本发明公开了一种耐低温电缆,包括有矩形空心橡胶骨架,在矩形空心橡胶骨架的前后边分别开有内凹的半圆形凹槽,在左右边分别开有外凸的半圆形凹槽,在矩形空心橡胶骨架的中心设有主线芯,在两个内凹的半圆形凹槽内均设有控制线芯,在两个外凸的半圆形凹槽内侧和外侧均设有动力线芯,矩形空心橡胶骨架、主线芯、控制线芯和动力线芯共同构成缆芯,所述的主线芯是在主导体外依次包覆有硅橡胶绝缘层和铝镁合金丝编织屏蔽层构成的,所述的控制线芯是在控制导体外侧依次包覆有交联聚乙烯绝缘层和铜塑复合带绕包层构成的,所述的动力线芯包括有动力导体。本发明通过使用高阻燃玻璃纤维填充层和珠光砂复合填充层,大大的减少了电缆自燃的可能性。

本发明涉及电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐低温电缆。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,人们对生活中的安全越来越重视,防火安全也越来越重要和迫切,在火灾发生事件中,电缆的自燃而引发的火灾占很大比例,因此,电缆的耐火性能是非常重要的,另外还要防止电缆在低温环境下工作时开裂。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种耐低温电缆。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种耐低温电缆,包括有矩形空心橡胶骨架,在矩形空心橡胶骨架的前后边分别开有内凹的半圆形凹槽,在左右边分别开有外凸的半圆形凹槽,在矩形空心橡胶骨架的中心设有主线芯,在两个内凹的半圆形凹槽内均设有控制线芯,在两个外凸的半圆形凹槽内侧和外侧均设有动力线芯,矩形空心橡胶骨架、主线芯、控制线芯和动力线芯共同构成缆芯,所述的主线芯是在主导体外依次包覆有硅橡胶绝缘层和铝镁合金丝编织屏蔽层构成的,所述的控制线芯是在控制导体外侧依次包覆有交联聚乙烯绝缘层和铜塑复合带绕包层构成的,所述的动力线芯包括有动力导体,在动力导体外依次包覆有丁腈聚氯乙烯绝缘层和铝带联锁铠装层,将两根动力导体对绞后包有椭圆形橡胶骨架构成动力线芯,在所述的缆芯的外侧依次包覆有珠光砂复合填充层、涤纶丝编织层、高阻燃玻璃纤维填充层和耐寒丁腈护套。
所述的主导体、控制导体和动力导体均是由多股镀锡铜丝束绞而成的。
本发明的优点是:本发明通过使用高阻燃玻璃纤维填充层和珠光砂复合填充层,大大的减少了电缆自燃的可能性,提高电缆隔热性能。

如图1所示,一种耐低温电缆,包括有矩形空心橡胶骨架1,在矩形空心橡胶骨架1的前后边分别开有内凹的半圆形凹槽2,在左右边分别开有外凸的半圆形凹槽3,在矩形空心橡胶骨架1的中心设有主线芯,在两个内凹的半圆形凹槽2内均设有控制线芯,在两个外凸的半圆形凹槽3内侧和外侧均设有动力线芯,矩形空心橡胶骨架1、主线芯、控制线芯和动力线芯共同构成缆芯,所述的主线芯是在主导体4外依次包覆有硅橡胶绝缘层5和铝镁合金丝编织屏蔽层6构成的,所述的控制线芯是在控制导体7外侧依次包覆有交联聚乙烯绝缘层8和铜塑复合带绕包层9构成的,所述的动力线芯包括有动力导体10,在动力导体10外依次包覆有丁腈聚氯乙烯绝缘层11和铝带联锁铠装层12,将两根动力导体10对绞后包有椭圆形橡胶骨架13构成动力线芯,在所述的缆芯的外侧依次包覆有珠光砂复合填充层14、涤纶丝编织层15、高阻燃玻璃纤维填充层16和耐寒丁腈护套17。
所述的主导体4、控制导体7和动力导体10均是由多股镀锡铜丝束绞而成的。

1.一种耐低温电缆,其特征在于:包括有矩形空心橡胶骨架,在矩形空心橡胶骨架的前后边分别开有内凹的半圆形凹槽,在左右边分别开有外凸的半圆形凹槽,在矩形空心橡胶骨架的中心设有主线芯,在两个内凹的半圆形凹槽内均设有控制线芯,在两个外凸的半圆形凹槽内侧和外侧均设有动力线芯,矩形空心橡胶骨架、主线芯、控制线芯和动力线芯共同构成缆芯,所述的主线芯是在主导体外依次包覆有硅橡胶绝缘层和铝镁合金丝编织屏蔽层构成的,所述的控制线芯是在控制导体外侧依次包覆有交联聚乙烯绝缘层和铜塑复合带绕包层构成的,所述的动力线芯包括有动力导体,在动力导体外依次包覆有丁腈聚氯乙烯绝缘层和铝带联锁铠装层,将两根动力导体对绞后包有椭圆形橡胶骨架构成动力线芯,在所述的缆芯的外侧依次包覆有珠光砂复合填充层、涤纶丝编织层、高阻燃玻璃纤维填充层和耐寒丁腈护套。
