技术领域
本发明涉及电力设备，具体是一种一体式创通线夹。
背景技术
创通线夹是电力接线用的专业线夹，主要由中间两块互相咬接的顶压块和两侧的弧形挡板构成，操作时，利用压接工具将顶压块下压，电线、顶压块组成的契合结构即被契合在两侧弧形挡板之间，利用结构变形来压接电线。该结构虽然压接牢固，但在检修操作时，只能使用一次，二次施工时，需要将电线咬断或将顶压块撬起变形，并将该结构丢弃，采用新的线夹重新施工，因此存在材料浪费的问题，由于该线夹采用的是结构变形压接，因此不能进行维修后使用，同时，由于需要对顶压块压接，因此对结构用力较大，在高空作业中操作极其不便，施工人员安全性能低。另外，上述普通的创通线夹都是顶压块同时对两侧的导线施力紧固，当其中一条导线需要更换时，需松开中部的螺母，使得中部顶压块松开，导致两侧的导线都松开，无法针对性的松开其中一条导电，而不影响另一根导线。最后，普通创通线夹分为C字形夹座、顶压块以及螺栓螺母几部分，在使用时才与导线一起拼装起来，使用麻烦，当在高空接线时，手上分别持握多个零件，影响手部灵活性，操作不方便。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足，提供一种一体式创通线夹。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了以下技术方案：
一种一体式创通线夹，包括夹座、J形左活动夹块、J形右活动夹块、左螺杆以及右螺杆，
所述夹座包括左固定线槽臂、右固定线槽臂以及盒状底座，左固定线槽臂和右固定线槽臂固定在盒状底座上方，
所述J形左活动夹块和J形右活动夹块的直线部分下方设有多排齿牙，并且分别从盒状底座两端安装在其内腔，
所述左螺杆和右螺杆分别从盒状底座两端安装在其内腔，并且左螺杆和右螺杆的螺牙分别与J形左活动夹块和J形右活动夹块直线部分下方的齿牙啮合。
所述盒状底座内腔包括十字截面部分和其下方的半圆形截面部分，J形左活动夹块和J形右活动夹块的直线部分截面为与盒状底座内腔十字截面部分紧密配合的十字形，左螺杆和右螺杆分别从盒状底座两端安装在盒状底座内腔的半圆形截面部分。
所述左固定线槽臂和右固定线槽的线槽槽口分别朝向左方和右方，并且分别与J形左活动夹块和J形右活动夹块的弧形部分对应。
所述左螺杆和右螺杆在盒状底座内腔的一端通过转动副连接，在盒状底座外的一端设有手柄。
与现有技术相比较，本发明具备的有益效果：
(1)本发明所述一体式创通线夹左右两边的线槽独立工作，安装或拆卸时，可以分别进行，对其中一根导线进行操作时，不影响另一根导线的状态。
(2)本发明所述一体式创通线夹的各个零件都是组合安装成一个整体使用，简单方便，克服了以往创通线夹的各个零件分散非一体的形式导致的安装过程繁琐。
(3)本发明所述一体式创通线夹能够重复使用。

所述J形左活动夹块1和J形右活动夹块2的直线部分下方设有多排齿牙1c，并且分别从盒状底座9两端安装在其内腔，
所述左螺杆3和右螺杆4分别从盒状底座9两端安装在其内腔，并且左螺杆3和右螺杆4的螺牙分别与J形左活动夹块1和J形右活动夹块2直线部分下方的齿牙啮合。
所述盒状底座9内腔包括十字截面部分和其下方的半圆形截面部分，J形左活动夹块1和J形右活动夹块2的直线部分1a截面为与盒状底座9内腔十字截面部分紧密配合的十字形，左螺杆3和右螺杆4分别从盒状底座9两端安装在盒状底座9内腔的半圆形截面部分。
所述左固定线槽臂5和右固定线槽6的线槽槽口分别朝向左方和右方，并且分别与J形左活动夹块1和J形右活动夹块2的弧形部分1b对应。
所述左螺杆3和右螺杆4在盒状底座内腔的一端通过转动副7连接，在盒状底座9外的一端设有手柄。
使用时，旋转左螺杆3使得J形左活动夹块1与左固定线槽臂5之间的距离变大，将导线放入线槽中，反向旋转左螺杆3并拧紧，使得J形左活动夹块1和左固定线槽臂5将线槽中导线夹紧。按照相同的方法操作右螺杆4和J形右活动夹块2。转动副7可以是两个轴承，使得螺杆能够转动又能够固定在盒状底座9中。

所述J形左活动夹块和J形右活动夹块的直线部分下方设有多排齿牙，并且分别从盒状底座两端安装在其内腔，
所述左螺杆和右螺杆分别从盒状底座两端安装在其内腔，并且左螺杆和右螺杆的螺牙分别与J形左活动夹块和J形右活动夹块直线部分下方的齿牙啮合。
