Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌型光固化涂料,包括以下组分:三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯,甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯,巯丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷,二月桂酸二丁基锡,纳米二氧化硅,光引发剂,纳米银粒子。本发明在固化时基本不存在氧阻现象,固化充分,力学性能优异,同时具有抗菌效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及光固化涂料的领域。
背景技术
光固化涂料又称光敏涂料,通常是以紫外光为能源,引发涂料组分进行反应得到的涂料,光固化涂料在使用时不需要加热,可在纸张、塑料、皮革和木材等易燃底材上迅速固化成膜,其固化时间短、固化温度低、挥发分低,可节省大量能源、资源,无公害、高效率。但光固化涂料的一个显著缺点是固化过程易出现氧阻效应,导致涂料固化不良,性能受限。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种固化优良、性能优异、同时具有明显抗菌效果的光固化涂料。本发明的技术方案如下:
一种抗菌型光固化涂料,包括以下组分:三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯,甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯,巯丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷,二月桂酸二丁基锡,二氧化硅,光引发剂,纳米银粒子,所述纳米银粒子的粒径为20~30nm。
优选的是:按质量份计,包括以下组分:三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯10~15份,甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯5~10份,巯丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷1~3份,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.01~0.1份,二氧化硅3~5份,光引发剂0.1~1份,纳米银粒子0.01~0.05份。
另外优选的是:所述光引发剂为α-羟烷基苯酮和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯。
进一步优选的是:所述α-羟烷基苯酮与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯的质量比为1~3:2~5。
所述抗菌型光固化涂料的另一种优选实施方式为:所述纳米二氧化硅的粒径为50~100nm。
本发明中巯丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷一方面可以在改性二氧化硅后与涂料主体进行相连,促进了高表面能的二氧化硅在涂料主体中的均匀分散、促进了二氧化硅与涂料整体的连接强度,有效提高了涂料的均一性与力学性能,另一方面其与三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯,甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯及光引发剂复合后,能有效消除氧阻效应的出现,促使涂料在极短的时间内均一、高效的固化,同时本发明中的纳米银粒子可与光固化涂料中的其它成分有效复合,极好地分布在光固化涂料中,不会出现团聚与分布不均的现象,使最终得到的光固化涂料具有良好的抗菌效果,可用于涂覆抗菌设备与器材。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)将10份三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、3份甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、及0.04份α-羟烷基苯酮在10℃下搅拌混合均匀;
(2)将粒径为50nm的纳米二氧化硅3份和粒径为20nm的纳米银粒子0.01份加入甲苯中,使用超声分散10min,其后加入1份巯丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷,升温至110℃回流30min,其后继续升温并浓缩液体至1/4体积,降温至30℃时加入2份甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯,搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的液体与步骤(2)得到的液体混合,加入0.01份二月桂酸二丁基锡和0.06份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,搅拌均匀并避光保存,即得到所述抗菌型光固化涂料。
实施例2
(1)将15份三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、8份甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、及0.4份α-羟烷基苯酮在20℃下搅拌混合均匀;
(2)将粒径为100nm的纳米二氧化硅份和粒径为30nm的银粒子0.05份加入甲苯中,使用超声分散30min,其后加入3份巯丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷,升温至100℃回流60min,其后继续升温并浓缩液体至1/4体积,降温至40℃时加入2份甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯,搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的液体与步骤(2)得到的液体混合,加入0.1份二月桂酸二丁基锡和0.6份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,搅拌均匀并避光保存,即得到所述抗菌型光固化涂料。
Claims (5)
1. 一种抗菌型光固化涂料,其特征在于:包括以下组分:三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯,甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯,巯丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷,二月桂酸二丁基锡,纳米二氧化硅,光引发剂,纳米银粒子,所述纳米银粒子的粒径为20~30nm。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的抗菌型光固化涂料,其特征在于:按质量份计,包括以下组分:三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯10~15份,甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯5~10份,巯丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷1~3份,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.01~0.1份,二氧化硅3~5份,光引发剂0.1~1份,纳米银粒子0.01~0.05份。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的抗菌型光固化涂料,其特征在于:所述光引发剂为α-羟烷基苯酮和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的抗菌型光固化涂料,其特征在于:所述α-羟烷基苯酮与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯的质量比为1~3:2~5。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的抗菌型光固化涂料,其特征在于:所述纳米二氧化硅的粒径为50~100nm。
