Abstract

本发明公开了一种抱箍式滑托运输装置的使用方法:首先,确认障碍物,制备两块刚性固夹侧板,其上对称设置有多组螺栓孔,其顶部设置为圆弧形滑轮凹槽;其次,根据障碍物的外形,选取适当个数的花篮螺栓,并将花篮螺栓装备在适当位置的螺栓孔内;同时,调节花篮螺栓将两块固夹侧板固定在障碍物的两侧;并且,在障碍物和固夹侧板之间设置柔性减震垫;然后,制备主轴,主轴的外表面上套设有滑托;将主轴放置在滑轮凹槽上,并在主轴的两端设置侧堵,完成抱箍式滑托运输装置的制备;最后,将待运输物品放置在所述滑托上并推动物体,通过滑托的转动,实现物品移动。本发明操作简便、适用性强,在实现物品横向移动的同时,有效保护成品。

一种抱箍式滑托运输装置的使用方法
技术领域
本发明涉及运输装置,特别涉及一种带有成本保护功能的抱箍式滑托运输装置的使用方法。
背景技术
目前,大多数运输装置尤其是在已完成品上进行运输的工装不足之处为:①体积庞大,成本高;②对作业空间要求高;③无成品保护功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种操作简便、适用性强、且带有成品保护功能的抱箍式滑托运输装置的使用方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种抱箍式滑托运输装置的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)确认障碍物,制备两块刚性固夹侧板,所述两块固夹侧板上对称设置有多组螺栓孔,所述螺栓孔内装配有连接所述两块固夹侧板的花篮螺栓,所述两块固夹侧板的顶部均设置为圆弧形滑轮凹槽;
(2)根据障碍物的外形,选取适当个数的花篮螺栓,并将花篮螺栓装备在适当位置的螺栓孔内进行固定;
(3)根据障碍物的尺寸,通过所述花篮螺栓伸缩调节所述两块固夹侧板之间的距离,将所述两块固夹侧板固定在障碍物的两侧;
(4)在障碍物和所述固夹侧板之间设置柔性减震垫,以保护障碍物;
(5)制备与所述滑轮凹槽相契合的主轴,所述主轴的外表面上套设绕主轴转动的滑托;
(6)将所述主轴放置在所述滑轮凹槽上,并在所述主轴的两端设置侧堵,通过侧堵夹紧,摩擦固定所述主轴,完成抱箍式滑托运输装置的制备;
(7)将待运输物品放置在所述滑托上并推动物体,通过滑托的转动,实现物品横向方向的移动。
所述滑托在主轴上360°旋转。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明操作简便,在实现物品横向移动的同时,有效保护成品;
(2)本发明中,两个刚性固夹侧板通过可伸缩的花篮螺栓固定,可根据障碍物的大小进行伸缩调节,节省空间,适用性强;障碍物和刚性固夹侧板间设有柔性减震垫,有效进行了成品保护;
(3)本发明主滑装置结构简单,便于拆卸、组装;
(4)本发明中,主滑装置上设置有滑托,可实现物体横向方向的移动;
(5)本发明中,刚性固夹侧板上方设有多个螺栓孔,可依据障碍物的外形针对性的进行固定,适应能力更强;
(6)本发明各装置结构简单、易于制作,制作时机械设备及人力投入较少,制作所用材料二次回收率高,因此还具有成本低的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
如图1至图3所示,本发明一种抱箍式滑托运输装置的使用方法,其步骤为:
首先,确认障碍物9,制备两块刚性固夹侧板1,所述两块固夹侧板1上对称设置有多组螺栓孔3,所述螺栓孔3内装配有连接所述两块固夹侧板1的花篮螺栓2;所述两块固夹侧板1的顶部均设置为圆弧形滑轮凹槽4;
其次,根据障碍物9的外形,选取适当个数的花篮螺栓2,并将花篮螺栓2装备在适当位置的螺栓孔3内进行固定;同时,根据障碍物9的尺寸,通过所述花篮螺栓2伸缩调节所述两块固夹侧板1之间的距离,将所述两块固夹侧板1固定在障碍物9的两侧;并且,在障碍物9和所述固夹侧板1之间设置柔性减震垫5,以保护障碍物9(成品);
然后,制备与所述滑轮凹槽4相契合的主轴6,所述主轴6的外表面上套设绕主轴6转动的滑托7,所述滑托7可在主轴6上360°旋转;将所述主轴6放置在所述滑轮凹槽4上,并在所述主轴6的两端设置侧堵8,通过侧堵8夹紧,摩擦固定所述主轴6,完成抱箍式滑托运输装置的制备;
最后,将待运输物品放置在所述滑托7上并推动物体,通过滑托7的转动,实现物品横向方向的移动。
本发明中,所述固夹侧板1、花篮螺栓2和减震垫5组成了本发明的抱箍装置,如图1所示;所述主轴6、滑托7和侧堵8组成了本发明的主滑装置,如图2所示。

Claims (2)

1.一种抱箍式滑托运输装置的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)确认障碍物,制备两块刚性固夹侧板,所述两块固夹侧板上对称设置有多组螺栓孔,所述螺栓孔内装配有连接所述两块固夹侧板的花篮螺栓,所述两块固夹侧板的顶部均设置为圆弧形滑轮凹槽;
(2)根据障碍物的外形,选取适当个数的花篮螺栓,并将花篮螺栓装备在适当位置的螺栓孔内进行固定;
(3)根据障碍物的尺寸,通过所述花篮螺栓伸缩调节所述两块固夹侧板之间的距离,将所述两块固夹侧板固定在障碍物的两侧;
(4)在障碍物和所述固夹侧板之间设置柔性减震垫,以保护障碍物;
(5)制备与所述滑轮凹槽相契合的主轴,所述主轴的外表面上套设绕主轴转动的滑托;
(6)将所述主轴放置在所述滑轮凹槽上,并在所述主轴的两端设置侧堵,通过侧堵夹紧,摩擦固定所述主轴,完成抱箍式滑托运输装置的制备;
(7)将待运输物品放置在所述滑托上并推动物体,通过滑托的转动,实现物品横向方向的移动。
