本发明公开了一种通讯线缆的插针式连接器,包括圆柱形的连接座,连接座上成型有贯穿两端的通孔,连接座两端相对的外壁上成型有卡槽,连接座中部的外壁上成型有环形槽道,环形槽道的底面上成型有与连接座通孔相连通的槽口,槽口段的连接座内嵌置有连接管,连接管的内孔和连接座上的通孔连通,连接管上的侧壁上螺接有两个顶丝,连接座上槽口两侧的环形槽道内插套固定有密封圈,环形槽道一端的侧壁上成型有外螺纹的凸台,连接座上插套有移动套,移动套螺接在凸台上,密封圈压靠在移动套的内壁上。它采用的连接器结构简单,连接通讯线缆时具有较好的密封性,在户外使用寿命长,同时通讯线缆与连接器连接时较为方便快捷。

技术领域:
本发明涉及通讯线缆连接器的技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种通讯线缆的插针式连接器。
背景技术:
目前,在室外通讯设备中为了保证设备的使用寿命,对连接器件的稳定性能要求很高。现有的一些应用于通讯基站的插针式连接器,其主要有具有外壳和内部的金属连接件组成,其一般主要应用与通讯设备上线缆的对接,即可以将裸露的线缆头部插接到连接器上实现对接,而因为其连接器在室外,所以要求其连接器具有较好的密封性、抗腐蚀性能,而为使连接器具有较好的密封性、抗腐蚀性能,从而其连接器结构复杂,连接线缆时较为麻烦。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种通讯线缆的插针式连接器,其具有高密封性的同时方便连接器和通讯线缆的连接。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种通讯线缆的插针式连接器,包括圆柱形的连接座,连接座上成型有贯穿两端的通孔,连接座两端相对的外壁上成型有卡槽,连接座中部的外壁上成型有环形槽道,环形槽道的底面上成型有与连接座通孔相连通的槽口,槽口段的连接座内嵌置有连接管,连接管的内孔和连接座上的通孔连通,连接管上的侧壁上螺接有两个顶丝,连接座上槽口两侧的环形槽道内插套固定有密封圈,环形槽道一端的侧壁上成型有外螺纹的凸台,连接座上插套有移动套,移动套螺接在凸台上,密封圈压靠在移动套的内壁上;
连接座两端的端面上成型有插孔,插孔内插接固定有橡胶块,橡胶块上成型有圆锥形的槽孔,连接座,插孔一侧的连接座端面上成型有延伸板,延伸板的两侧螺接有螺栓,螺栓上插套有压板。
所述的两个顶丝位于连接座的槽口内,两个顶丝之间的连接管上成型有缺口。
所述连接座上的环形槽道的宽度大于移动套的长度,移动套的长度大于密封圈之间的间距。
所述的连接座、移动套均采用绝缘材质,连接管采用导电材质,连接管的中心轴线和连接座上的通孔的中心轴线在同一直线上。
所述的延伸板靠近连接座通孔一侧的端面上成型有圆弧形凹槽。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它采用的连接器结构简单,连接通讯线缆时具有较好的密封性,在户外使用寿命长,同时通讯线缆与连接器连接时较为方便快捷。

实施例:见图1至5所示,一种通讯线缆的插针式连接器,包括圆柱形的连接座1,连接座1上成型有贯穿两端的通孔13,连接座1两端相对的外壁上成型有卡槽12,连接座1中部的外壁上成型有环形槽道11,环形槽道11的底面上成型有与连接座1通孔13相连通的槽口111,槽口111段的连接座1内嵌置有连接管2,连接管2的内孔和连接座1上的通孔13连通,连接管2上的侧壁上螺接有两个顶丝4,连接座1上槽口111两侧的环形槽道11内插套固定有密封圈3,环形槽道11一端的侧壁上成型有外螺纹的凸台112,连接座1上插套有移动套5,移动套5螺接在凸台112上,密封圈3压靠在移动套5的内壁上;
连接座1两端的端面上成型有插孔121,插孔121内插接固定有橡胶块6,橡胶块6上成型有圆锥形的槽孔61,连接座1,插孔121一侧的连接座1端面上成型有延伸板14,延伸板14的两侧螺接有螺栓7,螺栓7上插套有压板8。
所述的两个顶丝4位于连接座1的槽口111内,两个顶丝4之间的连接管2上成型有缺口21。
所述连接座1上的环形槽道11的宽度大于移动套5的长度,移动套5的长度大于密封圈3之间的间距。
所述的连接座1、移动套5均采用绝缘材质,连接管2采用导电材质,连接管2的中心轴线和连接座1上的通孔13的中心轴线在同一直线上。
所述的延伸板14靠近连接座1通孔13一侧的端面上成型有圆弧形凹槽141。
工作原理:本发明为一种连接器,其结构简单,具有较好的密封结构,从而在户外使用寿命长,而且通讯线缆与连接器连接时较为方便快捷;连接方式如下:
将移动套5从而连接座1凸台112取下,将移动套5移开连接座1的槽口111段,然后将通讯线缆穿过橡胶块6的槽孔61插接到连接管2内并拧紧顶丝4固定,然后将移动套5螺接到凸台112即可,其橡胶块6、密封圈3均能起到密封效果;为了使通讯线缆连接更为紧固,可将拧紧螺栓7,通过压板8和延伸板将通讯线缆夹持在连接座1。

1.一种通讯线缆的插针式连接器,包括圆柱形的连接座(1),连接座(1)上成型有贯穿两端的通孔(13),其特征在于:连接座(1)两端相对的外壁上成型有卡槽(12),连接座(1)中部的外壁上成型有环形槽道(11),环形槽道(11)的底面上成型有与连接座(1)通孔(13)相连通的槽口(111),槽口(111)段的连接座(1)内嵌置有连接管(2),连接管(2)的内孔和连接座(1)上的通孔(13)连通,连接管(2)上的侧壁上螺接有两个顶丝(4),连接座(1)上槽口(111)两侧的环形槽道(11)内插套固定有密封圈(3),环形槽道(11)一端的侧壁上成型有外螺纹的凸台(112),连接座(1)上插套有移动套(5),移动套(5)螺接在凸台(112)上,密封圈(3)压靠在移动套(5)的内壁上;
连接座(1)两端的端面上成型有插孔(121),插孔(121)内插接固定有橡胶块(6),橡胶块(6)上成型有圆锥形的槽孔(61),连接座(1),插孔(121)一侧的连接座(1)端面上成型有延伸板(14),延伸板(14)的两侧螺接有螺栓(7),螺栓(7)上插套有压板(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种通讯线缆的插针式连接器,其特征在于:所述的两个顶丝(4)位于连接座(1)的槽口(111)内,两个顶丝(4)之间的连接管(2)上成型有缺口(21)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种通讯线缆的插针式连接器,其特征在于:所述连接座(1)上的环形槽道(11)的宽度大于移动套(5)的长度,移动套(5)的长度大于密封圈(3)之间的间距。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种通讯线缆的插针式连接器,其特征在于:所述的连接座(1)、移动套(5)均采用绝缘材质,连接管(2)采用导电材质,连接管(2)的中心轴线和连接座(1)上的通孔(13)的中心轴线在同一直线上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种通讯线缆的插针式连接器,其特征在于:所述的延伸板(14)靠近连接座(1)通孔(13)一侧的端面上成型有圆弧形凹槽(141)。
