一种尿素生产系统,它涉及节能型水溶液全循环尿素生产技术领域。它包括预蒸发器、热源输出设备、二段分解塔,所述预蒸发器包括上方的分离段和下方的热能利用段,热能利用段上开有热源进口和热源进口,热源进口和热源进口均与热源输出设备向连接,热能利用段下方与二段分解塔相连接,所述二段分解塔内部从上向下依次分为精馏段、第三精洗器、第二精洗器和第一精洗器。本发明可降低蒸汽消耗200‑300kg/tur,降低液氨消耗5‑10kg/tur,效益明显。

本发明涉及节能型水溶液全循环尿素生产技术领域,具体涉及一种尿素生产系统。
背景技术
80年代以来,我国尿素工业发展掀起了一个新的阶段,众多小氮肥厂进行了改产尿素,使小氮肥厂的技术进步和技术革新发生了质的变化,相继建成了多套水溶液全循环工艺小尿素装置,小尿素装置的迅速发展,是适合我国国情,充分发挥了原小氮肥的优势,使我国水溶液全循环法工艺在技术上、能耗上有了较大的进步,但随着国际国内在能源方面的调控,水溶液全循环工艺的缺点满足不了企业对低能耗方面的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可降低水溶液全循环尿素生产工艺蒸汽消耗、液氨消耗、电消耗的全循环尿素生产系统。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:它包括预蒸发器、热源输出设备、二段分解塔,所述预蒸发器包括上方的分离段和下方的热能利用段,热能利用段上开有热源进口和热源进口,热源进口和热源进口均与热源输出设备向连接,热能利用段下方与二段分解塔相连接,所述二段分解塔内部从上向下依次分为精馏段、第三精洗器、第二精洗器和第一精洗器。
本发明的有益效果是:本实用型技术通过生产过程中热源的再利用,工艺设备的优化改造降低蒸汽消耗200-300kg/tur,降低液氨消耗5-10kg/tur,效益明显。

具体实施方式
参见图1,尿素溶液在预蒸发器1分离段2初步分离后进入热能利用段3换热管内,与热源进口4进入的热源进行换热,热源从热源输出设备6中到热能利用段3,与管内的尿素溶液进行换热,换热后的热源经热源出口5流回热源输出设备6中,吸收热量的尿素溶液进入二段分解塔7进行工艺分离,需要精馏的含NH3的工艺气体依次经过第一精洗器8、第二精洗器9、第三精洗器10、精馏段11处理,最终将工艺气体中的NH3完全吸收。

1.一种尿素生产系统,其特征在于:它包括预蒸发器、热源输出设备、二段分解塔,所述预蒸发器包括上方的分离段和下方的热能利用段,热能利用段上开有热源进口和热源进口,热源进口和热源进口均与热源输出设备向连接,热能利用段下方与二段分解塔相连接,所述二段分解塔内部从上向下依次分为精馏段、第三精洗器、第二精洗器和第一精洗器。
