Abstract
本发明公开了一种标准化螺牙锁液体分配泵锁紧盖,包括有锁紧盖盖体,其特征在于:在所述锁紧盖盖体上端设有连接部,在连接部上部内壁设有内螺纹,在所述锁紧盖盖体中间设有连接孔,在连接部下端外壁与锁紧盖盖体之间设有定位台阶,在所述锁紧盖盖体外侧设有卡接部。本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种结构简单,使用方便,能作为标准化组件使用的螺牙锁紧盖。本发明标准化螺牙锁紧盖应用时,与标准化泵室组装,可以实现标准化生产,减少开模成本,而且可以采用同样的组装机组装,有效降低生产成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及标准化螺牙锁液体分配泵锁紧盖。
背景技术
目前很多产品如液体、面霜和定型发胶等都是由泵系统来进行分配,这些泵系统一般是利用特定的设计来生产的,无法通过更改配件组装出不同功能的泵系统,比如需要实现自锁功能的泵系统与需要实现螺牙锁紧的泵系统,由于需要实现的功能不同,无法通过更改锁紧盖和按头部件来实现功能上的转变。再如需要实现弹簧外置的泵系统和需要实现弹簧内置的泵系统,需要采用不同的泵体、泵杆、锁紧盖等来实现。
由于现有泵系统设计上的缺陷,构成泵系统的组件并不能做成标准组件,无法通过更换组件组装出不同功能的泵系统,无疑增加了开模成本,而且需要采用不同的组装设备进行组装也增加了组装成本。
故此,有必要研发一种由标准组件构成的泵系统,本发明标准化螺牙锁紧盖作为构成泵系统的组件因此而被发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种结构简单,使用方便,能作为标准化组件使用的标准化螺牙锁液体分配泵锁紧盖。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
标准化螺牙锁液体分配泵锁紧盖,包括有锁紧盖盖体,其特征在于:在所述锁紧盖盖体上端设有用于与弯嘴按头连接的连接部,在连接部上部内壁设有与设置在弯嘴按头的泵杆连接部外壁上的外螺纹相配合的内螺纹,在所述锁紧盖盖体中间设有用于与泵杆连接的连接孔,在连接部下端外壁与锁紧盖盖体之间设有定位台阶,在所述锁紧盖盖体外侧设有用于与泵室连接的卡接部。本发明标准化螺牙锁紧盖应用时,与标准化泵室组装,所述标准化泵室内设有与卡接部对应的卡接位,组装时标准化自锁锁紧盖上的卡接部卡接在标准化泵室内的卡接块,可以快速连接。
如上所述的标准化螺牙锁液体分配泵锁紧盖,其特征在于在所述锁紧盖盖体下端面的连接孔外侧向下延伸有活塞定位部,在所述活塞定位部与泵杆外壁之间设有能容置泵杆上定位台阶的间隙。本发明在使用过程中在标准化螺牙锁紧盖的连接孔内设置有一体化吸塞泵杆,当一体化吸塞泵杆在复位弹簧的作用下上升到最高位上,吸塞上端顶压在吸塞定位部上,泵杆上定位台阶同时进入吸塞定位部与泵杆外壁之间构成的间隙,从而限制一体化吸塞泵杆继续上移。
如上所述的标准化螺牙锁液体分配泵锁紧盖,其特征在于所述卡接部包括连接凸柱,在所述连接凸柱外壁上设有卡接凸环。
如上所述的标准化螺牙锁液体分配泵锁紧盖,其特征在于所述的卡接凸环为两个,两个所述卡接凸环间隔设置在连接凸柱外壁上。
如上所述的标准化螺牙锁液体分配泵锁紧盖,其特征在于所述连接凸柱设置在锁紧盖盖体下部。
如上所述的标准化螺牙锁液体分配泵锁紧盖,其特征在于在所述连接凸柱下端设有能与泵室内壁上的锥形连接台阶相贴合的锥形缺面。
综上所述,本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是:
一、本发明标准化生产,可以作为标准组件组装成泵系统,使用方便;
二、本发明中连接部上的内螺纹与弯嘴按头的泵杆连接部外壁上的外螺纹相互配合,能使得弯嘴按头能有效锁定在锁紧盖盖体上,从而有效防止运输过程泵体发生漏液等问题;
三、本发明中在连接部下端外壁与锁紧盖盖体之间设有定位台阶,泵体的复位弹簧套设在连接部外壁上,所述复位弹簧下端顶压在定位台阶上,复位弹簧上端顶压在弯嘴按头内部顶端,从而实现弹簧外置,避免使用过程中乳液等内容物与弹簧接触,更加安全卫生;
四、本发明中锁紧盖盖体的卡接部与泵室内壁的卡接槽相互配合连接,连接方便快捷,安全牢固。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述:
如图1至3所示的标准化螺牙锁液体分配泵锁紧盖,包括有锁紧盖盖体1,在所述锁紧盖盖体1上端设有用于与弯嘴按头2连接的连接部3,在连接部3上部内壁设有与设置在弯嘴按头2的泵杆连接部30外壁上的外螺纹4相配合的内螺纹5,在所述锁紧盖盖体1中间设有用于与泵杆6连接的连接孔7,在连接部3下端外壁与锁紧盖盖体1之间设有定位台阶80,在所述锁紧盖盖体1外侧设有用于与泵室9连接的卡接部10。
本发明中连接部3上的内螺纹5与弯嘴按头2的泵杆连接部30外壁上的外螺纹4相互配合,能使得弯嘴按头3能有效锁定在锁紧盖盖体1上,从而有效防止运输过程泵体发生漏液等问题;本发明中在连接部3下端外壁与锁紧盖盖体1之间设有定位台阶80,泵体的复位弹簧套13设在连接部3外壁上,所述复位弹簧13下端顶压在定位台阶80上,复位弹簧13上端顶压在弯嘴按头2内部顶端,从而实现弹簧外置,避免使用过程中乳液等内容物与弹簧接触,更加安全卫生;本发明中锁紧盖盖体1的卡接部10与泵室9内壁的卡接槽92相互配合连接,连接方便快捷,安全牢固。
本发明中在所述锁紧盖盖体1下端面的连接孔7外侧向下延伸有活塞定位部11,在所述活塞定位部11与泵杆6外壁之间设有能容置泵杆上定位台阶8的间隙12。本发明在使用过程中在标准化螺牙锁紧盖的连接孔7内设置有一体化吸塞泵杆,当一体化吸塞泵杆在复位弹簧13的作用下上升到最高位上,吸塞上端顶压在吸塞定位部上,泵杆6上定位台阶同时进入吸塞定位部12与泵杆6外壁之间构成的间隙14,从而限制一体化吸塞泵杆继续上移。
本发明中所述卡接部10包括连接凸柱101,在所述连接凸柱101外壁上设有卡接凸环102。使用过程中与泵室9内壁的卡接环槽91相配合,所述卡接凸环112卡设在卡接环槽91内。
本发明卡接部10的其中一种实施方式,所述的卡接凸环102为两个,两个所述卡接凸环102间隔设置在连接凸柱101外壁上。对应的在泵室9内壁的设置两个卡接环槽,所述卡接凸环102卡设在卡接环槽内。
本发明卡接部10还可以采用其它实施方式,比如采用一个卡接凸环102,也可以采用三个卡接凸环102或其它数量。
本发明中所述连接凸柱101设置在锁紧盖盖体1下部。卡接部10设置在特定的位置,与泵室的卡接位相互对应,连接方便。
本发明中在所述连接凸柱101下端设有能与泵室9内壁上的锥形连接台阶91相贴合的锥形缺面103。所述锥形缺面103与泵室9内壁上的锥形连接台阶91相互配合,使得本发明标准化自锁锁紧盖与泵室之间连接更加牢固。
本发明使用过程可以根据组装需求选用不同标准化组件组装,比如采用同样的泵室,可以选用不同的标准化自锁锁紧盖或标准化螺牙锁紧盖和对应的按头组装成泵系统,从而实现标准化生产,减少开模成本,而且可以采用同样的组装机组装,有效降低生产成本。

1.标准化螺牙锁液体分配泵锁紧盖,包括有锁紧盖盖体(1),其特征在于:在所述锁紧盖盖体(1)上端设有用于与弯嘴按头(2)连接的连接部(3),在连接部(3)上部内壁设有与设置在弯嘴按头(2)的泵杆连接部(30)外壁上的外螺纹(4)相配合的内螺纹(5),在所述锁紧盖盖体(1)中间设有用于与泵杆(6)连接的连接孔(7),在连接部(3)下端外壁与锁紧盖盖体(1)之间设有定位台阶(80),在所述锁紧盖盖体(1)外侧设有用于与泵室(9)连接的卡接部(10),在所述锁紧盖盖体(1)下端面的连接孔(7)外侧向下延伸有活塞定位部(11),在所述活塞定位部(11)与泵杆(6)外壁之间设有能容置泵杆上定位台阶(8)的间隙(12),所述卡接部(10)包括连接凸柱(101),在所述连接凸柱(101)外壁上设有卡接凸环(102),所述的卡接凸环(102)为两个,两个所述卡接凸环(102)间隔设置在连接凸柱(101)外壁上,所述连接凸柱(101)设置在锁紧盖盖体(1)下部,在所述连接凸柱(101)下端设有能与泵室(9)内壁上的锥形连接台阶(91)相贴合的锥形缺面(103)。
