塑料弹簧
本发明涉及一种塑料弹簧,其由一簧舌构成,该簧舌借助于一腹板连接到一弹簧支座上。
塑料弹簧可用在许多场合,例如它们可用在药片分配器中作为药片弹射器用的回位弹簧。这些塑料弹簧大部分都是与弹簧支座一起在单一步骤中注模而成的,至今这些塑料弹簧都由一弓形腹板构成,其自由端尾部形成簧舌。出于安全目的,必须对生产该弹簧或弹簧支座的材料进行选择,使该弹簧一旦破裂,也不存在因尖锐的缘部,锐角部分等伤害人的危险,所以现今所用的塑料材料的材料特性不能适应弹簧性能的要求。因此公知的弹簧常常是太软而不能满足有关弹性范围及弹性力的要求。
因此,本发明的目的就是为了消除这些不足并提供一种如上所述的弹簧,该弹簧可用与相应的弹簧支座的材料相同的材料容易地注模而成,并且其弹簧特性很容易与不同的条件要求相一致。
这一目的由本发明得到解决,其中腹板相对弹簧支座刚性支承,至少一个与簧舌平行的辅助簧舌从位于该簧舌下方的腹板开始延伸。簧舌和辅助簧舌构成一相互配合的弹簧组件,其弹性力随弹性范围增加而增加,当在一负荷作用下偏移的簧舌在偏移相应的弹性范围后由其下部的辅助簧舌支承住时,则该辅助簧舌的弹性力就加到该簧舌的弹性力上。这样增加的弹簧力可由辅助簧舌的数量及簧舌与辅助簧舌之间的相互间距(因而影响相应的弹性范围)进行调节达到要求的条件。所以,该塑料弹簧可由即使是在高负荷下也可防断裂的合适材料注模而成。此时,借助于使腹板相对弹簧支承座进行加强处理,可保证该腹板连接的危险点是安全的,从而生产出一种这样的弹簧,即其弹簧特性可与各种要求相适应。
当该簧舌及辅助簧舌之长度朝着弹簧支座减小时,因长度减小而增加的刚度将导致弹性力随弹性范围的增加而逐渐增加,此外,还可获得一节省空间的结构,即该辅助簧舌在该簧舌下与该簧舌靠近并保持一致。
为了合适地利用材料的特性,该簧舌及辅助簧舌之宽度朝该簧舌的自由端变小,所以当一负荷作用于该弹簧上时,材料的应力可在该簧舌的整个长度范围内均匀分布。
在腹板和弹簧支座之间最好设置侧向支承颊板,因为这些支承颊板不仅为腹板支承提高相应的稳定性,而且在该支承颊板和腹板之间为簧舌及辅助簧舌形成一保护性外壳。

簧舌4和辅助簧舌5,6构成一弹簧组件,在负荷K作用下,各簧舌向前弯曲一个接一个地相接合,从而随着其弹性范围的变化可使弹性力增加(图1中点划线所示)。因此,可以用与弹簧支座相同的材料制成注模塑料弹簧,该弹簧的弹性特性可容易地与有关弹性范围和弹性力的各个要求相适应。

Claims (4)

1.一种塑料弹簧,所述弹簧包括借助于一腹板连接到弹簧支座上的簧舌,其特征在于:该腹板(3)相对该弹簧支座(2)刚性支承,并且至少一个与所述簧舌平行的辅助簧舌(5,6)在所述簧舌(4)下方从所述腹板(3)处开始延伸。
2.如权利要求1所述塑料弹簧,其特征在于:所述簧舌(4)和辅助簧舌(5,6)之长度朝该弹簧支座(2)减小。
3.如权利要求1或2所述塑料弹簧,其特征在于:所述簧舌(4)和辅助簧舌(5,6)之宽度朝该簧舌的自由端变小。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一所述塑料弹簧,其特征在于:在腹板(3)和弹簧支座(2)之间设有侧向支承颊板(7)。
