Abstract

本发明提供一种径向切向永磁与无刷电磁复合励磁驱动电机,属于电动汽车电机电器技术领域。由前端盖、后端盖、机壳、转子、定子组成,矩形永磁钢分别内嵌在第一矩形槽和第二矩形槽内,能够有效防止永磁钢在冲击电流的电枢反应作用下产生不可逆退磁,保证永磁钢不失磁,驱动电机气隙内的磁场由永磁钢和电励磁绕组共同提供,磁场强度大,输出功率高。

本发明提供一种径向切向永磁与无刷电磁复合励磁驱动电机,属于电动汽车电机电器技术领域。
背景技术
目前电动汽车上采用的永磁驱动电机的转子大多采用永磁体外嵌入式结构,如现有技术,专利名称:无刷直流电机转子,专利号:ZL200920116549.1,公开了如下技术方案,包括转子铁芯、转轴和永磁体,转子铁芯由冲片叠加组成并连成一体,转轴与转子铁芯固定连接,转子铁芯的外表面均匀分布有偶数个T形楔块,相邻T形楔块之间构成插槽,永磁体对应镶嵌在插槽内,该结构转子的永磁体直接面对气隙,在冲击电流的电枢反应作用下,可能产生不可逆退磁,永磁体一旦形成不可逆退磁,驱动电机效率降低,功率、扭矩迅速下降,其使用性能有待于进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能克服上述缺陷,驱动电机气隙内的磁场由永磁钢和电励磁绕组共同提供,磁场强度大,功率密度高的径向切向永磁与无刷电磁复合励磁驱动电机,其技术内容为:
径向切向永磁与无刷电磁复合励磁驱动电机由前端盖、后端盖、机壳、混合励磁转子、定子组成,其特征在于:混合励磁转子由无碳刷滑环结构的爪极式电励磁转子和径向切向永磁转子组成;
径向切向永磁转子由轴、转子铁芯、第一矩形永磁钢、第二矩形永磁钢、隔磁气隙组成,转子铁芯上均布有偶数个贯穿转子铁芯厚度的第一矩形槽,第一矩形槽为径向结构,第一矩形槽的外端与转子铁芯的外圆之间不连通,在每个第一矩形槽的内端两侧设有对称的贯穿转子铁芯厚度的第二矩形槽,在第一矩形槽的内端和第一矩形槽内端两侧的第二矩形槽的内端共同设有贯穿转子铁芯厚度的隔磁气隙,隔磁气隙与第一矩形槽内端和第一矩形槽内端两侧的第二矩形槽的内端均连通,相邻的隔磁气隙不连通,相邻的两个第一矩形槽之间的两个第二矩形槽形成正“八”字形且两个第二矩形槽的外端不连通,将第一矩形永磁钢按照相邻的两片第一矩形永磁钢的N极与N极相对、S极与S极相对的方式依次安装在第一矩形槽内,再将第二矩形永磁钢按照第二矩形永磁钢外表面的极性与相邻的两片第一矩形永磁钢形成的极性相同的方式依次安装在第二矩形槽内,转子铁芯压装在轴上。
工作原理:当驱动电机通入由三相逆变器经脉宽调制的三相交流电后,驱动电机定子产生空间旋转磁场,它与转子所产生的磁场相互作用,转子产生与定子绕组旋转磁场方向一致的旋转转矩,使驱动电机转子转动,进而驱动电动汽车运行。
本发明与现有技术相比,矩形永磁钢分别内嵌在第一矩形槽和第二矩形槽内,能够有效防止永磁钢在冲击电流的电枢反应作用下产生不可逆退磁,保证永磁钢不失磁,驱动电机气隙内的磁场由永磁钢和电励磁绕组共同提供,磁场强度大,输出功率高。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
径向切向永磁与无刷电磁复合励磁驱动电机由前端盖9、后端盖1、机壳3、混合励磁转子、定子4组成,其特征在于:混合励磁转子由无碳刷滑环结构的爪极式电励磁转子和径向切向永磁转子组成;
径向切向永磁转子由轴2、转子铁芯6、第一矩形永磁钢5、第二矩形永磁钢8、隔磁气隙7组成,转子铁芯6上均布有偶数个贯穿转子铁芯6厚度的第一矩形槽,第一矩形槽为径向结构,第一矩形槽的外端与转子铁芯6的外圆之间不连通,在每个第一矩形槽的内端两侧设有对称的贯穿转子铁芯6厚度的第二矩形槽,在第一矩形槽的内端和第一矩形槽内端两侧的第二矩形槽的内端共同设有贯穿转子铁芯6厚度的隔磁气隙7,隔磁气隙7与第一矩形槽内端和第一矩形槽内端两侧的第二矩形槽的内端均连通,相邻的隔磁气隙7不连通,相邻的两个第一矩形槽之间的两个第二矩形槽形成正“八”字形且两个第二矩形槽的外端不连通,将第一矩形永磁钢5按照相邻的两片第一矩形永磁钢5的N极与N极相对、S极与S极相对的方式依次安装在第一矩形槽内,再将第二矩形永磁钢8按照第二矩形永磁钢8外表面的极性与相邻的两片第一矩形永磁钢形成的极性相同的方式依次安装在第二矩形槽内,转子铁芯6压装在轴2上。

1.一种径向切向永磁与无刷电磁复合励磁驱动电机,由前端盖(9)、后端盖(1)、机壳(3)、混合励磁转子、定子(4)组成,其特征在于:混合励磁转子由无碳刷滑环结构的爪极式电励磁转子和径向切向永磁转子组成;
径向切向永磁转子由轴(2)、转子铁芯(6)、第一矩形永磁钢(5)、第二矩形永磁钢(8)、隔磁气隙(7)组成,转子铁芯(6)上均布有偶数个贯穿转子铁芯(6)厚度的第一矩形槽,第一矩形槽为径向结构,第一矩形槽的外端与转子铁芯(6)的外圆之间不连通,在每个第一矩形槽的内端两侧设有对称的贯穿转子铁芯(6)厚度的第二矩形槽,在第一矩形槽的内端和第一矩形槽内端两侧的第二矩形槽的内端共同设有贯穿转子铁芯(6)厚度的隔磁气隙(7),隔磁气隙(7)与第一矩形槽内端和第一矩形槽内端两侧的第二矩形槽的内端均连通,相邻的隔磁气隙(7)不连通,相邻的两个第一矩形槽之间的两个第二矩形槽形成正“八”字形且两个第二矩形槽的外端不连通,将第一矩形永磁钢(5)按照相邻的两片第一矩形永磁钢(5)的N极与N极相对、S极与S极相对的方式依次安装在第一矩形槽内,再将第二矩形永磁钢(8)按照第二矩形永磁钢(8)外表面的极性与相邻的两片第一矩形永磁钢形成的极性相同的方式依次安装在第二矩形槽内,转子铁芯(6)压装在轴(2)上。
