Abstract
本发明公开了一种能够去除多种有害气体的软体面料配方,所述软体面料配方主要由二氧化钛、氧化银、氧化锡、纳米活性炭粉末、分子筛、麦饭石及3%醋酸溶液混合而成;所属各材料的重量份配比为:二氧化钛10%、氧化银5%、氧化锡5%、纳米活性炭粉末20%、分子筛2%、麦饭石2%、3%醋酸溶液剩余;此款能够去除多种有害气体的软体面料配方具有可大面积使用、无二次污染、使用寿命长,且无需辅助动力的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种能够去除多种有害气体的软体面料配方。
背景技术
目前甲醛、甲苯、等有害气体在新车,新居内肆虐人们的健康,多种多样的净化空气的设备在层出不穷,但大多都是等这些有害气体释放到旅居空间,通过净化器的风力带动过滤之后才产生作用,有些需要接电,开关控制才能起到净化空气的作用。
需要通电力设备将带有有害气体的空气流动经过净化器过滤才能净化空气。一旦辅助用于空气流动设备停止运动,净化功能也随之消失,有害气体继续在空间里肆虐每个角落,需要通过辅助流动才能去除害气体,并不能长效持久的24小时循环工作。设备一旦关闭,再次进入带有有害气体释放源的空间时,健康依然受到威胁。再次打开设备仍然需要等待一段时间的设备工作才可能达到净化的目的。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可大面积使用、无二次污染、使用寿命长,且无需辅助动力的能够去除多种有害气体的软体面料配方。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种能够去除多种有害气体的软体面料配方,所述软体面料配方主要由二氧化钛、氧化银、氧化锡、纳米活性炭粉末、分子筛、麦饭石及3%醋酸溶液混合而成;所属各材料的重量份配比为:二氧化钛10%、氧化银5%、氧化锡5%、纳米活性炭粉末20%、分子筛2%、麦饭石2%、3%醋酸溶液剩余。
进一步的说,所述软体面料配方主要由二氧化钛、氧化银、氧化锡、纳米活性炭粉末、分子筛、麦饭石及3%醋酸溶液混合而成;所属各材料的重量份配比为:二氧化钛10%、氧化银5%、氧化锡5%、纳米活性炭粉末20%、分子筛2%、麦饭石2%、3%醋酸溶液剩余。
进一步的说,所述软体面料配方主要由二氧化钛、氧化银、氧化锡、纳米活性炭粉末、分子筛、麦饭石及3%醋酸溶液混合而成;所属各材料的重量份配比为:二氧化钛15%、氧化银7%、氧化锡7%、纳米活性炭粉末30%、分子筛3%、麦饭石4%、3%醋酸溶液剩余。
进一步的说,所述软体面料配方主要由二氧化钛、氧化银、氧化锡、纳米活性炭粉末、分子筛、麦饭石及3%醋酸溶液混合而成;所属各材料的重量份配比为:二氧化钛20%、氧化银10%、氧化锡10%、纳米活性炭粉末40%、分子筛5%、麦饭石5%、3%醋酸溶液剩余。
进一步的说,所述二氧化钛、氧化银、氧化锡、纳米活性炭粉末、分子筛、麦饭石及3%醋酸溶液通过负压粘连工艺负载到面料间隙。
本发明能够去除多种有害气体的软体面料配方的有益效果是:由于本产品只需在普通软体面料上添加混合负载材料即可,无需特定的面料,故可以广泛使用于室内、车内的带有软体面料使用需求的地方,以达到净化空气的目的,一旦安装使用长效持久地发生作用,无需电源、风力辅助;并且使用的原材料安全无毒,无二次污染释放,尽可以大面积使用。材料内二氧化钛在参与降解反应中不会有任何损失,吸附的有害气被即时降解,理论上具有永久性,使得材料使用寿命可达到20年以上。

实施例一
一种能够去除多种有害气体的软体面料配方,所述软体面料配方主要由二氧化钛、氧化银、氧化锡、纳米活性炭粉末、分子筛、麦饭石及3%醋酸溶液混合而成;所属各材料的重量份配比为:二氧化钛10-20%、氧化银5-10%、氧化锡5-10%、纳米活性炭粉末20-40%、分子筛2-5%、麦饭石2-5%、3%醋酸溶液剩余。
实施例二
一种能够去除多种有害气体的软体面料配方,所述软体面料配方主要由二氧化钛、氧化银、氧化锡、纳米活性炭粉末、分子筛、麦饭石及3%醋酸溶液混合而成;所属各材料的重量份配比为:二氧化钛10%、氧化银5%、氧化锡5%、纳米活性炭粉末20%、分子筛2%、麦饭石2%、3%醋酸溶液剩余。

2.根据权利要求1所述的能够去除多种有害气体的软体面料配方,其特征在于:所述软体面料配方主要由二氧化钛、氧化银、氧化锡、纳米活性炭粉末、分子筛、麦饭石及3%醋酸溶液混合而成;所属各材料的重量份配比为:二氧化钛10%、氧化银5%、氧化锡5%、纳米活性炭粉末20%、分子筛2%、麦饭石2%、3%醋酸溶液剩余。
