Abstract
本发明涉及一种改进的板材,包括板材主体,板材主体包括上层板和下层板,上层板与下层板之间垂直连接有若干加强筋,上层板与下层板以及加强筋相互配合形成若干中空单元,中空单元内填充内吸音层,下层板下连接有基板,上层板上设有碳纤维板,碳纤维层上设有加热层,加热层上设有保温层,保温层上设有耐火层,耐火层上设有耐磨层。本发明的优点是:板材具备吸音隔音以及加热的效果,适应不同客户的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种板材,尤其涉及一种改进的板材。
背景技术
板材是装修中重要的材料,板材种类繁琐,主要有实木板、大芯板、竹拼板、密度板、饰面板、细芯板、指接板、三聚氰胺板、防水板、石膏板、水泥板、免漆板、烤漆板、刨花板等,根据装修的要求不同可以选择不同类型的板材。目前很多装修要求达到隔音的效果,采用普通板材进行装修,隔音效果差,且板材的强度也差,达不到现有的需求。
因此,需要寻求一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种改进的板材。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种改进的板材,包括板材主体,板材主体包括上层板和下层板,上层板与下层板之间垂直连接有若干加强筋,上层板与下层板以及加强筋相互配合形成若干中空单元,中空单元内填充内吸音层,下层板下连接有基板,上层板上设有碳纤维板,碳纤维层上设有加热层,加热层上设有保温层,保温层上设有耐火层,耐火层上设有耐磨层。
中控单元与吸音层的空隙处设有弹性缓冲层。
板材主体两侧分别设有内嵌部和外嵌部,内嵌部的外表面对称的设有椭圆凹槽,外嵌部的内表面对称的设有与椭圆凹槽对应的椭圆凸槽。
在上述技术方案中,跟现有技术相比所达到的技术效果是:板材具备吸音隔音以及加热的效果,适应不同客户的需求;加强筋与弹性缓冲层的配合增强了板材的强度和延展性;板材的内嵌部和外嵌部上椭圆凹槽和椭圆凸槽的配合,增强了板材之间的连接强度。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例一:
如图1所示,本发明的一种改进的板材,包括板材主体1,板材主体1包括上层板2和下层板3,上层板2与下层板3之间垂直连接有若干加强筋4,上层板2与下层板3以及加强筋4相互配合形成若干中空单元5,中空单元5内填充内吸音层6,下层板3下连接有基板7,上层板2上设有碳纤维板8,碳纤维板8具备强度高、重量轻、以及柔韧性好的优点,碳纤维层8上设有加热层9,加热层9上设有保温层10,保温层10上设有耐火层11,耐火层11上设有耐磨层12,中控单元5与吸音层6的空隙处设有弹性缓冲层13,板材主体1两侧分别设有内嵌部14和外嵌部15,内嵌部14的外表面对称的设有椭圆凹槽16,外嵌部15的内表面对称的设有与椭圆凹槽16对应的椭圆凸槽17。
板材具备吸音隔音以及加热的效果,适应不同客户的需求;加强筋4与弹性缓冲层13的配合增强了板材的强度和延展性;板材的内嵌部14和外嵌部15上椭圆凹槽16和椭圆凸槽17的配合,增强了板材之间的连接强度

1.一种改进的板材,其特征在于:包括板材主体,所述板材主体包括上层板和下层板,所述上层板与下层板之间垂直连接有若干加强筋,所述上层板与下层板以及加强筋相互配合形成若干中空单元,所述中空单元内填充内吸音层,所述下层板下连接有基板,所述上层板上设有碳纤维板,所述碳纤维层上设有加热层,所述加热层上设有保温层,所述保温层上设有耐火层,所述耐火层上设有耐磨层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的板材,其特征在于:所述中控单元与吸音层的空隙处设有弹性缓冲层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的板材,其特征在于:所述板材主体两侧分别设有内嵌部和外嵌部,所述内嵌部的外表面对称的设有椭圆凹槽,所述外嵌部的内表面对称的设有与椭圆凹槽对应的椭圆凸槽。
