Abstract
本发明公开了一种易清洁环保涂层材料,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:玻璃釉料12‑15、氯化锌1.2‑1.6、氧化锆陶瓷粉70‑80、石英2‑3、氧化钙2‑3、碳化硼6‑8、锆溶胶5‑7、电气石2.3‑3、不饱和有机硅氧烷1.3‑1.6、羟基磷灰石1.2‑1.5、煤渣0.7‑1、乙二醇适量、去离子水适量;本发明的陶瓷复合涂层可以防止绝缘层的老化脱落问题,与传统技术的陶瓷涂层相比,还具有优良的清洁、耐磨、防污、机械强度高等优点,值得推广。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷涂层技术领域,尤其涉及一种易清洁环保涂层材料。
背景技术
排风设备在厨房、实验室、工厂等各领域都有重要的作用。一般都可以分成排风罩、风管、除尘净化设备、风机、设备壳等部分组成。其中除尘净化设备的材料是根据领域的不同采用的材质也不尽相同,大多数会采用合金材料,合金材料的性能很大程度上影响了设备使用效果和寿命。陶瓷涂层在摩擦过程中产生的热应力比较小,涂层不容易发生严重断裂,具有孔隙率低、摩擦系数低、导热系数高、耐腐蚀性、高硬度等特性,适用于高温、腐蚀和磨损等特殊工作环境。
《Cr2O3陶瓷涂层摩擦磨损性能研究》中利用三氧化二铬陶瓷粉末与玻璃釉料按照一定质量比混合,烧结900℃后球磨,过200目筛,然后利用亚音速喷枪在45钢上喷涂三氧化二铬陶瓷涂层,并在电阻炉中烧结。虽然加入一定量的玻璃釉料增强了粉末之间的粘结性,提高了涂层的耐磨性,但是喷涂制得的涂层无法将空气全部排出,存在大量气孔,即使经过高温烧结也无法改善,需要多次涂刷玻璃釉料,施工复杂,并且铬对人体有毒性,不宜大量使用。本发明针对排风设备的使用性能,认为防污易清洁是最主要的实用性能,利用参考文献提出的玻璃釉料增强烧结性、提高耐磨性,将两者结合起来制备出适宜工业化大生产的提高排风设备性能的陶瓷涂层。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种易清洁环保涂层材料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种易清洁环保涂层材料,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:玻璃釉料12-15、氯化锌1.2-1.6、氧化锆陶瓷粉70-80、石英2-3、氧化钙2-3、碳化硼6-8、锆溶胶5-7、电气石2.3-3、不饱和有机硅氧烷1.3-1.6、羟基磷灰石1.2-1.5、煤渣0.7-1、乙二醇适量、去离子水适量。
根据权利要求1所述一种易清洁环保涂层材料,其特征在于,由下列具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将玻璃釉料中加入适量的无水乙醇,在行星球磨机内湿法球磨5-7h,球磨完毕后在105-110℃下烘干,然后加到烧结炉中于505-535℃下预烧20-35min,冷却后再加入适量粘结剂制成粒度为10-30μm的细粉料,烘干后备用;
(2)将氯化锌和氢氧化钠按照物质的量比1:1.8分别热溶解在乙二醇中配成透明溶液,冷却到室温后将氢氧化钠溶液快速倒入氯化锌溶液中,持续搅拌获得粘稠状氢氧化锌中和液,然后在60-80℃水浴中加热2-3h,冷却后用无水乙醇清洗沉淀离心操作,再将该沉淀分散到乙二醇中,加入电气石、不饱和有机硅氧烷快速搅拌形成混合氧化锌溶胶备用;
(3)将步骤(1)制备的物料加到步骤(2)的溶胶中,搅拌均匀后再加入羟基磷灰石、煤渣和氧化锆陶瓷粉混合均匀,在电炉中边加热边搅拌,直至烘干,自然冷却后球磨成粒径为25-40μm的粉末,再将粉末用等离子喷涂技术喷到基体表面;
(4)将氧化钙与适量去离子水混合搅拌,待其冷却后加入石英和碳化硼研磨分散备用;将锆溶胶用4-6倍量的去离子水稀释,加入上述混合物在高速混料机中搅拌均匀后涂覆在步骤(3)基体表面,激光熔覆后自然冷却即可。
所述一种易清洁环保涂层材料,所述玻璃釉料由麦饭石、石灰石、废瓷粉、三氧化二铍和石墨组成,其中质量比为2-2.5:1.2-1.5:8-10:0.4-0.5:1-2。
本发明的优点是:本发明利用氧化锌溶胶具有优异的抗菌、催化、润湿性等性能和硅氧烷、电气石形成较好的防污抗菌溶胶,再将玻璃釉料浸渍在溶胶中,引起纳米复合相强韧化效应,减轻界面残余应力,在喷涂时能够控制陶瓷出现裂纹,减少结构缺陷,提高涂层的防污、抗菌、易清洁等性能,锆溶胶具有纳米细度、无毒性、稳定性好、与陶瓷坯体成分的相容性等一系列优异的性能,本文利用氧化钙、石英和碳化硼混合分散在锆溶胶中,再利用激光熔覆技术将其涂覆在基体表面,解决涂层存在气孔的问题,并显著提高了涂层的抗氧化、耐高温、机械强度和耐磨性等性能;本发明的陶瓷复合涂层可以防止绝缘层的老化脱落问题,与传统技术的陶瓷涂层相比,还具有优良的清洁、耐磨、防污、机械强度高等优点,值得推广。
具体实施方式
一种易清洁环保涂层材料,由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:玻璃釉料12、氯化锌1.2、氧化锆陶瓷粉70、石英2、氧化钙2、碳化硼6、锆溶胶5、电气石2.3、不饱和有机硅氧烷1.3、羟基磷灰石1.2、煤渣0.7、乙二醇适量、去离子水适量。

(3)将步骤(1)制备的物料加到步骤(2)的溶胶中,搅拌均匀后再加入羟基磷灰石、煤渣和氧化锆陶瓷粉混合均匀,在电炉中边加热边搅拌,直至烘干,自然冷却后球磨成粒径为25μm的粉末,再将粉末用等离子喷涂技术喷到基体表面;
(4)将氧化钙与适量去离子水混合搅拌,待其冷却后加入石英和碳化硼研磨分散备用;将锆溶胶用4倍量的去离子水稀释,加入上述混合物在高速混料机中搅拌均匀后涂覆在步骤(3)基体表面,激光熔覆后自然冷却即可。
所述一种易清洁环保涂层材料,所述玻璃釉料由麦饭石、石灰石、废瓷粉、三氧化二铍和石墨组成,其中质量比为2:1.2:8:0.4:1。
按照实施例生产的陶瓷涂层性能参数如下:
(1)涂覆性能佳、与基体材料结合力好,涂层表面光滑、无气孔;
(2)耐磨性试验:2.6mg;
(3)抗氧化试验:涂层试件在1500℃的静态空气中有效防氧化时间达185h;
(4)抗热震性试验:升温至1500℃,冷水淬火,如此反复10次,涂层不开裂,不脱落。
Claims (3)
1.一种易清洁环保涂层材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:玻璃釉料12-15、氯化锌1.2-1.6、氧化锆陶瓷粉70-80、石英2-3、氧化钙2-3、碳化硼6-8、锆溶胶5-7、电气石2.3-3、不饱和有机硅氧烷1.3-1.6、羟基磷灰石1.2-1.5、煤渣0.7-1、乙二醇适量、去离子水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种易清洁环保涂层材料,其特征在于,由下列具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将玻璃釉料中加入适量的无水乙醇,在行星球磨机内湿法球磨5-7h,球磨完毕后在105-110℃下烘干,然后加到烧结炉中于505-535℃下预烧20-35min,冷却后再加入适量粘结剂制成粒度为10-30μm的细粉料,烘干后备用;
(2)将氯化锌和氢氧化钠按照物质的量比1:1.8分别热溶解在乙二醇中配成透明溶液,冷却到室温后将氢氧化钠溶液快速倒入氯化锌溶液中,持续搅拌获得粘稠状氢氧化锌中和液,然后在60-80℃水浴中加热2-3h,冷却后用无水乙醇清洗沉淀离心操作,再将该沉淀分散到乙二醇中,加入电气石、不饱和有机硅氧烷快速搅拌形成混合氧化锌溶胶备用;
(3)将步骤(1)制备的物料加到步骤(2)的溶胶中,搅拌均匀后再加入羟基磷灰石、煤渣和氧化锆陶瓷粉混合均匀,在电炉中边加热边搅拌,直至烘干,自然冷却后球磨成粒径为25-40μm的粉末,再将粉末用等离子喷涂技术喷到基体表面;
(4)将氧化钙与适量去离子水混合搅拌,待其冷却后加入石英和碳化硼研磨分散备用;将锆溶胶用4-6倍量的去离子水稀释,加入上述混合物在高速混料机中搅拌均匀后涂覆在步骤(3)基体表面,激光熔覆后自然冷却即可。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述一种易清洁环保涂层材料,其特征在于,所述玻璃釉料由麦饭石、石灰石、废瓷粉、三氧化二铍和石墨组成,其中质量比为2-2.5:1.2-1.5:8-10:0.4-0.5:1-2。
