层使用防火胶制成。
