Abstract
本发明公开了一种果冻盖包装材料及其加工工艺,一种果冻盖包装材料,本发明的结构从外到内依次为:食品级BOPA印刷膜、耐高温蒸煮油墨层、耐高温蒸煮聚氨酯双组份胶水层、食品级五层共挤流延PE膜。本发明的包装材料,内衬材料使用五层共挤流延复合工艺生产,薄厚均匀,透明度高,可以耐180℃高温,克服了以往果冻盖材的缺点,使得与杯体贴合后容易撕开,且经过高温杀菌消毒后,盖膜会收缩,能使盖面平整如镜面,外观整齐,使用效果好。

技术领域:
本发明涉及食品包装材质,特别是一种适用于果冻盒盖的包装材料及其加工工艺。
背景技术:
现在我国现有的果冻盖材包装材料中,一般所使用的包装材料都是用胶水将附有油墨层的双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜粘合在一起,复合内衬材料相对简单(一般为三层共挤材料),复合出来的材料,与果冻杯体(一般为PP材质)的结合后,一般会很难开启,消费者需要非常费力的才能打开;其它部份的容易开启的材料,盖到果冻杯上以后,会发生不平整,外观效果不佳的情况,导致杯体内的果冻成品容易漏液,严重影响果冻的包装质量。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种工艺方法简单、加工出的产品质量好的果冻盖包装材料及其加工工艺。
本发明的技术方案是,一种果冻盖包装材料,其特征在于:本发明的结构从外到内依次为:食品级BOPA印刷膜 、耐高温蒸煮油墨层、耐高温蒸煮聚氨酯双组份胶水 层、食品级五层共挤流延PE膜。所述的食品级BOPA要求是印刷级(非复合级)且耐高温,内面印刷油墨;本发明的具体技术方案中,食品级BOPA为17.25g/m2, 食品级五层共挤流延PE膜,为透明膜,55.5~74 g/m2。本发明的具体技术方案中,食品级五层共挤流延PE膜,共分为五层,其中接触胶水的一面为电晕处里面,材质为PE,挺度层材质为PP,高阻隔层PA及EVOH,易开启层,材质为EVA。
食品级五层共挤流延PE膜的复合工艺生产:各层使用材料及加工温度如下:其中PE层使用的LDPE(1C7A),加工温度290-320℃,厚度10-20um,PP使用的是进口680S或670M,加工温度280-300℃,厚度10-15um ,PA使用的是PA66加工温度为280-300℃,厚度10-15um,EVOH加工温度为240-260℃,厚度8-12um,EVA加工温度为150-190℃,厚度15-20um。
本发明提供了一种果冻盖包装材料的生产方法,具体实施步骤如下:
(1)在食品级BOPA印刷膜上进行印刷油墨,该油墨为耐高温蒸煮油墨,
(2)在油墨面上涂布耐高温蒸煮聚氨酯双组份胶水,
(3)涂布胶水的印刷材料与食品级五层共挤流延PE膜进行干式复合,
(4)复合以后的半成品进行熟化,
(5)熟化后进行分切得到该包装材料。
本发明本发明包装材料,内衬材料使用五层共挤流延复合工艺生产,薄厚均匀,透明度高,可以耐180℃高温,克服了以往果冻盖材的缺点,使得与杯体贴合后容易撕开,且经过高温杀菌消毒后,盖膜会收缩,能使盖面平整如镜面,外观整齐,使用效果好。

实施例1,
具体实施步骤如下:
(1)在食品级BOPA印刷膜1上进行印刷油墨层2,该油墨为耐高温蒸煮油墨,
(2)在油墨面上涂布耐高温蒸煮聚氨酯双组份胶水层3,
(3)涂布胶水的印刷材料与食品级五层共挤流延PE膜进行干式复合,所述的五层共挤流延PE膜为:电晕处理层4,挺度层5,高阻隔层6,易开启热封层7,
(4)复合以后的半成品进行熟化,
(5)熟化后进行分切得到该包装材料。
印刷工艺要求:印刷膜使用食品级双向拉伸尼龙印刷级薄膜,印刷环境要求15℃,相对湿度20%,烘箱温度70℃,最高速度180m/min;复合使用干式复合,复合胶水使用耐高温蒸煮聚氨酯双组份胶水,其中主剂,固化剂及稀释剂重量配比为1:0.2:1.8,干基涂胶量3.5g/m2,最高生产速度150 m/min;食品级五层共挤流延PE膜的结构为:PE\PP\PA\EVOH\EVA,五层共挤流延PE膜55.5 g/m2;
实施例2
具体实施步骤如下:
(1)在食品级BOPA印刷膜上进行印刷油墨,该油墨为耐高温蒸煮油墨,
(2)在油墨面上涂布耐高温蒸煮聚氨酯双组份胶水,
(3)涂布胶水的印刷材料与食品级五层共挤流延PE膜进行干式复合,
(4)复合以后的半成品进行熟化,
(5)熟化后进行分切得到该包装材料。
印刷工艺要求:印刷膜使用食品级双向拉伸尼龙印刷级薄膜,印刷环境要求30℃,相对湿度30%,烘箱温度60℃,最高速度180m/min;复合使用干式复合,复合胶水使用耐高温蒸煮聚氨酯双组份胶水,其中主剂,固化剂及稀释剂重量配比为1:0.2:1.8,干基涂胶量3.2g/m2,最高生产速度150 m/min;食品级五层共挤流延PE膜的结构为:PE\PP\PA\EVOH\EVA,五层共挤流延PE膜55.5 g/m2;
实施例3,
具体实施步骤如下:
(1)在食品级BOPA印刷膜上进行印刷油墨,该油墨为耐高温蒸煮油墨,
(2)在油墨面上涂布耐高温蒸煮聚氨酯双组份胶水,
(3)涂布胶水的印刷材料与食品级五层共挤流延PE膜进行干式复合,
(4)复合以后的半成品进行熟化,
(5)熟化后进行分切得到该包装材料。
印刷工艺要求:印刷膜使用食品级双向拉伸尼龙印刷级薄膜,印刷环境要求18℃,相对湿度40%,烘箱温度50℃,最高速度180m/min;复合使用干式复合,复合胶水使用耐高温蒸煮聚氨酯双组份胶水,其中主剂,固化剂及稀释剂重量配比为1:0.2:1.8,干基涂胶量3.0g/m2,最高生产速度150 m/min;食品级五层共挤流延PE膜的结构为:PE\PP\PA\EVOH\EVA,五层共挤流延PE膜55.5 g/m2;

Claims (1)
1.一种果冻盖包装材料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述果冻盖包装材料的结构从外到内依次为食品级BOPA印刷膜、耐高温蒸煮油墨层、耐高温蒸煮聚氨酯双组份胶水层、食品级五层共挤流延PE膜;具体实施步骤如下:
(1)在食品级BOPA印刷膜上进行印刷油墨,该油墨为耐高温蒸煮油墨,
(2)在油墨面上涂布耐高温蒸煮聚氨酯双组份胶水,
(3)涂布胶水的印刷材料与食品级五层共挤流延PE膜进行干式复合,
(4)复合以后的半成品进行熟化,
(5)熟化后进行分切得到该包装材料;
其中,所述的食品级BOPA印刷膜是印刷级且耐高温,内面印刷油墨,食品级BOPA为17.25g/m2;
所述食品级五层共挤流延PE膜,为透明膜,55.5~74 g/m2,共分为五层,其中接触胶水的一面为电晕处理 面,材质为PE,挺度层材质为PP,高阻隔层PA及EVOH,易开启层,材质为EVA;
所述食品级五层共挤流延PE膜的复合工艺为:PE层使用的LDPE,加工温度290-320℃,厚度10-20μm,PP使用的是进口680S或670M,加工温度280-300℃,厚度10-15μm ,PA使用的是PA66加工温度为280-300℃,厚度10-15μm,EVOH加工温度为240-260℃,厚度8-12μm,EVA加工温度为150-190℃,厚度15-20μm。
