本发明公开了一种PVC高弹耐磨双芯线胶料配方,采用原料以百分含量计:所述的各组份原料百分含量为,SG‑3型PVC树脂30%‑32%、SG‑1型PVC树脂10%‑12%、增塑剂35%‑37%、热稳定剂2%‑3%、填充料16%‑18%和粉末丁腈橡胶1%‑3%;以上组成原料整体之和为1。本发明使用SG‑1型PVC树脂及粉末丁腈橡胶同SG‑3型PVC树脂共混、提高了线材的整体耐磨性能。加入填充降低了制造成本,确保线材的耐磨耐候性能,达到了雾面效果的外观特性。

Description

一种PVC高弹耐磨双芯线胶料配方
技术领域
本发明涉及胶料材料制作应用技术领域,具体为一种PVC高弹耐磨双芯线胶料配方。
背景技术
PVC聚氯乙烯,英文简称PVC(Polyvinyl chloride),是氯乙烯单体(vinylchloride monomer,简称VCM)在过氧化物、偶氮化合物等引发剂;或在光、热作用下按自由基聚合反应机理聚合而成的聚合物。氯乙烯均聚物和氯乙烯共聚物统称之为氯乙烯树脂。
PVC为无定形结构的白色粉末,支化度较小,相对密度1.4左右,玻璃化温度77~90℃,170℃左右开始分解,对光和热的稳定性差,在100℃以上或经长时间阳光曝晒,就会分解而产生氯化氢,并进一步自动催化分解,引起变色,物理机械性能也迅速下降,在实际应用中必须加入稳定剂以提高对热和光的稳定性。
工业生产的PVC分子量一般在5万~11万范围内,具有较大的多分散性,分子量随聚合温度的降低而增加;无固定熔点,80~85℃开始软化,130℃变为粘弹态,160~180℃开始转变为粘流态;有较好的机械性能,抗张强度60MPa左右,冲击强度5~10kJ/m2;有优异的介电性能。
PVC曾是世界上产量最大的通用塑料,应用非常广泛。在建筑材料、工业制品、日用品、地板革、地板砖、人造革、管材、电线电缆、包装膜、瓶、发泡材料、密封材料、纤维等方面均有广泛应用。
现有技术中胶料没有一种可以实现高弹力性,阻燃性强且具有耐油的效果,因此设计一种高弹耐磨胶料配方是人们需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
现有技术难以满足人们的需要,为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明提出了一种PVC高弹阻燃耐油胶料配方。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种PVC高弹耐磨双芯线胶料配方,采用原料为SG-3型PVC树脂、SG-1型PVC树脂、增塑剂、热稳定 剂、填充料和粉末丁腈橡胶;其特征在于:
以百分含量计:所述的各组份原料百分含量为,SG-3型PVC树脂30%-32%、SG-1型PVC树脂10%-12%、增塑剂35%-37%、热稳定剂2%-3%、填充料16%-18%和粉末丁腈橡胶1%-3%;以上组成原料整体之和为1。
作为本发明的进一步技术方案,所述SG-3型PVC树脂与SG-1型PVC树脂采用3∶1比例共混。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明使用SG-1型PVC树脂及粉末丁腈橡胶同SG-3型PVC树脂共混、提高了线材的整体耐磨性能。加入填充降低了制造成本,确保线材的耐磨耐候性能,达到了雾面效果的外观特性。

优选的,所述原料百分含量选择为SG-3型PVC树脂31%、SG-1型PVC树脂11%、增塑剂36%、热稳定剂2.5%、填充料17%和粉末丁腈橡胶2.5%。
作为本发明的进一步技术方案,所述SG-3型PVC树脂与SG-1型PVC树脂采用3∶1比例共混。
实施例1
以制作234.5gPVC高弹阻燃耐油胶料为例,
SG-3型PVC树脂75g、SG-1型PVC树脂25g、增塑剂85g、热稳定剂5g、填充料40g、粉末丁腈橡胶4.5g。
本发明使用SG-1型PVC树脂及粉末丁腈橡胶同SG-3型PVC树脂共混、提高了线材的整体耐磨性能。加入填充降低了制造成本,确保线材的耐磨耐候性能,达到了雾面效果的外观特性。
