背景技术
近几年来，由于白色光的LED的开发成功，LED开始进入到照明行业。LED属于冷光源，与白枳灯和荧光灯相比，它具有省电节能、寿命长、耐冲击即不易破碎等优点，与荧光灯相比，还有不闪烁、启动速度快、对环境无污染的优点，被光电行业视为新一代理想光源。目前，市面常规LED角度最大为100-120度，并且将LED平贴于线路板，线路板平行组装于散热外壳，此种结构、工艺方式导致灯管发光面窄小，最大照射角度120度，不利于室内照明。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有大角度发光面的LED节能灯。

一种大角度发光面LED节能灯，包括灯管外壳、LED灯、线路板、面罩与灯头，LED灯焊接在线路板上，线路板固定在灯管外壳内，面罩安装在灯管外壳上，灯头安装在灯管外壳的两端，其特征在于：所述LED灯焊接在三条线路板上，灯管外壳上设有凸形散热外壳，三条线路板安装在凸形散热外壳上。
所述凸形散热外壳为斜凸形散热外壳。
所述三条线路板粘贴在凸形散热外壳上。
所述LED灯通过模具封装。

如图1所示，本实用新型所述的大角度发光面LED节能灯包括灯管外壳1、LED灯2、线路板3、面罩4与灯头，LED灯焊接在线路板上，线路板固定在灯管外壳内，面罩安装在灯管外壳上，灯头安装在灯管外壳的两端，LED灯焊接在三条线路板上，灯管外壳上设有凸形散热外壳，三条线路板粘贴在凸形散热外壳上。凸形散热外壳为斜凸形散热外壳，LED灯通过模具封装。本实用新型所述的大角度发光面LED节能灯使用挤型铝作为LED光源固定及散热底座的灯管外壳，模具封装大发光角度LED焊接在三条线路板上，线路板粘贴固定在斜凸型散热铝型材，面罩为大幅度设计，此结构设计保证组装后T灯管光源发光面积达到240-270度。

1.一种大角度发光面LED节能灯，包括灯管外壳、LED灯、线路板、面罩与灯头，LED灯焊接在线路板上，线路板固定在灯管外壳内，面罩安装在灯管外壳上，灯头安装在灯管外壳的两端，其特征在于：所述LED灯焊接在三条线路板上，灯管外壳上设有凸形散热外壳，三条线路板安装在凸形散热外壳上。
