本发明公开了一种用于涂层机的组合涂层头，包括：涂台，所述涂台的表面设有台板，所述台板上面设有气动抬刀装置，所述气动抬刀装置上设有抬刀限位装置，所述气动抬刀装置与涂台之间设有自动挡浆装置，所述涂台内部设有导布辊、铝开幅辊和恒张力检测装置。通过上述方式，本发明用于涂层机的组合涂层头，结构简单，保证了进布稳定性，防止进布卡死，灵活性高。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂层机领域，特别是涉及一种用于涂层机的组合涂层头。
背景技术
在基材上涂刮各种涂料, 形成的复合涂层产品应用领域非常广泛，涂层的方式也多种多样：辊涂、雕版印刷、喷雾、刮涂、气相沉积、浇筑、浸渍等，它们被用来制造不同的产品、满足不同的需求和达到各种精度的要求。由于刀涂适用于高速度、大幅宽、中等精度的涂层要求，这些涂层布被广泛应用于工业、体育场馆、景观、公路收费站、车辆篷布、动车软联接、军旅帐篷、充气式游乐场、充气式橡皮艇、软体集装箱、水箱、广告材料等领域。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于涂层机的组合涂层头，结构简单，保证了进布稳定性，防止进布卡死，灵活性高。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种用于涂层机的组合涂层头，包括：涂台，所述涂台的表面设有台板，所述台板上面设有气动抬刀装置，所述气动抬刀装置上设有抬刀限位装置，所述气动抬刀装置与涂台之间设有自动挡浆装置，所述涂台内部设有导布辊、铝开幅辊和恒张力检测装置。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述导布辊连接有恒张力送布装置。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述台板为高度可调节台板。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述气动抬刀装置为可调抬刀装置。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明用于涂层机的组合涂层头，结构简单，保证了进布稳定性，防止进布卡死，灵活性高。

另外，所述导布辊8连接有恒张力送布装置6。
另外，所述台板3为高度可调节台板。
另外，所述气动抬刀装置1为可调抬刀装置。
本发明用于涂层机的组合涂层头，结构简单，保证了进布稳定性，防止进布卡死，灵活性高。

2.根据权利要求1所述的用于涂层机的组合涂层头，其特征在于，所述导布辊连接有恒张力送布装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于涂层机的组合涂层头，其特征在于，所述台板为高度可调节台板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于涂层机的组合涂层头，其特征在于，所述气动抬刀装置为可调抬刀装置。
