本发明提供一种木质隔热防火门，四周骨架、门扇内骨架均由阻燃木材制成；门扇内骨架将四周估计划分为多个区域；自门扇厚度方向上，在四周骨架以及内骨架的两侧均固定等厚的第一镁硅防火板；在多个区域内填压膨胀珍珠岩防火板；膨胀珍珠岩防火板的厚度等于骨架厚度加上其两侧第一镁硅防火板的厚度；在第一镁硅防火板与膨胀珍珠岩防火板共同表面两侧均固定第一阻燃胶合板；两扇门扇关闭时接触的侧面还设置有企口。通过在门扇的内部设置膨胀珍珠岩防火板，提高防火效果，设置镁硅防火板进一步提高防火效果的同时，提高门扇的强度以及耐冲击能力。通过在门框上合理地安装防火膨胀密封件，提高密封防火效果。

本发明涉及防火门技术领域，具体来说是一种木质隔热防火门。
背景技术
随国家大规模的进行基础设施建设(如地铁、改扩机场和体育场)，建筑上所用的防火门需求越来越大，性能要求越来越高，防火的警戒级别要求越来越高。
目前，人口密集的场所、居家、会所采用的防火门其导热系数较高，发生火灾时，容易造成门扇温度过高，从而导致门扇容易变形，达不到防火性能的要求；另外传统防火门强度较差，其抗冲击能力也有待提高。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足，提供一种强度高、防火性能好、有效避免门扇变形的带窗双开木质隔热防火门。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现上述技术目的：
一种木质隔热防火门，包括门框和两扇门扇；所述两扇门扇通过防火合页对称固定在所述门框两侧的边框上；所述两扇门扇结构相同；
所述门扇包括四周骨架、门扇内骨架；所述四周骨架、门扇内骨架均由阻燃木材制成；所述门扇内骨架将所述四周估计划分为多个区域；自门扇厚度方向上，在所述四周骨架以及内骨架的两侧均固定等厚的第一镁硅防火板；在所述多个区域内填压膨胀珍珠岩防火板；所述膨胀珍珠岩防火板的厚度等于骨架厚度加上其两侧所述第一镁硅防火板的厚度；在所述第一镁硅防火板与所述膨胀珍珠岩防火板共同组成的板状结构厚度方向的两侧均固定第一阻燃胶合板；
所述两扇门扇关闭时接触的侧面还设置有企口；所述企口将所述两扇门扇分成定门扇和开门扇；在所述开门扇的企口处嵌入式的固定有防火膨胀密封件。

本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下有益效果：
1.通过在门扇的内部设置膨胀珍珠岩防火板，提高防火效果，设置镁硅防火板进一步提高防火效果的同时，提高门扇的强度以及耐冲击能力。由于在膨胀珍珠岩防火板的四周使用了一圈阻燃木材，可以减小膨胀珍珠岩防火板的使用量，即减轻了门扇的自重，使门扇在达到有效隔热防火的同时具有较轻的自重；本发明通过合理设计门扇与门框的尺寸，使门扇与门框结构简单、轻盈，日常开闭省力；当发生火情时，本发明提高的门扇及门框的厚度和强度，可抗火烧0.5小时不变形，隔热防火功能达到丙级标准；
2.3个防火合页位置的合理设置，可以有效的控制门扇沉降；
3.采用本发明采用企口形式以及在企口处设置防火膨胀密封件，使两门扇在关闭状态下密封效果更好，且美观；且可仅通过在开门扇上设置插销，即可完成对两扇门扇的关闭目的；相对于平口的门扇，节省了一个插销；

6.在门扇上加了防火顺序器，可以合理的控制两扇门扇的开关顺序，以免关门时出现错位；

为使对本发明的结构特征及所达成的功效有更进一步的了解与认识，用以较佳的实施例及附图配合详细的说明，说明如下：
如图1、图2、图7所示，一种木质隔热防火门，包括门框1和两扇门扇2；两扇门扇2通过防火合页3对称固定在门框1两侧的边框上。两扇门扇2的结构相同。门扇2包括门扇四周骨架21、门扇内骨架22；门扇四周骨架21被门扇内骨架22分隔成多个区域。自门扇2厚度方向上，在骨架21、22的两侧均固定等厚的第一镁硅防火板24，然后在多个区域内填充膨胀珍珠岩防火板23；膨胀珍珠岩防火板23的厚度等于骨架21或骨架22的厚度加上两侧第一镁硅防火板24的厚度，且第一镁硅防火板24与膨胀珍珠岩防火板23搭接。然后在第一镁硅防火板24和膨胀珍珠岩防火板23共同形成的板状结构的表面固定有阻燃胶合板25。第一镁硅防火板与所述膨胀珍珠岩防火板采用搭接的结构形式，第一节省了第一镁硅防火板的用料，节约成本；第二，搭接结构更加稳定，加强了门扇的稳定性和强度。
门框1具有门挡线，门扇2的与门框1固定的一侧处于门挡线内。门框1与门扇2之间设置有防火膨胀密封件29。，本发明提供的防火膨胀密封件29嵌入式固定在门框1内，本发明提供的防火膨胀密封件29可以确保门扇2关闭时，门扇2与防火膨胀密封件29的接触面积大，防火防烟效果好。
门框1包括由4根截面尺寸为75mm×35mm的阻燃木材组成的框架，框架在受火面固定固定有12mm厚的第二镁硅防火板11以及2.5mm厚的第二阻燃胶合板12，以与所述框架形成门挡线，同时提供门框的耐火性。

两扇门扇在关门时，因先关闭定门扇2b，后关闭开门扇2a，以免两个门扇错位无法关闭。所以，本发明在门扇上还安装了防火顺序器4以及闭门器8。本发明提供的防火顺序器4和闭门器8均具有耐高温的性能。
如图2、图3、图4、图6所示，本发明提供的门扇具有骨架，即门扇四周骨架21、门扇内骨架22，二者均由阻燃木材制成，门扇与门框所使用的阻燃木材一般为经过阻燃处理后的松木。门扇四周骨架21由截面尺寸为55mm×25mm的阻燃木杆组成的长方形框架；门扇内骨架22为三根截面尺寸均为长25mm×25mm的阻燃横杆；三根阻燃横杆将门扇四周骨架21分成四个区域。
本发明的每个门扇2均设有3个防火合页3。其中第一个合页的上端距门扇2顶部的距离为250mm；第二个合页的上端距第一合页的低端距离为400mm；第三个合页的低端距门扇2底部的距离为250mm。三个防火合页3以此距离排列，在长时间受热后，第一、第二个合页能够确保门扇2不下沉，以免门缝漏烟漏火。
本发明提供的门扇2高2045mm、厚度为40mm、宽706mm。其中膨胀珍珠岩防火板23的填充密度为400kg/m3±10％；第一镁硅防火板24的厚度为5mm；第一阻燃胶合板25的厚度为2.5mm。本发明提供的门框1外圈高度2090mm、外圈宽度为1480mm。如此设计的门扇2和门框1，经过反复实验，火烧0.5小时不变形，隔热防火功能达到丙级标准。
如图5所示，本发明提供的锁6为防火锁，进一步提高了本发明提供的防火门的防火功能。

7.根据权利要求1所述的一种木质隔热防火门，其特征在于：所述门框与所述门扇之间设置有防火膨胀密封件；所述防火膨胀密封件嵌入式固定在所述门框内。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种木质隔热防火门，其特征在于：所述门扇四周骨架由截面尺寸为55mm×25mm的阻燃木杆组成的长方形框架；所述门扇内骨架为三根截面尺寸均为长25mm×25mm的阻燃横杆；所述三根阻燃横杆将所述门扇四周骨架分成四个区域。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种木质隔热防火门，其特征在于：所述门框包括由4根截面尺寸为75mm×35mm的阻燃木材组成的框架；所述框架在受火面固定有12mm厚的第二镁硅防火板以及2.5mm厚的第二阻燃胶合板，以与所述框架形成门挡线。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种木质隔热防火门，其特征在于：所述第一镁硅防火板与所述膨胀珍珠岩防火板搭接。
