1)关节肿胀、疼痛，被动伸屈时疼痛加剧，关节松弛而不稳定，活动受限。
2)活动稍多甚至弯腰拾物、打喷嚏时便发病，疼痛难忍，功能受限。
3)阴雨天或受风着凉可引起疼痛的复发或加重。
4、疗效标准
参照国家中医药管理局1994年实施的《中医病诊断疗效标准》拟定如下：
临床痊愈：中医临床症状、体征消失或基本消失；
显效：中医临床症状、体征明显改变；
有效：中医临床症状、体征均有好转；
无效：中医临床症状、体征均无明显改善；
5、治疗结果

6、结论
100例患者服用本发明胶囊二个疗程(每个疗程5天)，治疗结果显示，本发明胶囊治疗风湿骨痛总有效率为98％。
实验例二：典型病例
病例1：姚某某，女，58。症状：患者左腿踝关节，疼痛肿胀，行走不便，因劳动病情加重，经诊断确诊为风湿性关节炎。通过服用本发明胶囊剂(按照实施例1方法制备，0.5g/粒，每日三次，每次2粒。)一个疗程(一疗程5天)，关节肿痛明显好转，左踝关节功能明显改善，患者可正常行走，继续服用本发明胶囊一个疗程，经检查已恢复正常。
病例2：秦某某，男，63岁。主诉：右肘关节疼痛，屈伸不利1年余。患者年轻时从事运动员工作，中年后转为体育教练，在运动生涯中经常出现关节疼痛，但均未予以重视。1年前右肘关节疼痛伴肿胀，症状逐渐加重，并出现关节变形，右肘伸展受限。经使用本发明贴膏剂(按照实施例2方法制备，贴于患处，2天/贴)5天后见效明显，继续使用一疗程痊愈。
病例3：赵某，女，55岁。症状：患颈椎病(神经根型)2月余。颈椎疼痛，放射至左侧肩臂膀疼痛难忍、左手大拇指麻木，夜不能眠、害怕晚上睡觉。通过服用本发明片剂(按照实施例3方法制备)治疗三天后见效，晚上疼痛减轻，继续服用7天后彻底治愈。
病例4：田某某，男，67。症状：腰椎间盘突出，椎管狭窄。腰椎间盘突出L4-5\L5-S1、椎管狭窄，因右下肢疼痛、右足麻木数月，走不能走远，走一段距离(10多米)后下肢出现麻木、疼痛、无力、加重而无法行走，间断休息(下蹲或弯腰一会)后症状减轻或消失，继续行走后又反复出现这种临床症状。牵引按摩、外贴风湿膏治疗无效，口服药物不见好转。来诊时查腰L4、5椎棘突旁右侧压疼明显并向右下肢放射。直腿抬高30度，腰椎活动受限，右足肌力减弱，膝腱反射良好。通过使用本发明软膏剂(按照实施例4方法制备)治疗一个疗程后(每个疗程5天)，疼痛减轻，继续治疗一个疗程后，上述症状完全消失，痊愈。随访1年无复发。
下述实施例均能实现上述实验例的效果。

实施例1胶囊剂
上述药物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成胶囊剂，0.5g/粒，每日三次，每次2粒。
实施例2贴膏剂
上述药物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成贴膏剂。2天/贴。
实施例3片剂
上述药物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成片剂，0.5g/片，每日三次，每次2片。
实施例4软膏剂
上述药物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成软膏剂。
实施例5颗粒剂
上述药物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成颗粒剂。10g/袋，每日二次，每次1袋。
实施例6喷雾剂
上述药物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成喷雾剂。

7.如权利要求6所述的中药组合物，其特征在于所述风湿骨痛是指腰背酸痛、骨痛膝弱、四肢麻痹、关节炎或骨质增生。
