Abstract
本发明涉及一种型材无屑切割装置。主要由切割刀、上下移动体、支撑架、切割气缸、夹紧气缸、加热板、上下移动夹紧装置组成。本发明的特点在于切割刀采用斜切面,并对刀片增加了加热功能,使其在切割材料时不会产生锯屑,使切割的材料更平滑干净,效果好。

本发明涉及一种切割装置,特别涉及一种型材无屑切割装置。
背景技术
过去的型材切割装置在切割材料时,会产生很多锯屑,既不环保,也不干净卫生,且浪费原料,其型材的切割面也不光滑。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种安全环保的型材无屑切割装置。
为了达到上述目的,本发明一种型材无屑切割装置,主要由切割刀、上下移动体、支撑架、切割气缸、夹紧气缸、加热板、上下移动夹紧装置组成,其特征在于:
所述切割刀与所述加热板连接,所述加热板与所述上下移动体连接,所述上下移动体与所述支撑架连接,所述切割气缸与所述上下移动体连接,所述夹紧气缸与所述上下移动夹紧装置连接。
本发明使用时,两个夹紧气缸带动两侧上下移动夹紧装置移动,从而对型材进行加紧固定,同时切割气缸通过上下移动体带动切割刀上下移动切割材料,切割前加热板会给切割刀进行加热,使切割刀在切割材料时不产生锯屑,切割刀的切刃是斜的能达到更好的切割效果。
本发明的优点在于,切割刀采用斜切面,并对刀片增加了加热功能,使其在切割材料时不会产生锯屑,使切割的材料更平滑干净,其具有环保干净卫生无锯屑,节约原料,宁静无噪音,耗能低,运行平稳,安装方便,维修保养简单,故障率低等优点。

如图所示,一种型材无屑切割装置,主要由切割刀1、上下移动体2、支撑架3、切割气缸4、夹紧气缸5、加热板6、上下移动夹紧装置7组成,其特征在于:
所述切割刀1与所述加热板6连接,所述加热板6与所述上下移动体2连接,所述上下移动体2与所述支撑架3连接,所述切割气缸4与所述上下移动体2连接,所述夹紧气缸5与所述上下移动夹紧装置7连接。
本发明使用时,两个夹紧气缸5带动两侧上下移动夹紧装置7移动,从而对型材进行加紧固定,同时切割气缸4通过上下移动体2带动切割刀1上下移动切割材料,切割前加热板6会给切割刀1进行加热,使切割刀1在切割材料时不产生锯屑,切割刀1的切刃是斜的能达到更好的切割效果。
