本申请公开了一种环氧涂布纸生产方法,包括以下步骤:1)选取绝缘纸,2)配置特种改性环氧树脂,3)涂布,4)烘干,5)定性处理,6)收卷,7)分切,通过本发明的环氧涂布纸生产方法制造出来的环氧涂布纸能够提高油浸式变压器层间绝缘的耐压水平,减少了介质损耗,增强变压器线圈的结构强度,提高变压器运行的可靠性,降低了油浸式变压器的生产成本。

环氧涂布纸生产方法
技术领域
本公开一般涉及变压器领域,具体涉及变压器绝缘纸领域,尤其涉及一种环氧涂布纸生产方法。
背景技术
油浸式电力变压器绕组线圈层间绝缘一般均采用电缆纸。当前主要使用的电缆纸规格有0.08mm和0.13mm两种。在变压器的生产中,为了尽量减少电缆纸使用规格种类,便于采购生产。当前在变压器生产行业中,通常均采用0.08mm电缆纸进行使用且电缆纸的张数的选取一般参照浸油后其击穿电压为4.75kV/张,从而造成各绕组线圈层间均由多层的电缆纸进行绝缘隔离,但传统的绕组结构导致在铺设电缆纸时,由于绕组线圈结构设计不合理,从而导致在满足绝缘等级需要时,电缆纸使用量较大。一方面在成了电缆纸的浪费,另一方面也造成变压器绕组结构体积增加,从而影响变压器的整体结构及自重,生产成本也随之增加,同时也导致变压器运行时温升显著且散热效果较差。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中的上述缺陷或不足,期望提供一种降低变压器生产成本、提高变压器使用寿命的环氧涂布纸的生产方法。
第一方面,一种环氧涂布纸生产方法,包括以下步骤:
1)选取绝缘纸;
2)配置特种改性环氧树脂:按重量份数计,选取以下组分的原料,
0194环氧树脂:45~55份,
F46环氧树脂:15~25份,
601环氧树脂:10~20份,
594固化剂:5~15份,
二氨基二苯砜:3~7份,
将上述原料充分混合并升温至160~170℃,进行充分反应,反应时间为1min;
3)涂布:在绝缘纸表面全幅涂以上述配置好的特种改性环氧树脂,制作环氧涂布纸;
4)烘干:将上述环氧涂布纸进行烘干处理,烘干温度为168~172℃,环氧涂布纸经过烘干设备的速度为20m/min;
5)定性处理:将经过步骤4)烘干处理的环氧涂布纸进行雾化处理,控制环氧涂布纸的含水率为6~8%;
6)收卷:将上述环氧涂布纸进行收卷;
7)分切:将环氧涂布纸进行分切。
根据本申请实施例提供的技术方案,通过本发明的环氧涂布纸生产方法制造出来的环氧涂布纸能够提高油浸式变压器层间绝缘的耐压水平,减少了介质损耗,增强变压器线圈的结构强度,提高变压器运行的可靠性,降低了油浸式变压器的生产成本。

下面结合实施例对本申请作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明,而非对该发明的限定。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考实施例来详细说明本申请。
实施例一
一种环氧涂布纸生产方法包括以下步骤:
1)选取绝缘纸,绝缘纸密度为1.1g/m3
2)配置特种改性环氧树脂:按重量份数计,选取以下组分的原料,
0194环氧树脂:45份,
F46环氧树脂:15份,
601环氧树脂:10份,
594固化剂:5份,
二氨基二苯砜:3份,
将上述原料充分混合并升温至160℃,进行充分反应,反应时间为1min;
3)涂布:在绝缘纸表面全幅涂以上述配置好的特种改性环氧树脂,制作环氧涂布纸;
4)烘干:将上述环氧涂布纸进行烘干处理,烘干温度为168~172℃,环氧涂布纸经过烘干设备的速度为20m/min;
5)定性处理:将经过步骤4)烘干处理的环氧涂布纸进行雾化处理,控制环氧涂布纸的含水率为6~8%;
6)收卷:将上述环氧涂布纸进行收卷;
7)分切:将环氧涂布纸进行分切。
实施例二
一种环氧涂布纸生产方法包括以下步骤:
1)选取绝缘纸,绝缘纸密度为2.1g/m3
2)配置特种改性环氧树脂:按重量份数计,选取以下组分的原料,
0194环氧树脂:55份,
F46环氧树脂:25份,
601环氧树脂:20份,
594固化剂:15份,
二氨基二苯砜:7份,
将上述原料充分混合并升温至170℃,进行充分反应,反应时间为1min;
3)涂布:在绝缘纸表面全幅涂以上述配置好的特种改性环氧树脂,制作环氧涂布纸;
4)烘干:将上述环氧涂布纸进行烘干处理,烘干温度为172℃,环氧涂布纸经过烘干设备的速度为20m/min;
5)定性处理:将经过步骤4)烘干处理的环氧涂布纸进行雾化处理,控制环氧涂布纸的含水率为6~8%;
6)收卷:将上述环氧涂布纸进行收卷;
7)分切:将环氧涂布纸进行分切。
实施例三
一种环氧涂布纸生产方法包括以下步骤:
1)选取绝缘纸,绝缘纸密度为1.5g/m3
2)配置特种改性环氧树脂:按重量份数计,选取以下组分的原料,
0194环氧树脂:50份,
F46环氧树脂:20份,
601环氧树脂:15份,
594固化剂:10份,
二氨基二苯砜:5份,
将上述原料充分混合并升温至170℃,进行充分反应,反应时间为1min;
3)涂布:在绝缘纸表面全幅涂以上述配置好的特种改性环氧树脂,制作环氧涂布纸;
4)烘干:将上述环氧涂布纸进行烘干处理,烘干温度为172℃,环氧涂布纸经过烘干设备的速度为20m/min;
5)定性处理:将经过步骤4)烘干处理的环氧涂布纸进行雾化处理,控制环氧涂布纸的含水率为6~8%;
6)收卷:将上述环氧涂布纸进行收卷;
7)分切:将环氧涂布纸进行分切。
根据本发明环氧涂布纸生产方法生产出来的环氧涂布纸提高了变压器层间绝缘的耐压水平,变压器的介质损耗较低,增强变压器线圈的结构强度,降低了变压器运行时的噪音,节能环保,提高了变压器的可靠性,降低油浸式变压器生产成本。

1.一种环氧涂布纸生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)选取绝缘纸;
2)配置特种改性环氧树脂:按重量份数计,选取以下组分的原料,
0194环氧树脂:45~55份,
F46环氧树脂:15~25份,
601环氧树脂:10~20份,
594固化剂:5~15份,
二氨基二苯砜:3~7份,
将上述原料充分混合并升温至160~170℃,进行充分反应,反应时间为1min;
3)涂布:在绝缘纸表面全幅涂以上述配置好的特种改性环氧树脂,制作环氧涂布纸;
4)烘干:将上述环氧涂布纸进行烘干处理,烘干温度为168~172℃,环氧涂布纸经过烘干设备的速度为20m/min;
5)定性处理:将经过步骤4)烘干处理的环氧涂布纸进行雾化处理,控制环氧涂布纸的含水率为6~8%;
6)收卷:将上述环氧涂布纸进行收卷;
7)分切:将环氧涂布纸进行分切。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环氧涂布纸生产方法,其特征在于,所述绝缘纸密度大于1.0g/m3
3.根据权利要求1所述的环氧涂布纸生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中,各原料组分如下,按重量份数计,
0194环氧树脂:50份,
F46环氧树脂:20份,
601环氧树脂:15份,
594固化剂:10份,
二氨基二苯砜:5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环氧涂布纸生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4)中,烘干温度为170℃。
