Abstract

本发明公开了一种微创椎弓根螺釘系統,包括导引管、连接端、固定螺钉、连接棒、螺钉帽、导向螺母、凸起、椎间融合器和螺纹孔。本发明的有益效果是:该种微创椎弓根螺釘系統结构简单,PEEK材料制作的连接棒可以卸载退变椎间盘和关节突关节的压力负荷,可降低椎弓根螺钉与骨界面的应力,进而降低螺钉拔出及断钉风险,利用PEEK材料制成的椎间融合器能够兼容X光拍照和磁共振成像,PEEK可避免自体移植物的并发症以及同种异体移植物的缺陷,固定螺钉为可折断的长尾螺钉,不仅实现了提拉、加压的操作可行性,还方便置棒及螺帽锁定,螺钉帽内壁双U型设计可使螺钉与杆之间把持力最大,使应力分布均匀,可避免螺钉颈部断裂,保证其安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种椎弓根螺釘系統,具体是一种微创椎弓根螺釘系統,属于医疗器械系统应用技术领域。
背景技术
目前,植入器械是医疗器械的一个重要分类,通过向患者植入合理类型的植入器械,可解决一些患者身体机能问题,而椎弓根螺钉的脊柱内固定系统,也是一种植入器械,该种系统能有效完成脊柱的三柱固定,是临床上治疗脊柱相关疾病最广泛应用的内固定方式,由于植入器械对人体潜在影响巨大,所以需要严格的临床试验为依据才能上市,现有的椎弓根螺釘系統结构复杂,植入步骤繁琐,价格昂贵,在植入时或是移除设备时,可能会导致螺钉断裂,现今的椎弓根螺釘系統多数采用钛合金制作,但是钛金属易于产生伪影,不利于X光拍照和磁共振成像,并因弹性模量高带来较高的塌陷风险,因此,针对上述问题提出一种微创椎弓根螺釘系統。因此,针对上述问题提出一种微创椎弓根螺釘系統。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种微创椎弓根螺釘系統。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的,一种微创椎弓根螺釘系統,包括导引管以及设置在所述导引管一侧的椎间融合器,所述导引管底部设有连接端,且所述连接端连接固定螺钉;所述连接端内腔设有导向螺母,且所述导向螺母底部设有螺钉帽;所述螺钉帽底部设有所述固定螺钉;所述螺钉帽内腔固定设有连接棒;所述椎间融合器表面设有凸起;所述椎间融合器侧壁设有螺纹孔。
优选的,所述螺钉帽用来固定所述连接棒的内腔外形呈U型。
优选的,所述固定螺钉是一种长尾螺钉,且所述固定螺钉与所述导引管之间焊接。
优选的,所述导引管通过所述连接端与所述固定螺钉连接。
优选的,所述螺纹孔的孔径大于所述固定螺钉的直径。
本发明的有益效果是:该种微创椎弓根螺釘系統结构简单,只需要简单的操作即可将椎弓根螺釘系統植入患者体内,由于连接棒和椎间融合器都是采用PEEK材料制作,采用PEEK材料制作的连接棒可以卸载退变椎间盘和关节突关节的压力负荷,同时保留正常的活动度,另外可降低椎弓根螺钉与骨界面的应力,进而降低螺钉拔出及断钉风险,利用PEEK材料制成的椎间融合器能够兼容X光拍照和磁共振成像,并且弹性模量值较低;而钛金属易于产生伪影,并因弹性模量高带来较高的塌陷风险,因此,在该应用中PEEK比钛金属更具优势,此外,PEEK可避免自体移植物的并发症以及同种异体移植物的缺陷,固定螺钉为可折断的长尾螺钉,由于增加了钉尾螺纹的内引导,不仅实现了提拉、加压的操作可行性,还方便置棒及螺帽锁定,为椎弓根螺釘系統的植入带来方便,螺钉帽内壁双U型设计可使螺钉与杆之间把持力最大,使应力分布均匀,可避免螺钉颈部断裂,保证其安全性。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-4所示,一种微创椎弓根螺釘系統,包括导引管1以及设置在所述导引管1一侧的椎间融合器8,所述导引管1底部设有连接端2,且所述连接端2连接固定螺钉3;所述连接端2内腔设有导向螺母6,且所述导向螺母6底部设有螺钉帽5;所述螺钉帽5底部设有所述固定螺钉3;所述螺钉帽5内腔固定设有连接棒4;所述椎间融合器8表面设有凸起7;所述椎间融合器8侧壁设有螺纹孔。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案,所述螺钉帽5用来固定所述连接棒4的内腔外形呈U型,可降低椎弓根螺钉与骨界面的应力。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案,所述固定螺钉3是一种长尾螺钉,且所述固定螺钉3与所述导引管1之间焊接,增加使用寿命。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案,所述导引管1通过所述连接端2与所述固定螺钉3连接。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案,所述螺纹孔9的孔径大于所述固定螺钉3的直径。
本发明在使用时,将连接棒4固定于螺钉帽5内腔,通过螺钉帽5连接固定螺钉3,通过导引管1将固定螺钉3植入患者患处的相应位置,固定螺钉3可以与椎间融合器8配合使用,固定螺钉3是一种长尾螺钉,通过医用的折断器通过对抗扳手导入并插入螺钉一侧延长片,向外折断,将对抗扳手提起约5mm、旋转180°后插入,折断对侧延长尾片,由于折断螺钉延长尾片时,向外的折片力可能影响螺帽锁紧,故折片后,需再次对螺帽进行锁紧,通过透视证实内固定位置。

1.一种微创椎弓根螺釘系統,包括导引管(1)以及设置在所述导引管(1)一侧的椎间融合器(8),其特征在于:所述导引管(1)底部设有连接端(2),且所述连接端(2)连接固定螺钉(3);所述连接端(2)内腔设有导向螺母(6),且所述导向螺母(6)底部设有螺钉帽(5);所述螺钉帽(5)底部设有所述固定螺钉(3);所述螺钉帽(5)内腔固定设有连接棒(4);所述椎间融合器(8)表面设有凸起(7);所述椎间融合器(8)侧壁设有螺纹孔(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种微创椎弓根螺釘系統,其特征在于:所述螺钉帽(5)用来固定所述连接棒(4)的内腔外形呈U型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种微创椎弓根螺釘系統,其特征在于:所述固定螺钉(3)是一种长尾螺钉,且所述固定螺钉(3)与所述导引管(1)之间焊接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种微创椎弓根螺釘系統,其特征在于:所述导引管(1)通过所述连接端(2)与所述固定螺钉(3)连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种微创椎弓根螺釘系統,其特征在于:所述螺纹孔(9)的孔径大于所述固定螺钉(3)的直径。
