Abstract
本发明公开了一种舒筋通络、消炎镇痛的穴位贴敷的配方及制备方法,该穴位贴敷的配方包括以下重量份的原料:纳米远红外陶瓷粉1‑90份,砭石粉1‑20份,锗石粉1‑20份,蛭石粉1‑5份。按重量份取样,将医用压敏胶加热熔融后与各原料混匀,再加入薄荷香料混匀,得医用材料混合物;通过常规热熔涂布工序将混合物涂布于背衬层后覆盖防粘层,冷却至室温后经分切,即得。也可按重量份取样后,将原料混合均匀装入医用透气无纺布袋或其他常规透气袋中,即得。具有起效快、效果好、无毒副作用、安全不刺激且使用方便的特点。

技术领域
本发明属于医药技术领域,具体涉及一种舒筋通络、消炎镇痛的穴位贴敷的配方,同时还涉及该穴位贴敷的制备方法。
背景技术
穴位贴敷疗法是以中医经络学说为理论依据,将不同药物或对穴位有刺激作用的物质制成不同剂型,根据不同病痛贴敷于相应穴位从而起到防治疾病的效果。
以药物制备的贴剂主要运用透皮吸收技术,使药物有效成分透过皮肤组织经过血液循环系统达到治疗目的;其他通过物理作用刺激穴位的贴敷产品则大多数通过发热或运用磁疗刺激穴位的方式作用于人体。
医疗实践中,可运用穴位贴敷治疗的病症很多,其中则包括急、慢性软组织损伤引起的疼痛、风湿性关节炎及肩关节周围炎引起的疼痛。而目前可用于前述病症的穴位贴敷主要原料为远红外陶瓷粉穴位贴敷、磁疗穴位贴敷,该类贴敷材料最大的缺点在于治疗手段单一,主要运用热疗或磁疗对穴位进行刺激,刺激持续时间较短,能量使用单调,对穴位的刺激强度不够,甚至在热疗或磁疗时人体感官上感受不到产品对自己身体带来的影响。
就制备方法而言,该类贴敷均为用医用胶与之热熔混合后分切成适宜大小再供患者使用,缺点为在温度较高的环境下使用时,患者容易出汗导致贴敷卷边或脱落,从而影响使用;同时有部分患者使用该类贴敷时由于贴剂不透气还会出现皮肤泛红,起疹等过敏现象。

(2)将医用压敏胶1-50份加热熔融后与各原料混匀,再加入薄荷香料0.1-1份混匀,得医用材料混合物;

本发明的一种舒筋通络、消炎镇痛的穴位贴敷的另一制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取如下原料:纳米远红外陶瓷粉1-90份,砭石粉1-20份,锗石粉1-20份,蛭石粉1-5份;
(2)将各原料混合均匀后装入医用透气无纺布袋或其他常规透气袋中,即得。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有明显有益效果,从以上技术方案可知:
本发明采用纳米远红外陶瓷粉、砭石粉、锗石粉及蛭石粉为原料,利用各原料之间的协同作用,能发挥舒筋通络、消炎镇痛的功效,可有效治疗急、慢性软组织损伤引起的疼痛、风湿性关节炎及肩关节周围炎引起的疼痛。
当纳米远红外陶瓷粉所具有的远红外线作用于皮肤后,大部分能量被皮肤吸收,被吸收的能量则转化为热能,从而引起皮温升高,刺激皮肤内热感觉器,通过丘脑反射,可使血管扩张,血液循环加快;同时,由于热作用的产生,还可引起血管活性物质的释放,从而降低血管张力,有利于浅小动脉、浅毛细管和浅静脉扩张,从而使血液循环得以改善,增强新陈代谢;将同样具有发射远红外线功能的砭石配合使用,能增强红外热像,显著加快人体微循环血流速度,达到活血化瘀、疏通经脉的效果,且砭石具有超声振动功能,贴敷于人体相应穴位后可对穴位起到按摩之功效;而锗石则含有人体所需的30多种有益微量元素,可促进体内废物的排除;最后,配方中的蛭石具有密度低、导热率低的特点,可起到保温的作用,从而使纳米远红外陶瓷粉及砭石刺激皮肤所产生的热能保持较长时间,且蛭石透气性好、吸附力强,能吸收皮肤所产生的汗液,起到防止贴剂卷边或滑落的作用,而蛭石所具有的多孔性,还能防止医用胶贴在人体皮肤上不透气而导致的皮肤过敏。
具有起效快、效果好、无毒副作用且安全不刺激的特点。
所提供的制备方法简单、易于操作,便于推广。
具体实施方式
以下通过试验例来进一步阐述本发明所述穴位贴敷的有益效果。
试验例:本发明穴位贴敷的临床观察
临床资料:
全部病例222例,其中,男性144例,女性78例,最大年龄57岁,最小年龄15岁。
诊断标准:
(1)软组织损伤(参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》、《医疗器械临床评价技术指导原则》)
①急性软组织损伤
A软组织挫伤
a:有明显外伤史,疼痛剧烈,局部肿胀,肢体活动功能障碍。
b:伤处压痛明显,可出现局部青紫瘀血斑,严重者出现皮下血肿,波动征阳性。
c:损伤后2周左右,瘀肿大部分小腿或转为黄褐色,疼痛逐渐消失,功能恢复或轻度障碍。
d:少数损伤较重患者,恢复期较长,局部仍有肿胀,隐隐作痛,肢体活动有不同程度的受限。
B关节扭伤
a:早期有明显扭伤史,伤后疼痛剧烈,局部肿胀,关节活动功能障碍。
b:中期受伤3-4天后,肿胀开始消退,瘀斑青紫逐渐变浅色,皮肤温度高,疼痛渐减,关节活动功能仍受限。
c:关节损伤2走后,瘀肿大部分消退,瘀斑变为黄褐色,疼痛渐消,功能大部分恢复,少数损伤严重的患者恢复期较长,局部仍有硬结,隐隐作痛,关节活动受限,迁延不愈。
d:X线检查排除骨折、脱位及骨病等,有时对肌腱、韧带及软骨的损伤有一定的参考价值。
e:损伤后2周左右,瘀肿大部分小腿或转为黄褐色,疼痛逐渐消失,功能恢复或轻度障碍。
f:少数损伤较重患者,恢复期较长,局部仍有肿胀,隐隐作痛,肢体活动有不同程度的受限。
②慢性软组织损伤
a:有慢性损伤史和好发年龄。
b:劳损部位肿胀、疼痛、压痛。
c:关节部位或邻近关节部位活动受限。
d:相关试验检查呈阳性体征。
(2)风湿性关节炎
①临床表现:多有链球菌感染病史;急性期可有多发性及游走性关节酸痛,多发生在大关节,可伴红肿痛或结节或红斑;慢性期可仅感关节酸痛。
②化验检查:抗“0”在1:500以上;或血沉增快;或抗链激酶超过80单位以上;或抗透明质酸酶在128单位以上,或c反应蛋白阳性。
③X线片无骨质损害。
(3)肩关节周围炎
①肩部某一处痛,与动作、姿势有明显关系。
②三角肌轻度萎缩,斜方肌痉挛。冈上肌腱、肱二头肌长、短头肌腱及三角肌前后缘可有明显压痛。
③肩关节以外展、外旋、后伸受限最明显,少数人内收、内旋亦受限,但前屈受限较少。
④X线检查,年龄较大或病程较长者,X线片可见到肩部骨质疏松或岗上肌腱、肩峰下滑囊钙化征。
治疗方法:
1、急、慢性软组织损伤引起的疼痛:
取出本发明穴位贴敷,撕去防粘层,将患处清洗干净,将贴敷贴于患处痛点,每次一贴,每次用5-10小时,一日两贴,7天为一疗程。
2、风湿性关节炎、肩关节周围炎引起的疼痛:
取出本发明穴位贴敷,撕去防粘层,将患处清洗干净,将贴敷贴于患处痛点,每次一贴,每次用5-10小时,一日两贴,12天为一疗程。
疗效标准:
治愈:主要临床症状消失;
有效:主要临床症状有所缓解;
无效:主要临床症状无明显改善。
治疗结果:
74例急、慢性软组织损伤引起疼痛的患者使用本发明穴位贴敷,治愈43例,有效19例,无效12例,治愈率为58.1%,总有效率为83.8%;
74例风湿性关节炎引起疼痛的患者使用本发明穴位贴敷,治愈29例,有效32例,无效13例,治愈率为39.1%,总有效率为82.4%;
74例肩关节周围炎引起疼痛的患者使用本发明穴位贴敷,治愈33例,有效30例,无效11例,治愈率为44.6%,总有效率为85.1%。
实施例1
一种舒筋通络、消炎镇痛的穴位贴敷,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取1300目纳米远红外陶瓷粉1kg,500目砭石粉1kg,800目锗石粉1kg,500目蛭石粉1kg;
(2)将医用压敏胶1kg加热熔融后与各原料混匀,再加入薄荷香料0.1kg混匀,得医用材料混合物;
(3)通过常规热熔涂布工序将混合物涂布于医用透气无纺布后覆盖离型膜,冷却至室温后经分切,即得。
实施例2
一种舒筋通络、消炎镇痛的穴位贴敷,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取1500目纳米远红外陶瓷粉90kg,800目砭石粉20kg,500目锗石粉20kg,800目蛭石粉5kg;
(2)将医用压敏胶50kg加热熔融后与各原料混匀,再加入薄荷香料1kg混匀,得医用材料混合物;
(3)通过常规热熔涂布工序将混合物涂布于医用透气无纺布后覆盖离型膜,冷却至室温后经分切,即得。
实施例3
一种舒筋通络、消炎镇痛的穴位贴敷,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取1400目纳米远红外陶瓷粉30kg,650目砭石粉10kg,650目锗石粉10kg,650目蛭石粉2kg;
(2)将常规医用压敏胶25kg份加热熔融后与各原料混匀,再加入常规薄荷香料0.15kg份混匀,得医用材料混合物;
(3)通过常规热熔涂布工序将混合物涂布于常规背衬层后覆盖常规防粘层,冷却至室温后经分切,即得。
实施例4
一种舒筋通络、消炎镇痛的穴位贴敷,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取1400目纳米远红外陶瓷粉45kg,600目砭石粉10kg份,650目锗石粉15kg份,700目蛭石粉3kg;
(2)将各原料混合均匀后装入医用透气无纺布袋中,即得。

1.一种舒筋通络、消炎镇痛的穴位贴敷的配方,按重量份计,包括以下原料:纳米远红外陶瓷粉1-90份,砭石粉1-20份,锗石粉1-20份,蛭石粉1-5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种舒筋通络、消炎镇痛的穴位贴敷的配方,按重量份计,包括以下原料:纳米远红外陶瓷粉30份,砭石粉10份,锗石粉10份,蛭石粉2份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种舒筋通络、消炎镇痛的穴位贴敷的配方,其中:所述纳米远红外陶瓷粉为1300-1500目。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种舒筋通络、消炎镇痛的穴位贴敷的配方,其中:所述砭石粉为500-800目。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的一种舒筋通络、消炎镇痛的穴位贴敷的配方,其中:所述锗石粉为500-800目。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的一种舒筋通络、消炎镇痛的穴位贴敷的配方,其中:所述蛭石粉为500-800目。
7.一种舒筋通络、消炎镇痛的穴位贴敷的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取如下原料:纳米远红外陶瓷粉1-90份,砭石粉1-20份,锗石粉1-20份,蛭石粉1-5份;
(2)将医用压敏胶1-50份加热熔融后与各原料混匀,再加入薄荷香料0.1-1份混匀,得医用材料混合物;
(3)通过常规热熔涂布工序将混合物涂布于背衬层后覆盖防粘层,冷却至室温后经分切,即得。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种舒筋通络、消炎镇痛的穴位贴敷的制备方法,其中:所述背衬层是医用透气无纺布。
9.如权利要求7或8所述的一种舒筋通络、消炎镇痛的穴位贴敷的制备方法,其中:所述防粘层是离型膜。
10.一种舒筋通络、消炎镇痛的穴位贴敷的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取如下原料:纳米远红外陶瓷粉1-90份,砭石粉1-20份,锗石粉1-20份,蛭石粉1-5份;
(2)将各原料混合均匀后装入医用透气无纺布袋或其他常规透气袋中,即得。
