变频加料机防噪音防溢出进风装置,加料机机体内设加料机叶轮,加料机机体左外侧下部设加料机磁选盒,加料机磁选盒内设凹槽永磁铁,加料机机体主视外部连接法兰盖,法兰盖连接带座轴承,带座轴承连接链轮,加料机机体主视外部左下侧连接搭扣锁,加料机机体右下部连接减速机支撑座,加料机机体右中上部连接加料机进风装置,加料机进风装置内下部、内中部、内上部各设一只金属网,每只金属网上面连接消音棉;物料由加料口加入进入加料机叶轮的叶轮槽内,加料机叶轮通过回转运动将物料向下输送,磁性杂质被加料机磁选盒中的凹槽永磁铁吸附,除铁后的物料进入粉碎机进行粉碎;本技术的有益效果是:能很好地防噪音和防止物料的溢出。

本发明属于饲料行业机械制造领域,具体涉及变频加料机防噪音防溢出进风装置。
背景技术
已知的饲料行业加工领域,常用的粉碎机工作噪音很大,尤其夜间,会影响周围人们的正常生活环境,同时也影响正常的生产计划的实施,粉碎机高速工作时,有少量物料被打回变频加料机内从风口飞出,不仅造成物料损失,还会有粉尘污染。上述两种弊端,至今尚无良好的技术方案解决。
发明内容
本发明的变频加料机防噪音防溢出进风装置,能很好地解决上述难题,不仅改善了生产环境,也提高了生产效率和产品质量。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的变频加料机防噪音防溢出进风装置,是以下述方式实现的:加料机机体内设加料机叶轮,加料机机体左外侧下部设加料机磁选盒,加料机磁选盒内设凹槽永磁铁,加料机机体主视外部连接法兰盖,法兰盖连接带座轴承,带座轴承连接链轮,加料机机体主视外部左下侧连接搭扣锁,加料机机体右下部连接减速机支撑座,加料机机体右中上部连接加料机进风装置,加料机进风装置内下部、内中部、内上部各设一只金属网,每只金属网上面连接消音棉。
操作程序:物料由加料机机体加料口加入后进入加料机叶轮的叶轮槽内,加料机叶轮通过回转运动将物料向下输送,物料在下落过程中,磁性杂质被加料机磁选盒中的凹槽永磁铁吸附,除铁后的物料进入粉碎机进行粉碎,在负压作用下空气从加料机进风装置进入,保持物料顺利输送,由于若干金属网中的消音棉有强力的消音作用,本机在操作过程中噪音降到最低,工作环境大为改善。
本技术的有益效果是:能很好地防噪音和防止物料的溢出,提升了生产效率和产品质量。

按照图1、图2所示本发明的变频加料机防噪音防溢出进风装置,加料机机体3内设加料机叶轮4,加料机机体3左外侧下部设加料机磁选盒2,加料机磁选盒2内设凹槽永磁铁10,加料机机体3主视外部连接法兰盖6,法兰盖6连接带座轴承7,带座轴承7连接链轮8,加料机机体3主视外部左下侧连接搭扣锁1,加料机机体3右下部连接减速机支撑座9,加料机机体3右中上部连接加料机进风装置5,加料机进风装置5内下部、内中部、内上部各设一只金属网11,每只金属网11上面连接消音棉12。
操作程序:物料由加料机机体3加料口加入后进入加料机叶轮4的叶轮槽内,加料机叶轮4通过回转运动将物料向下输送,物料在下落过程中,磁性杂质被加料机磁选盒2中的凹槽永磁铁10吸附,除铁后的物料进入粉碎机进行粉碎,在负压作用下空气从加料机进风装置5进入,保持物料顺利输送,由于若干金属网11中的消音棉12有强力的消音作用,本机在操作过程中噪音降到最低,工作环境大为改善。
