本发明公开了一种LED路灯散热壳体,它包括灯壳,其灯壳中间有一个固定在灯架上的固定孔,所述灯壳顶部有若干个散热片,其特征在于:所述灯壳下方设有一个带有弧度的面板,该面板的内边与固定孔的外边相切,所述灯壳两侧分别开有用于安装灯照的插槽,所述面板上设有三组用于安插LED灯组的倒“T”形轨道。本发明结构整体化,且散热效果佳,安装和后期的维护提供了方便,同时在制作工艺方面也降低了人工强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯具部件,具体涉及一种LED路灯散热壳体。
背景技术
现太阳能与LED都处于发展时期,这意味着技术正在进步,同时在发展的时候技术上也存在着不足。所以光谱电子根据这几年太阳能的发展对LED路灯的发展前景归结为如下几点:
(1)环保问题LED路灯已经被全球公认为是最高效的照明技术,人们也普遍认为并接受用LED灯取代传统的白炽灯是一种非常环保的做法。正是因为如此,现在好多企业都开始致力于太阳能路灯、LED路灯的研发中,但是研发LED路灯需要一套很严格的手续,所以技术要是不达标,研发出的LED路灯也会带有污染环境的化学元素。LED未来的能效非常高,但是它却不是完全环保的,所以在未来的发展中,技术有待进一步的提高。
(2)节能问题LED路灯的研发和运行维护等都可以作为衡量节能的一个标志。LED路灯的铺设无需电线,并且是以太阳能为能源来进行发光的。LED路灯作为一种节能的路灯,会在以后的生活中取代普通的路灯。
(3)寿命问题LED光源是一种长寿灯,它是固体冷光源,环氧树脂封装,光源寿命50,000小时以上,是传统灯的5~10倍。LED光源采用45μ芯片,贴焊在2mm厚的铝基电路板上,再把铝基板安装在散热铝板平面上,可确保热量快速的传导到散热器上。先进的封装工艺确保LED的高可靠性,良好的散热确保LED工作在允许的温度下,两者相结合充分保障了LED的超长使用寿命。
从上述(3)中我们可看出,在LED路灯上,散热是一个主要环节,由于LED路灯都是采用大功率芯片,如果散热结构达不到散热的要求就会影响LED路灯的照明效果,同又会缩短LED路灯的使用寿命。以往的路灯的散热结构都是通过很多部件组装而成,从而在制作工艺上增强了人工劳动强度,也给后期的维护工人带来了困难。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构整体化,且散热效果佳,安装和后期的维护提供了方便,同时在制作工艺方面也降低了人工强度的一种LED路灯散热壳体。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种LED路灯散热壳体,它包括灯壳,其灯壳中间有一个固定在灯架上的固定孔,所述灯壳顶部有若干个散热片,其特征在于:所述灯壳下方设有一个带有弧度的面板,该面板的内边与固定孔的外边相切,所述灯壳两侧分别开有用于安装灯照的插槽;
所述面板上设有三组用于安插LED灯组的倒“T”形轨道。
所述面板与灯壳之间还有加强筋。
所述面板上还设有数个螺孔,所述灯壳两侧也分别设有螺孔。
上述所有部件都浇注成一体。
本发明的有益效果是:结构整体化,给散热提供了有利保障,同时在安装和后期的维护也提供了方便,在制作工艺方面也降低了人工强度。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1-2所示,一种LED路灯散热壳体,它包括灯壳1,其灯壳1中间有一个固定在灯架上的固定孔2,灯壳1顶部有若干个散热片3,灯壳1下方设有一个带有弧度的面板4,该面板4的内边与固定孔2的外边相切,灯壳1两侧分别开有用于安装灯照的插槽5;面板4上设有三组用于安插LED灯组的倒“T”形轨道6。面板4与灯壳1之间还有加强筋7。面板4上还设有数个螺孔8,灯壳1两侧也分别设有螺孔8。
上述所有部件都浇注成一体。

1.一种LED路灯散热壳体,它包括灯壳,其灯壳中间有一个固定在灯架上的固定孔,所述灯壳顶部有若干个散热片,其特征在于:所述灯壳下方设有一个带有弧度的面板,该面板的内边与固定孔的外边相切,所述灯壳两侧分别开有用于安装灯照的插槽;
所述面板上设有三组用于安插LED灯组的倒“T”形轨道。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种LED路灯散热壳体,其特征在于:所述面板与灯壳之间还有加强筋。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种LED路灯散热壳体,其特征在于:所述面板上还设有数个螺孔,所述灯壳两侧也分别设有螺孔。
4.根据权利要求1至3所述一种LED路灯散热壳体,其特征在于:上述所有部件都浇注成一体。
