本发明公开了一种用于污水处理厂的新型除臭剂,包括如下重量份的组分:消毒剂:8~10份,氢氧化钠:3~8份,颗粒活性炭:10~20,乙二醇:1~3,硅酸铝镁:4~8,氧化锌:20~40,焦磷酸钠:3~5,滑石粉:3~8,香精:0.1~0.3。与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:(1)本发明不仅可以有效的具有去除臭味等效果,而且兼有消毒作用,大大的降低运行费用,其实用性较强;(2)制备工艺简单,成本低廉。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保领域。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种用于污水处理厂的新型除臭剂。
背景技术
近年来,随着污水处理行业的迅猛发展,污水处理厂的数量也大幅度上升,但是在污水得到净化处理的同时,污水中的有机物分解产生的恶臭气体不仅对金属材料、设备和管道有一定的腐蚀性,还会对周围居民的正常生活产生影响。因此,如何对污水处理厂产生的恶臭气体进行有效的治理已经成为污水处理行业面临的严重问题。
1恶臭气体的来源、组成物质与危害
污水处理厂的恶臭气体主要来源于污水和污泥的处理单元,其中厌氧池是污水处理单元产生恶臭的主要场所,而污泥脱水房是污泥处理单元恶臭产生的主要场所。
污水处理工艺过程中产生的恶臭气体组成物质主要由碳、氢和硫元素组成,主要有氨气、硫化氢、硫醇、VFAs、VOCs等组成。根据有关资料介绍,从成分看氨的浓度最大,其次是硫化氢,而硫化氢是产生恶臭气味的主要物质之一。
高浓度的含硫以及含氮恶臭物质会抑制硝化反应的进行,使污水脱氮效果变差,同时这些恶臭气体,对污水厂金属材料、设备和管道有一定的腐蚀性,对厂区及周边环境会造成污染,也会影响周围居民的正常生活。甚至,臭气中的恶臭物质,对人体呼吸、消化、心血管、内分泌及神经系统都会造成不同程度的毒害,使人体产生畸变、癌变。
城市污水处理系统由于其特殊性而具有成分复杂多变,有毒有害、动态负荷显著以及排污持续、近居民区,且很多时候是短时间突发的,较难于捕集和收集,也给治理带来困难。目前污水处理厂工程上常用恶臭气体处理技术主要有生物滤池、生物滴滤塔、生物滤床、植物提取液除臭、活性炭吸附、高能离子除臭、化学除臭和活性氧除臭等。
目前,除臭剂是解决臭味的最好选择。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于污水处理厂除臭剂,以克服现有除臭剂存在用量过度,二次污染等缺点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种用于污水处理厂的新型除臭剂,包括如下重量份的组分:
消毒剂:8~10份,氢氧化钠:3~8份,颗粒活性炭:10~20,
乙二醇:1~3,硅酸铝镁:4~8,氧化锌:20~40,
焦磷酸钠:3~5,滑石粉:3~8,香精:0.1~0.3。
优选的是,所述消毒剂选自次氯酸钠、次氯酸钙、双氧水中的一种或任意组合。
所述的用于污水处理厂除臭剂的制备工艺为:按配比,将各组分混合,搅拌分散均匀后即可得成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明不仅可以有效的具有去除臭味等效果,而且兼有消毒作用,大大的降低运行费用,其实用性较强;
(2)制备工艺简单,成本低廉。

以下将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,借此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题,并达到技术效果的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
若未特别指明,实施例中所采用的技术手段为本领域技术人员所熟知的常规手段,所采用的原料也均为可商业获得的。未详细描述的各种过程和方法是本领域中公知的常规方法。
实施例1
一种用于污水处理厂的新型除臭剂,包括如下重量份的组分:
次氯酸钠:8份,氢氧化钠:3份,颗粒活性炭:20,
乙二醇:3,硅酸铝镁:8,氧化锌:40,
焦磷酸钠:5,滑石粉:8,香精:0.3。
实施例2
一种用于污水处理厂的新型除臭剂,包括如下重量份的组分:
次氯酸钠:9份,氢氧化钠:5份,颗粒活性炭:15,
乙二醇:2,硅酸铝镁:6,氧化锌:30,
焦磷酸钠:4,滑石粉:6,香精:0.2。
实施例3
一种用于污水处理厂的新型除臭剂,包括如下重量份的组分:
次氯酸钠:10份,氢氧化钠:8份,颗粒活性炭:20,
乙二醇:3,硅酸铝镁:8,氧化锌:40,
焦磷酸钠:5,滑石粉:8,香精:0.3。
为了能直接反映本品的效果,下面以某城市的污水处理厂的污泥处理间作为研究对象,进行处理效果试验验证。
以下表1为进行除臭剂添加前后H2S和硫醇的含量对比数据。
具体将实例1~3的除臭剂喷入污水处理厂的污泥处理间反应时间为1~2小时后进行H2S和硫醇指标进行测定。

从表1可以看出,经过实例1~3的污水处理厂除臭剂后H2S去除率可以达到90%以上,同时硫醇去除率可以达到80%以上,基本达到净化的标准。所以,本品处理后不仅可以有效的具有去除有机物等效果,而且兼有消毒作用,大大的降低运行费用,其实用性较强。

1.一种用于污水处理厂的新型除臭剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:
消毒剂:8~10份,氢氧化钠:3~8份,颗粒活性炭:10~20,
乙二醇:1~3,硅酸铝镁:4~8,氧化锌:20~40,
焦磷酸钠:3~5,滑石粉:3~8,香精:0.1~0.3。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于污水处理厂的新型除臭剂,其特征在于,所述消毒剂选自次氯酸钠、次氯酸钙、双氧水中的一种或任意组合。
