本发明公开了一种耐沾污外墙乳胶漆,各原料组分按重量份比为:水90‑100份、分散剂7‑9份、润湿剂1‑3份、丙二醇20‑25份、二乙二醇丁醚5‑8份、防腐剂1‑3份、消泡剂1‑2份、二氧化钛180‑200份、重质碳酸钙80‑100份、沉淀硫酸钡60‑80份、纯丙乳液350‑400份、遮盖乳液100‑120份、增稠剂1‑2份、流平剂1‑2份。本发明耐沾污外墙乳胶漆及其制备方法,基于亲水性漆膜比疏水性漆膜在耐沾污性上更具优势,制备出外墙耐沾污乳胶漆;该乳胶漆具有比较好的耐洗刷性、吸附性、耐沾污性。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料生产技术领域,具体涉及一种耐沾污外墙乳胶漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着我国城市化进程的加快,外墙建筑乳胶漆已逐渐成为城市建筑物的主要装饰材料。然而作为外墙涂料长期暴露在大气中,要保持外观清洁对装饰性来说是十分重要的。因此,改善建筑外墙乳胶漆的耐沾污性已成为衡量涂料质量的一个重要的指标。涂料的耐沾污性首先与涂料本身性质有关,如漆膜的致密性、表面能、亲水/亲油特性、平滑度、表面硬度等;其次与环境有关,如温度、湿度、灰尘量、化学介质等。随着工业的发展,汽车尾气、工业废气等含有各种化学成分的污染物,对涂料的耐沾污能力提出了更高的要求。
发明内容
本发明提供一种耐沾污外墙乳胶漆及其制备方法,基于亲水性漆膜比疏水性漆膜在耐沾污性上更具优势,制备出外墙耐沾污乳胶漆。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种耐沾污外墙乳胶漆,各原料组分按重量份比为:水90-100份、分散剂7-9份、润湿剂1-3份、丙二醇20-25份、二乙二醇丁醚5-8份、防腐剂1-3份、消泡剂1-2份、二氧化钛180-200份、重质碳酸钙80-100份、沉淀硫酸钡60-80份、纯丙乳液350-400份、遮盖乳液100-120份、增稠剂1-2份、流平剂1-2份。
进一步地,各原料组分按重量份比为:水95份、分散剂8份、润湿剂2份、丙二醇22份、二乙二醇丁醚6份、防腐剂2份、消泡剂2份、二氧化钛190份、重质碳酸钙90份、沉淀硫酸钡70份、纯丙乳液380份、遮盖乳液110份、增稠剂1份、流平剂1份。
一种耐沾污外墙乳胶漆的制备方法,其制备步骤如下:
S1、按组成原料的重量份称取各原料;
S2、将水、分散剂、润湿剂、丙二醇、二乙二醇丁醚、防腐剂、消泡剂、二氧化钛加入分散罐中,以500r/m的转速分散搅拌10分钟;
S3、向分散罐中加入重质碳酸钙、沉淀硫酸钡,以1000r/m的转速继续分散搅拌20分钟,分散搅拌后的浆料加入球磨机中进行研磨;
S4、将研磨后的浆料和纯丙乳液、遮盖乳液加入到反应罐中,以500r/m的转速分散搅拌均匀,加入增稠剂、消泡剂、流平剂调至所需黏度。
本发明的有益效果:一种耐沾污外墙乳胶漆及其制备方法,基于亲水性漆膜比疏水性漆膜在耐沾污性上更具优势,制备出外墙耐沾污乳胶漆;该乳胶漆具有比较好的耐洗刷性、吸附性、耐沾污性。

实施例1
一种耐沾污外墙乳胶漆,各原料组分按重量份比为:水90份、分散剂7份、润湿剂1份、丙二醇20份、二乙二醇丁醚5份、防腐剂1份、消泡剂1份、二氧化钛180份、重质碳酸钙80份、沉淀硫酸钡60份、纯丙乳液350份、遮盖乳液100份、增稠剂1份、流平剂1份。
一种耐沾污外墙乳胶漆的制备方法,其制备步骤如下:
S1、按组成原料的重量份称取各原料;
S2、将水、分散剂、润湿剂、丙二醇、二乙二醇丁醚、防腐剂、消泡剂、二氧化钛加入分散罐中,以500r/m的转速分散搅拌10分钟;
S3、向分散罐中加入重质碳酸钙、沉淀硫酸钡,以1000r/m的转速继续分散搅拌20分钟,分散搅拌后的浆料加入球磨机中进行研磨;
S4、将研磨后的浆料和纯丙乳液、遮盖乳液加入到反应罐中,以500r/m的转速分散搅拌均匀,加入增稠剂、消泡剂、流平剂调至所需黏度。

一种耐沾污外墙乳胶漆,各原料组分按重量份比为:水100份、分散剂9份、润湿剂3份、丙二醇25份、二乙二醇丁醚8份、防腐剂3份、消泡剂2份、二氧化钛200份、重质碳酸钙100份、沉淀硫酸钡80份、纯丙乳液400份、遮盖乳液120份、增稠剂2份、流平剂2份。
一种耐沾污外墙乳胶漆的制备方法,其制备步骤如下:
S1、按组成原料的重量份称取各原料;
S2、将水、分散剂、润湿剂、丙二醇、二乙二醇丁醚、防腐剂、消泡剂、二氧化钛加入分散罐中,以500r/m的转速分散搅拌10分钟;
S3、向分散罐中加入重质碳酸钙、沉淀硫酸钡,以1000r/m的转速继续分散搅拌20分钟,分散搅拌后的浆料加入球磨机中进行研磨;
S4、将研磨后的浆料和纯丙乳液、遮盖乳液加入到反应罐中,以500r/m的转速分散搅拌均匀,加入增稠剂、消泡剂、流平剂调至所需黏度。

一种耐沾污外墙乳胶漆,各原料组分按重量份比为:水95份、分散剂8份、润湿剂2份、丙二醇22份、二乙二醇丁醚6份、防腐剂2份、消泡剂2份、二氧化钛190份、重质碳酸钙90份、沉淀硫酸钡70份、纯丙乳液380份、遮盖乳液110份、增稠剂1份、流平剂1份。
一种耐沾污外墙乳胶漆的制备方法,其制备步骤如下:
S1、按组成原料的重量份称取各原料;
S2、将水、分散剂、润湿剂、丙二醇、二乙二醇丁醚、防腐剂、消泡剂、二氧化钛加入分散罐中,以500r/m的转速分散搅拌10分钟;
S3、向分散罐中加入重质碳酸钙、沉淀硫酸钡,以1000r/m的转速继续分散搅拌20分钟,分散搅拌后的浆料加入球磨机中进行研磨;
S4、将研磨后的浆料和纯丙乳液、遮盖乳液加入到反应罐中,以500r/m的转速分散搅拌均匀,加入增稠剂、消泡剂、流平剂调至所需黏度。
本发明耐沾污外墙乳胶漆及其制备方法,基于亲水性漆膜比疏水性漆膜在耐沾污性上更具优势,制备出外墙耐沾污乳胶漆;该乳胶漆具有比较好的耐洗刷性、吸附性、耐沾污性。
