本发明一种盐浴氮化环规,主要由环规基体(1),斜切口(2),测量面(3),台阶(4),盐浴氮化层(9)构成,所述的一种盐浴氮化环规其特征是:所述的环规基体(1)表面设有用盐浴氮化方式形成的氮化层(9),所述的环规基体(1)周围所有盐浴氮化层(9)的厚度应大于0.05mm,将来它的问可以世克服过去环规使用寿命短,更换频繁,为企业增加不必要的工装成本等许多弊病。

本发明属于活塞环检测工具的一种,具体涉及一种盐浴氮化环规。
背景技术:
汽车发动机缸套内安装的活塞环,其开口大小或外圆面是否漏光是保证气缸密封性的主要条件之一,活塞环安装前开口的大小和活塞环外圆面漏光检测是必不可少的一道工序,原来的环规使用寿命短,给企业带来工装制作成本高,更换频繁,测量不准等许多弊病,故本人特发明了这种盐浴氮化环规。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种盐浴氮化环规,其具有体积小,不仅能满足活塞环生产现场工人的检测和质保人员抽查的需求,方便携带,同时也克服了过去环规使用寿命短,更换频繁,为企业增加不必要的工装成本等许多弊病。
为达到上述目的,本发明一种盐浴氮化环规,主要由环规基体(1),斜切口(2),测量面(3),台阶(4),盐浴氮化层(9)构成,所述的一种盐浴氮化环规其特征是:所述的环规基体(1)表面设有用盐浴氮化方式形成的氮化层(9)。
在上述技术方案中,所述的一种盐浴氮化环规,其特征是:所述的环规基体(1)周围所有盐浴氮化层(9)的厚度应大于0.05mm。
