Abstract

本发明提供一种隐形复合磁极与无刷电磁驱动电机,属于电动汽车电机电器技术领域。由前端盖、后端盖、机壳、转子、定子组成,矩形永磁钢分别内嵌在转子铁芯上的第一矩形槽和第二矩形槽内,能够有效防止永磁钢在冲击电流的电枢反应作用下产生不可逆退磁,保证永磁钢不失磁,驱动电机气隙内的磁场由永磁钢和电励磁绕组共同提供,产生的磁场直接面对气隙,漏磁少。

技术领域
本发明提供一种隐形复合磁极与无刷电磁驱动电机,属于电动汽车电机电器技术领域。
背景技术
目前电动汽车上采用的永磁驱动电机的转子大多采用永磁体外嵌入式结构,如现有技术,专利名称:无刷直流电机转子,专利号:ZL200920116549.1,公开了如下技术方案,包括转子铁芯、转轴和永磁体,转子铁芯由冲片叠加组成并连成一体,转轴与转子铁芯固定连接,转子铁芯的外表面均匀分布有偶数个T形楔块,相邻T形楔块之间构成插槽,永磁体对应镶嵌在插槽内,该结构转子的永磁体直接面对气隙,在冲击电流的电枢反应作用下,可能产生不可逆退磁,永磁体一旦形成不可逆退磁,驱动电机效率降低,功率、扭矩迅速下降,其使用性能有待于进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能克服上述缺陷,驱动电机气隙内的磁场由永磁钢和电励磁绕组共同提供,产生的磁场直接面对气隙,漏磁少的隐形复合磁极与无刷电磁驱动电机,其技术内容为:
隐形复合磁极与无刷电磁驱动电机由前端盖、后端盖、机壳、混合励磁转子、定子组成,其特征在于:混合励磁转子由无碳刷滑环结构的爪极式电励磁转子和隐形复合磁极转子组成;
隐形复合磁极转子由轴、第一矩形永磁钢、第二矩形永磁钢、转子铁芯、隔磁气隙组成,转子铁芯上均布有多个贯穿转子铁芯厚度且由两个第一矩形槽形成的倒“八”字形槽,两个第一矩形槽形成的倒“八”字形槽内端中间设有贯穿转子铁芯厚度且由两个第二矩形槽形成的正“八”字形槽,形成正“八”字形的两个第二矩形槽的外端不连通,第一矩形槽的外端与转子铁芯的外圆不连通,在每个第一矩形槽的内端和相邻第二矩形槽的内端共同设有贯穿转子铁芯厚度的隔磁气隙,隔磁气隙的外端与第一矩形槽的内端和第二矩形槽的内端均连通,相邻的隔磁气隙不连通,将完全相同的两片第一矩形永磁钢分别安放在转子铁芯由两个第一矩形槽形成的倒“八”字形槽内且两片第一矩形永磁钢形成的倒“八”字形的内侧均为N极,将完全相同的两片第二矩形永磁钢分别安放在转子铁芯由两个第二矩形槽形成的正“八”字形槽内且两片第二矩形永磁钢形成的正“八”字形的外侧均为N极,第一矩形永磁钢的S极和第二矩形永磁钢的S极均通过转子铁芯引到相邻的两个倒“八”字形槽中间部分的转子铁芯上,形成隐形磁极的S极,转子铁芯压装在轴上。
工作原理:当驱动电机通入由三相逆变器经脉宽调制的三相交流电后,驱动电机定子产生空间旋转磁场,它与转子所产生的磁场相互作用,转子产生与定子绕组旋转磁场方向一致的旋转转矩,使驱动电机转子转动,进而驱动电动汽车运行。
本发明与现有技术相比,矩形永磁钢分别内嵌在转子铁芯上的第一矩形槽和第二矩形槽内,能够有效防止永磁钢在冲击电流的电枢反应作用下产生不可逆退磁,保证永磁钢不失磁,驱动电机气隙内的磁场由永磁钢和电励磁绕组共同提供,产生的磁场直接面对气隙,漏磁少。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
隐形复合磁极与无刷电磁驱动电机由前端盖9、后端盖1、机壳3、混合励磁转子、定子4组成,其特征在于:混合励磁转子由无碳刷滑环结构的爪极式电励磁转子和隐形复合磁极转子组成;
隐形复合磁极转子由轴2、第一矩形永磁钢5、第二矩形永磁钢8、转子铁芯6、隔磁气隙7组成,转子铁芯6上均布有多个贯穿转子铁芯6厚度且由两个第一矩形槽形成的倒“八”字形槽,两个第一矩形槽形成的倒“八”字形槽内端中间设有贯穿转子铁芯6厚度且由两个第二矩形槽形成的正“八”字形槽,形成正“八”字形的两个第二矩形槽的外端不连通,第一矩形槽的外端与转子铁芯6的外圆不连通,在每个第一矩形槽的内端和相邻第二矩形槽的内端共同设有贯穿转子铁芯6厚度的隔磁气隙7,隔磁气隙7的外端与第一矩形槽的内端和第二矩形槽的内端均连通,相邻的隔磁气隙7不连通,将完全相同的两片第一矩形永磁钢5分别安放在转子铁芯6由两个第一矩形槽形成的倒“八”字形槽内且两片第一矩形永磁钢5形成的倒“八”字形的内侧均为N极,将完全相同的两片第二矩形永磁钢8分别安放在转子铁芯6由两个第二矩形槽形成的正“八”字形槽内且两片第二矩形永磁钢8形成的正“八”字形的外侧均为N极,第一矩形永磁钢5的S极和第二矩形永磁钢8的S极均通过转子铁芯6引到相邻的两个倒“八”字形槽中间部分的转子铁芯6上,形成隐形磁极的S极,转子铁芯6压装在轴2上。

Claims (1)

1.一种隐形复合磁极与无刷电磁驱动电机,由前端盖(9)、后端盖(1)、机壳(3)、混合励磁转子、定子(4)组成,其特征在于:混合励磁转子由无碳刷滑环结构的爪极式电励磁转子和隐形复合磁极转子组成;
隐形复合磁极转子由轴(2)、第一矩形永磁钢(5)、第二矩形永磁钢(8)、转子铁芯(6)、隔磁气隙(7)组成,转子铁芯(6)上均布有多个贯穿转子铁芯(6)厚度且由两个第一矩形槽形成的倒“八”字形槽,两个第一矩形槽形成的倒“八”字形槽内端中间设有贯穿转子铁芯(6)厚度且由两个第二矩形槽形成的正“八”字形槽,形成正“八”字形的两个第二矩形槽的外端不连通,第一矩形槽的外端与转子铁芯(6)的外圆不连通,在每个第一矩形槽的内端和相邻第二矩形槽的内端共同设有贯穿转子铁芯(6)厚度的隔磁气隙(7),隔磁气隙(7)的外端与第一矩形槽的内端和第二矩形槽的内端均连通,相邻的隔磁气隙(7)不连通,将完全相同的两片第一矩形永磁钢(5)分别安放在转子铁芯(6)由两个第一矩形槽形成的倒“八”字形槽内且两片第一矩形永磁钢(5)形成的倒“八”字形的内侧均为N极,将完全相同的两片第二矩形永磁钢(8)分别安放在转子铁芯(6)由两个第二矩形槽形成的正“八”字形槽内且两片第二矩形永磁钢(8)形成的正“八”字形的外侧均为N极,第一矩形永磁钢(5)的S极和第二矩形永磁钢(8)的S极均通过转子铁芯(6)引到相邻的两个倒“八”字形槽中间部分的转子铁芯(6)上,形成隐形磁极的S极,转子铁芯(6)压装在轴(2)上。
