本发明公开了一种舒缓美白祛痘液,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:熊果苷磷酸酯2‑3、乳木果油2‑3、己内酰脲0.3‑0.4、乙二醇单乙基醚2‑3、冻干苹果籽粉14‑17、蜗牛原液1‑2、奶蓟草20‑25、石斛花33‑37、菩提花10‑13、蔓越莓16‑20、废弃毛发40‑50、聚氧乙烯羊毛脂2‑3、红没药醇2‑3、贝壳粉13‑15、冻干薏仁粉5‑7、三甲基二羟乙磺酸己醚0.8‑2、甘油1‑2、凡士林3‑4、阿魏酸异辛酯0.6‑1、水杨酸2‑3、1,3丁二醇3‑4、三乙醇胺2‑3、菊糖1‑2、水60‑70;本发明具有安全、消炎、平衡油脂分泌、清除毛孔污垢、抑制色素沉着的作用,不易复发并兼具美白的功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及护肤品技术领域,尤其涉及一种舒缓美白祛痘液。
背景技术
近年来,随着经济的发展和生活水平的提高,人们越来越重视皮肤的保养了,从而使得化妆品发展迅速。具有美化和治疗双重功效,性质介于化妆品和药品的功能型化妆品引起了广泛的关注。与传统化妆品不同的是,功能型化妆品应尽量使功能性成分透过角质层,持久的对局部组织及细胞起到营养、保护或治疗作用,较少进入血液循环,从而提高功效。寻找促进功能性成分经皮吸收的方法是开发和研究此类化妆品的关键之一。人的皮肤是由一层致密的细胞构成,细胞膜对大分子生物活性物质是不通透的。化妆品中的活性成分要达到营养、改善皮肤状况和预防皮肤疾病的功效,关键是活性物质必须透过角质层而达到相应的作用部位并维持一定时间。脂质体是由磷脂等类脂形成的双分子层的完全封闭的多层囊泡,其结构类似于细胞,可包封水溶性和脂溶性两种物质,具有靶向高效、缓释可控和安全无毒的特点,但是脂质体溶液长期储存会存在很多问题,例如活性物质的渗漏、脂质体粒子的聚集以及磷脂在液态状态下易被氧化等,这些问题限制了脂质体在化妆品中的应用。
廖金燕在《脂质体包封人参提取液的研究及其在化妆品中的应用》一文中主要针对人参水提液脂质体做了研究,在测定人参水提取液人参总皂苷的含量、确定包封率测定方法和脂质体制备方法的基础上,对人参水提取液脂质体在化妆品中的应用性能进行了研究,并且对脂质体的粒径进行测算,都在600nm以内,说明脂质体用于化妆品能容易的穿透皮肤,但是脂质体属于微分散体系,是热力学不稳定体系,不具备良好的贮存性能,贮存时间长短容易受到温度、光照、粒径大小、包封率等诸多因素的干扰,从而大大影响化妆品的性质。本发明为了保证脂质体长期储存中的稳定性,结合冷冻干燥技术制备成冻干脂质体剂型可大大提高稳定性,提高化妆品的质量。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种舒缓美白祛痘液。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种舒缓美白祛痘液,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:熊果苷磷酸酯2-3、乳木果油2-3、己内酰脲0.3-0.4、乙二醇单乙基醚2-3、冻干苹果籽粉14-17、蜗牛原液1-2、奶蓟草20-25、石斛花33-37、菩提花10-13、蔓越莓16-20、废弃毛发40-50、聚氧乙烯羊毛脂2-3、红没药醇2-3、贝壳粉13-15、冻干薏仁粉5-7、三甲基二羟乙磺酸己醚0.8-2、甘油1-2、凡士林3-4、阿魏酸异辛酯0.6-1、水杨酸2-3、1,3丁二醇3-4、三乙醇胺2-3、菊糖1-2、水60-70。
所述一种舒缓美白祛痘液,由以下具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将奶蓟草、石斛花、菩提花和蔓越莓混合粉碎后,于75%乙醇溶液中加热提取1.5-2h,冷却至室温后进行离心分离,离心速度为4000-5000rpm,离心时间为10-20min,然后取其上清液进行精滤,将精滤后的滤液浓缩得到浸膏,再将浸膏用丙二醇溶解,过滤,得到含量为10mg/ml的提取液备用;
(2)将废弃毛发、贝壳粉洗净晾干后和冻干薏仁粉、冻干苹果籽粉混合加入发酵菌进行发酵,发酵温度为36-45℃,时间为12-15h,再将所得发酵液进行灭菌和离心,离心转速为8000-12000r/min,离心时间为10-20min,然后收集上清液备用;
(3)将大豆卵磷脂、十八胺和胆固醇混合,用适量的乙醚溶解混合物,待全部溶解后于旋转蒸发仪上30-35℃蒸干成膜,然后取步骤(1)制备的产物3.5-5ml、步骤(2)制备的产物2.5-4ml和适量的pH值为6.8的PBS缓冲液,搅拌均匀后再加入吐温80和司盘80,在冰浴中超声乳化40-50min得到混悬液,将混悬液中加入菊糖搅拌均匀后进行冷冻干燥,得到脂质体冻干粉备用;
(4)将聚氧乙烯羊毛脂、凡士林、乳木果油和三乙醇胺混合加热至70-75℃,再加入甘油、1,3丁二醇和水均质搅拌30-35min,冷却至30-40℃时加入其余剩余物质搅拌均匀,冷却至室温后加入步骤(3)制备的产物,搅拌均匀后质检,出料、包装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明利用奶蓟草、石斛花、菩提花和蔓越莓相互配合采用醇提出具有修护皮肤细胞、降低毒素对细胞损害、还可清除自由基、收敛、柔和皮肤、抗炎、抗感染、为皮肤建立良好的天然屏障的有效成分,还通过废弃的毛发、贝壳粉和冻干薏仁粉、冻干苹果籽粉一起发酵水解出多种有益成分,为肌肤提供营养,并且能够补充胶原蛋白,激活细胞,平抚细纹,清除毛囊污垢,有效减少痘痘的产生,将这两种有效成分用脂质体包封起来,并且添加的十八胺使脂质体表面带正电荷,和正常带负电荷的皮肤细胞相容性好,渗透性好,还通过冷冻干燥的方法增加其贮存稳定性,提高了化妆品的稳定性,本发明解决了现有祛痘化妆品刺激性大、皮肤易过敏等问题,具有安全、温和、消炎、平衡油脂分泌、清除毛孔污垢、抑制色素沉着的作用,愈后无痕,不易复发并兼具美白的功效。
具体实施方式
一种舒缓美白祛痘液,由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:熊果苷磷酸酯2、乳木果油2、己内酰脲0.3、乙二醇单乙基醚2、冻干苹果籽粉14、蜗牛原液1、奶蓟草20、石斛花33、菩提花10、蔓越莓16、废弃毛发40、聚氧乙烯羊毛脂2、红没药醇2、贝壳粉13、冻干薏仁粉5、三甲基二羟乙磺酸己醚0.8、甘油1、凡士林3、阿魏酸异辛酯0.6、水杨酸2、1,3丁二醇3、三乙醇胺2、菊糖1、水60。
所述一种舒缓美白祛痘液,由以下具体步骤制备制成:

(4)将聚氧乙烯羊毛脂、凡士林、乳木果油和三乙醇胺混合加热至70℃,再加入甘油、1,3丁二醇和水均质搅拌30min,冷却至30℃时加入其余剩余物质搅拌均匀,冷却至室温后加入步骤(3)制备的产物,搅拌均匀后质检,出料、包装即可。
按照实施例制备的化妆品对其性能进行检测,结果如下:
耐热性(40±1℃,24h):恢复室温后无油水分离现象;耐寒性(-5—-10℃,24h):恢复室温后与试验前无明显差异;铅含量(mg/Kg):0.1;汞含量(mg/Kg):0.03;砷含量(mg/Kg):0.05:细菌总数(CFU/g):<10;霉菌和酵母菌总数(CFU/g):<10;粪大肠菌群:未检出;绿脓杆菌:未检出;金黄色葡萄杆菌:未检出。
Claims (2)
1.一种舒缓美白祛痘液,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:熊果苷磷酸酯2-3、乳木果油2-3、己内酰脲0.3-0.4、乙二醇单乙基醚2-3、冻干苹果籽粉14-17、蜗牛原液1-2、奶蓟草20-25、石斛花33-37、菩提花10-13、蔓越莓16-20、废弃毛发40-50、聚氧乙烯羊毛脂2-3、红没药醇2-3、贝壳粉13-15、冻干薏仁粉5-7、三甲基二羟乙磺酸己醚0.8-2、甘油1-2、凡士林3-4、阿魏酸异辛酯0.6-1、水杨酸2-3、1,3丁二醇3-4、三乙醇胺2-3、菊糖1-2、水60-70。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种舒缓美白祛痘液,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将奶蓟草、石斛花、菩提花和蔓越莓混合粉碎后,于75%乙醇溶液中加热提取1.5-2h,冷却至室温后进行离心分离,离心速度为4000-5000rpm,离心时间为10-20min,然后取其上清液进行精滤,将精滤后的滤液浓缩得到浸膏,再将浸膏用丙二醇溶解,过滤,得到含量为10mg/ml的提取液备用;
(2)将废弃毛发、贝壳粉洗净晾干后和冻干薏仁粉、冻干苹果籽粉混合加入发酵菌进行发酵,发酵温度为36-45℃,时间为12-15h,再将所得发酵液进行灭菌和离心,离心转速为8000-12000r/min,离心时间为10-20min,然后收集上清液备用;
(3)将大豆卵磷脂、十八胺和胆固醇混合,用适量的乙醚溶解混合物,待全部溶解后于旋转蒸发仪上30-35℃蒸干成膜,然后取步骤(1)制备的产物3.5-5ml、步骤(2)制备的产物2.5-4ml和适量的pH值为6.8的PBS缓冲液,搅拌均匀后再加入吐温80和司盘80,在冰浴中超声乳化40-50min得到混悬液,将混悬液中加入菊糖搅拌均匀后进行冷冻干燥,得到脂质体冻干粉备用;
(4)将聚氧乙烯羊毛脂、凡士林、乳木果油和三乙醇胺混合加热至70-75℃,再加入甘油、1,3丁二醇和水均质搅拌30-35min,冷却至30-40℃时加入其余剩余物质搅拌均匀,冷却至室温后加入步骤(3)制备的产物,搅拌均匀后质检,出料、包装即可。
