本发明公开了一种改性煤灰渣蓝藻抑制剂,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:煤灰渣30‑40,石灰石5‑10,凹凸棒土20‑30,丙烯酸3‑5,过硫酸铵0.05‑0.1,丙烯酰胺1‑2,聚乙烯醇纤维1‑2,N,N'‑亚甲基双丙烯酰胺0.01‑0.02,腐植酸钠1‑2,复合助剂10‑15。本发明的蓝藻抑制剂不仅能快速、高效地去除水体中的蓝藻藻体及蓝藻毒素,还能有效分解沉降后的蓝藻藻体和蓝藻毒素,满足净化水质的需求,同时还能抑制蓝藻的生长,预防后续的蓝藻暴发,达到全面、持续治理蓝藻的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及蓝藻治理领域,尤其涉及一种改性煤灰渣蓝藻抑制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
蓝藻在环境条件适宜、营养丰富时会迅速、大量的繁殖,并在水面形成一层蓝绿色而有恶臭味的浮沫,称为“水华”。蓝藻在我国的分布十分广泛,蓝藻水华的暴发不仅影响供水、旅游、景观和养殖水域的生态系统,而且严重干扰人们的正常生活。因此,对蓝藻进行防治已经成为人们关注的焦点。
蓝藻通常在水体表面积聚或在水体中漂游,不但散发出臭气,还会产生蓝藻毒素等有毒有害物质,危害水体质量。而单一的蓝藻水华处理剂不仅有其局限性,无法全面、持续地治理蓝藻水华及其负面影响,还会带来诸如二次污染等后续问题。因此,开发兼具治理水域中已有的蓝藻危害和防治蓝藻水华的持续暴发效果的复合型蓝藻抑制剂,具有重大的现实意义和实用价值。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种改性煤灰渣蓝藻抑制剂及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种改性煤灰渣蓝藻抑制剂,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
煤灰渣30-40,石灰石5-10,凹凸棒土20-30,丙烯酸3-5,过硫酸铵0.05-0.1,丙烯酰胺1-2,聚乙烯醇纤维1-2,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺0.01-0.02,腐植酸钠1-2,复合助剂10-15;
所述复合助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:鲜竹叶100-200,鲜芦苇秸秆100-200,鲜菖蒲30-50,植物乳杆菌0.5-1,枯草芽孢杆菌0.3-0.5,酿酒酵母0.1-0.2,玉米淀粉5-10,黄豆粉1-2,水10-15;复合助剂的制备方法是将鲜竹叶、鲜芦苇秸秆和鲜菖蒲初步粉碎并混合均匀后加入其余原料,搅拌均匀后密封,在厌氧环境下于20-25℃发酵5-8天,然后于60-70℃烘干并研磨粉碎至200-400目,即得。
一种改性煤灰渣蓝藻抑制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将煤灰渣、石灰石、凹凸棒土和腐植酸钠加入适量水中混合并搅拌1-2h,过滤并干燥完全后加入聚乙烯醇纤维混合均匀,700-800℃煅烧2-4h,冷却后研磨至200-400目,得改性煤灰渣;
(2)先将(1)中的改性煤灰渣按固液重量比1:1.5-1:2.5加入水中搅拌均匀,然后加入丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、过硫酸铵和N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺混合均匀,将pH调至6-6.5后于60-70℃搅拌4-6h,冷却后用水洗涤数次,得复合材料;
(3)将(2)中的复合材料与其余原料混合均匀后60-70℃烘干,研磨至200-400目,即得改性煤灰渣蓝藻抑制剂。
本发明的优点是:
本发明利用植物乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、酿酒酵母活性菌种对鲜竹叶、鲜芦苇秸秆和鲜菖蒲进行发酵,将发酵产物烘干粉碎处理后得到复合助剂,复合助剂中所含的活性菌种能分解蓝藻藻体及其产生的蓝藻毒素,竹叶、芦苇秸秆和菖蒲本身所含有的活性物质以及发酵产物能抑制蓝藻的生长;利用改性煤灰渣与丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺凝胶复配得到活性多孔材料,吸附蓝藻及蓝藻毒素速度快、效率高,吸附牢固,易于沉降;通过上述原料的复配以及协同作用,制得的蓝藻抑制剂不仅能快速、高效地去除水体中的蓝藻藻体及蓝藻毒素,还能有效分解沉降后的蓝藻藻体和蓝藻毒素,满足净化水质的需求,同时还能抑制蓝藻的生长,预防后续的蓝藻暴发,达到全面、持续治理蓝藻的目的。
具体实施方式
一种改性煤灰渣蓝藻抑制剂,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
煤灰渣30,石灰石5,凹凸棒土20,丙烯酸3,过硫酸铵0.05,丙烯酰胺1,聚乙烯醇纤维1,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺0.01,腐植酸钠1,复合助剂10;
所述复合助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:鲜竹叶100,鲜芦苇秸秆100,鲜菖蒲30,植物乳杆菌0.5,枯草芽孢杆菌0.3,酿酒酵母0.1,玉米淀粉5,黄豆粉1,水10;复合助剂的制备方法是将鲜竹叶、鲜芦苇秸秆和鲜菖蒲初步粉碎并混合均匀后加入其余原料,搅拌均匀后密封,在厌氧环境下于20℃发酵5天,然后于60℃烘干并研磨粉碎至200目,即得。
一种改性煤灰渣蓝藻抑制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将煤灰渣、石灰石、凹凸棒土和腐植酸钠加入适量水中混合并搅拌1h,过滤并干燥完全后加入聚乙烯醇纤维混合均匀,700℃煅烧2h,冷却后研磨至200目,得改性煤灰渣;
(2)先将(1)中的改性煤灰渣按固液重量比1:1.5加入水中搅拌均匀,然后加入丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、过硫酸铵和N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺混合均匀,将pH调至6后于60℃搅拌4h,冷却后用水洗涤数次,得复合材料;
(3)将(2)中的复合材料与其余原料混合均匀后60℃烘干,研磨至200目,即得改性煤灰渣蓝藻抑制剂。
取上述制得的蓝藻处理剂0.5g加入1L蓝藻水样中(水样藻细胞密度为5×106个/mL),搅拌均匀后静置30min,取上层液体检测,结果如下:
藻数去除率:89.52%,叶绿素去除率:90.17%,浊度去除率:87.23%,藻毒素去除率:53.29%。

Claims (2)

1.一种改性煤灰渣蓝藻抑制剂,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
煤灰渣30-40,石灰石5-10,凹凸棒土20-30,丙烯酸3-5,过硫酸铵0.05-0.1,丙烯酰胺1-2,聚乙烯醇纤维1-2,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺0.01-0.02,腐植酸钠1-2,复合助剂10-15;
所述复合助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:鲜竹叶100-200,鲜芦苇秸秆100-200,鲜菖蒲30-50,植物乳杆菌0.5-1,枯草芽孢杆菌0.3-0.5,酿酒酵母0.1-0.2,玉米淀粉5-10,黄豆粉1-2,水10-15;复合助剂的制备方法是将鲜竹叶、鲜芦苇秸秆和鲜菖蒲初步粉碎并混合均匀后加入其余原料,搅拌均匀后密封,在厌氧环境下于20-25℃发酵5-8天,然后于60-70℃烘干并研磨粉碎至200-400目,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性煤灰渣蓝藻抑制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将煤灰渣、石灰石、凹凸棒土和腐植酸钠加入适量水中混合并搅拌1-2h,过滤并干燥完全后加入聚乙烯醇纤维混合均匀,700-800℃煅烧2-4h,冷却后研磨至200-400目,得改性煤灰渣;
(2)先将(1)中的改性煤灰渣按固液重量比1:1.5-1:2.5加入水中搅拌均匀,然后加入丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、过硫酸铵和N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺混合均匀,将pH调至6-6.5后于60-70℃搅拌4-6h,冷却后用水洗涤数次,得复合材料;
(3)将(2)中的复合材料与其余原料混合均匀后60-70℃烘干,研磨至200-400目,即得改性煤灰渣蓝藻抑制剂。
