本发明涉及一种试管加热支架,属于教学设备领域。
背景技术
试管,化学实验室常用的仪器,用作于少量试剂的反应容器,在常温或加热时(加热之前应该预热,不然试管容易爆裂。)使用。试管分普通试管、具支试管、离心试管等多种。在教学演示实验中,一般情况下是使用酒精灯加热。酒精灯是单点式加热,只能加热试管的底部,这样使得加热时间过长,影响演示时间和教学进度。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种试管加热支架,使用方便,加热速度快。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案是,一种试管加热支架,包括底座,底座上设置有一个支撑杆,支撑杆的中部设置有一个支架杆,支架杆与支撑杆垂直设置,支架杆的顶端设置有试管支架;所述试管支架包括一个中部支撑环,中部支撑环上部设置有试管放置架,中部支撑环下部设置有加热罩;所述试管放置架包括弧形底座和若干平行设置的金属环,弧形底座设置于金属环下方,金属环之间设置有连接支杆,金属环与弧形底座之间设置有金属杆,弧形底座的弧度为2.74;所述加热罩为锥形罩,加热罩的锥度为1:1.16。
优化的,上述试管加热支架,所述支撑杆与中部支撑环呈34度夹角。
本发明的优点在于它能克服现有技术的弊端,结构设计合理新颖。为了加快加热速度,本申请的设计中在中部支撑环下部设置加热罩,将酒精的热量积聚与加热罩内,防止热量散失。将弧形底座设置于加热罩内,这样积聚的热量就能够施加与弧形底座上,加快加热速度。
