技术领域
本发明涉及手机制造技术领域,尤其是一种手机电池盖板与支架精准定位粘贴工艺。
背景技术
手机电池盖板因为需要卡扣与手机中框配合,如果遇到外观需要从内侧表现颜色的时候,卡扣及相对应的结合线就会可见,故要将电池盖主体与实现配合等结构的部分做成两件,再粘合在一起。现有技术地无法使两个部件的位置精准控制在±0.05以内,生产出来的产品需要全部与中框实配检查,从而需要花费大量的人力及制造原材料成本。
因此,现有技术有待于提高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,本发明的目的是提供一种生产成本低、精准定位度高的手机电池盖板与支架精准定位粘贴工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种手机电池盖板与支架精准定位粘贴工艺,包括以下步骤:
一,等离子活化电池盖板表面;
二,精密点胶机将粘胶胶水点到支架粘贴面上;
三,通过搬运治具将电池盖板放到点好胶水的支架上;
四,将粘合好的电池盖板与支架组件放入保压治具中,并扣好上下治具;
五,将扣合有电池盖板与支架组件的治具组件放入加压机中加压六个小时;
六,机台拆开上下治具,取下产品即可。
本发明相对于现有技术使人力成本降低30%左右,制造原材料成本降低40%左右,精准度达成率由之前的50%提高到99.9%。

一种手机电池盖板与支架精准定位粘贴工艺,包括以下步骤:
一,等离子活化电池盖板表面,增加电池盖板粘附力;
二,精密点胶机将粘胶胶水点到支架粘贴面上;
三,通过搬运治具将电池盖板放到点好胶水的支架上;
四,将粘合好的电池盖板与支架组件放入保压治具中,并扣好上下治具,使电池盖板与支架充分贴合;
五,将扣合有电池盖板与支架组件的治具组件放入加压机中加压六个小时,使治具与产品充分粘合;
六,机台拆开上下治具,取下产品即可。

四,将粘合好的电池盖板与支架组件放入保压治具中,并扣好上下治具;
五,将扣合有电池盖板与支架组件的治具组件放入加压机中加压六个小时;
六,机台拆开上下治具,取下产品即可。
