本发明公开了一种通讯电缆用多对接的连接器,其铜管的上端成型有若干个连接片,铜管的下端设有横向的套管,套管的两端固定在铜管上并伸出铜管的外侧壁,铜管内插接有夹持件,夹持件包括圆形的柱体、夹持头和螺柱,夹持头上与连接片相对的外侧壁上成型有斜置的插孔,柱体上成型有竖直的导向槽,套管插接在柱体的导向槽内,柱体导向槽的上底面上成型有V型的压块;铜管和连接片的外侧套设有外壳,外壳上端的外侧壁上成型有与夹持件上插孔相对的槽孔,外壳下端相对的两外侧壁上成型有凸台,套管的两端插接在外壳的凸台内;螺柱的下端穿过外壳的底面螺接有螺母。本发明方便通讯电缆一对多根线缆的连接,适用于通讯设备外侧的线路连接。

一种通讯电缆用多对接的连接器
技术领域:
本发明涉及通讯线缆的技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种通讯电缆用多对接的连接器。
背景技术:
通讯电缆是有线通讯设备实现信号传输的渠道,通讯电缆跟通讯设备连接时一般通过连接头进行连接。而一起情况下,一根通讯线缆通讯电缆上需要与多个通讯设备的连接头进行连接,则就需要一个一对多的连接器进行连接,如通讯设备配置有控制柜的,就可以控制柜安装一对多的接线端子进行连接,而无控制柜的,因为接线端子是裸露的,不能安装通讯设备的外侧,就需要其他具有密封结构的多对接连接器进行连接。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种通讯电缆用多对接的连接器,其方便通讯电缆一对多根线缆的连接,能够适用于通讯设备外侧的线路连接。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种通讯电缆用多对接的连接器,包括铜管,铜管的上端成型有若干个向外侧扩张并向上延伸的圆弧形的连接片,套圈插套在连接片上并固定在连接片的外壁上,铜管的下端设有横向的套管,套管的两端固定在铜管上并伸出铜管的外侧壁,所述的铜管内插接有夹持件,夹持件包括圆形的柱体,柱体的上端成型有圆锥形的夹持头,夹持头位于连接片的圆心,夹持头上与连接片相对的外侧壁上成型有斜置的插孔,柱体上成型有竖直的导向槽,套管插接在柱体的导向槽内,柱体导向槽的上底面上成型有V型的压块;所述的铜管和连接片的外侧套设有外壳,外壳上端的外侧壁上成型有与夹持件上插孔相对的槽孔,外壳下端相对的两外侧壁上成型有凸台,套管的两端插接在外壳的凸台内;所述柱体的下端成型有螺柱,螺柱的下端穿过外壳的底面螺接有螺母。
所述螺母的采用梅花头螺母,螺母、夹持件和外壳均采用绝缘材质,外壳上一侧的凸台的外端成型封盖、另一侧的凸台的外端成型有开口。
所述的连接片呈绕铜管的中心轴线呈环形均匀分布在铜管上。
所述外壳上槽孔的孔径大于夹持件上插孔的孔径。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它为一种新型结构的一对多连接的电缆连接器,连接时方便快捷,同时设置有绝缘外壳,可以使用于通讯设备外侧的线路连接。

具体实施方式:
实施例:见图1至5所示,一种通讯电缆用多对接的连接器,包括铜管1,铜管1的上端成型有若干个向外侧扩张并向上延伸的圆弧形的连接片11,套圈2插套在连接片11上并固定在连接片11的外壁上,铜管1的下端设有横向的套管3,套管3的两端固定在铜管1上并伸出铜管1的外侧壁,所述的铜管1内插接有夹持件4,夹持件4包括圆形的柱体41,柱体41的上端成型有圆锥形的夹持头42,夹持头42位于连接片11的圆心,夹持头42上与连接片11相对的外侧壁上成型有斜置的插孔421,柱体41上成型有竖直的导向槽411,套管3插接在柱体41的导向槽411内,柱体41导向槽411的上底面上成型有V型的压块412;所述的铜管1和连接片11的外侧套设有外壳5,外壳5上端的外侧壁上成型有与夹持件4上插孔421相对的槽孔51,外壳5下端相对的两外侧壁上成型有凸台52,套管3的两端插接在外壳5的凸台52内;所述柱体41的下端成型有螺柱43,螺柱43的下端穿过外壳5的底面螺接有螺母6。
所述螺母6的采用梅花头螺母,螺母6、夹持件4和外壳5均采用绝缘材质,外壳5上一侧的凸台52的外端成型封盖、另一侧的凸台52的外端成型有开口。
所述的连接片11呈绕铜管1的中心轴线呈环形均匀分布在铜管1上。
所述外壳5上槽孔51的孔径大于夹持件4上插孔421的孔径。
工作原理:本发明一种新型结构的一对多连接的电缆连接器,连接时方便快捷,同时设置有绝缘外壳,可以使用于通讯设备外侧的线路连接,线路连接时方式如下:
将主电缆的头部剥离绝缘外皮,并插接到套管3内,其主电缆带绝缘外皮的部分插接到开始有开口的外壳5凸台5内;然后将分电缆的头部剥离绝缘外皮,穿过外壳5的槽孔51插接到夹持件4的插孔421内,同时其分电缆带绝缘外皮的部分插接到外壳5的槽孔51内;最后只要拧动螺母6锁紧即可,螺母6转动,驱使夹持件4下移,则夹持件4上的夹持头42和连接片11夹持分电缆,分电缆和连接片11实现电连接,同时夹持件4的压块412下移动压持套管3,使套管3变形,则套管3和主电缆连接在一起,且主电缆与铜管1也实现电连接,从而实现主电缆和分电缆的电连接。

1.一种通讯电缆用多对接的连接器,包括铜管(1),其特征在于:铜管(1)的上端成型有若干个向外侧扩张并向上延伸的圆弧形的连接片(11),套圈(2)插套在连接片(11)上并固定在连接片(11)的外壁上,铜管(1)的下端设有横向的套管(3),套管(3)的两端固定在铜管(1)上并伸出铜管(1)的外侧壁,所述的铜管(1)内插接有夹持件(4),夹持件(4)包括圆形的柱体(41),柱体(41)的上端成型有圆锥形的夹持头(42),夹持头(42)位于连接片(11)的圆心,夹持头(42)上与连接片(11)相对的外侧壁上成型有斜置的插孔(421),柱体(41)上成型有竖直的导向槽(411),套管(3)插接在柱体(41)的导向槽(411)内,柱体(41)导向槽(411)的上底面上成型有V型的压块(412);所述的铜管(1)和连接片(11)的外侧套设有外壳(5),外壳(5)上端的外侧壁上成型有与夹持件(4)上插孔(421)相对的槽孔(51),外壳(5)下端相对的两外侧壁上成型有凸台(52),套管(3)的两端插接在外壳(5)的凸台(52)内;所述柱体(41)的下端成型有螺柱(43),螺柱(43)的下端穿过外壳(5)的底面螺接有螺母(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种通讯电缆用多对接的连接器,其特征在于:所述螺母(6)的采用梅花头螺母,螺母(6)、夹持件(4)和外壳(5)均采用绝缘材质,外壳(5)上一侧的凸台(52)的外端成型封盖、另一侧的凸台(52)的外端成型有开口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种通讯电缆用多对接的连接器,其特征在于:所述的连接片(11)呈绕铜管(1)的中心轴线呈环形均匀分布在铜管(1)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种通讯电缆用多对接的连接器,其特征在于:所述外壳(5)上槽孔(51)的孔径大于夹持件(4)上插孔(421)的孔径。
