Abstract

本发明公开一种背向投射式全息投影屏,用于将从背面入射的投射光投射到观看面的投影机,包括:入射投射光的入射表面;具有观看面和多个突出部的全息板,在观看面上入射到入射表面的投射光形成可见图像,朝向观看者突出的突出部的长度沿观看面的纵轴方向或横轴方向之一延伸、并使入射到入射面的投射光被散射;形成于观看面上的多个突出部之间的栅网状光吸收部,吸收入射到观看面的外部光。据此,在观看面上显示改善了对比度的图像。

Description

全息投影屏
本发明涉及投影机的背向投射式屏,特别涉及背向投射式全息投影屏。
一般,背向投射屏用含有光漫射材质的材料作成,其中,具有双面凸透镜及菲涅耳透镜的背向投射式屏正在被广泛采用。但是,双面凸透镜及菲涅耳透镜屏的视角不宽,光学度特性也受限制。因此,有必要研究一种克服以上缺点的新的屏,作为研究结果,出现了全息屏。
全息投影屏若全部采用原板制作,不仅容易生产,而且屏的特性可自由调节,所以,这种屏几乎占据了目前使用的背向投射式屏的整个市场。
如图1A所示,为作为背向投射式屏而使用的现有的全息投影屏的立体图,图1B为图1A的A-A剖面图,该全息投影屏可以得到多种形状,但主要由菲涅耳透镜板6和全息板8构成。全息板的材料主要采用丙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)这样的透明丙烯系列的聚合物。菲涅耳透镜板6处于比全息板8更接近投射光源侧,在距光源较远的表面具有使从光源发出的投射光的焦点各不相同的凹凸形状。因此,通过菲涅耳透镜6的投射光在屏表面具有大致均一的光分布特性。从菲涅耳透镜板6出来的投射光入射到全息板8。全息板8形成全息投影屏的观看面(Viewing Surface)、具有使从菲涅耳透镜板6入射的光散射,形成图像的漫射板功能。构成全息板8的突出部4突设于屏的观看面,具有与全息板8的垂直轴平行地延伸的形状。突出部4沿屏幕的纵向离开一定间隔地排列。从菲涅耳透镜板6入射的光几乎全部穿过突出部4。这样,入射到全息板8的投射光通过上述突出部4就被散射而形成可见图像。
但是,由于存在外部光(ambient light),使得聚集到全息投射屏的图像并不能全部清晰地观看到,即图像的对比度低。
本发明是为解决上述问题而提出的,其目的在于提供一种改善图像对比度、可得到优良图像的全息投影屏。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的将从背面投射的投射光投射到观看面的投影机的背向投射式全息投影屏包括:入射投射光的入射表面;具有观看面和多个突出部的全息板,入射到入射表面的投射光在所述观看面上形成可见图像。所述突出部朝向观看者突设于所述观看面并使入射到入射表面的投射光被散射:栅网状光吸收部,形成于所述观看面上的所述多个突出部之间,吸收入射到所述观看面的外部光。
下面根据附图详细说明本发明的实施方式。
图1A是现有的全息投影屏的立体图;图1B为图1A所示屏的A-A剖面图:
图2A为本发明的优选实施例的全息投影屏的立体图,图2B为图2A所示屏的B-B剖面图。
参照图2A、2B,全息投影屏具有菲涅耳透镜板6、全息板8及多个突出部4。多个突出部4如图1所示,突设于屏的观看面,具有与全息板8的垂直轴平行延长的形状。突出部4沿屏的纵向设有一定间隔地排列。
而且,全息板8包括形成于多个突出部之间的多个光吸收部14,用于吸收从屏的外部入射到观看面的外部光。在不使用光吸收部14的情况下,从外部入射到观看面的外部光在观看面引起乱反射,因此,使在全息板8的观看面形成的图像的对比度恶化。
因此,为了防止由外部光引起的图像对比度的恶化,而使用了光吸收部14。光吸收部14对于从菲涅耳透镜板6入射的光而言,实际上使其基本上不能穿过观看面。所以,光吸收部14即使在占有观看面一部分的情况下,也不会带来光吸收部14所占据的表面积那么大的光损失,因此,图2A的全息投影屏对于从光源(未图示)来的投射光而言,可保持大致相同的增益。
各光吸收部14通过涂层而形成图2B所示的全息板8的观看面,具有图2A所示的栅网(mat)形状。优选的光吸收部14由具有将入射的外部光完全吸收的光学特性物质构成。因此,本发明的实施例中的光吸收部14使用对光吸收性高的黑色物质制作而成。该光吸收部14占有全息投影屏整体观看面25%的面积。在观看面,光吸收部14所占有的表面积可以更大。但是,越扩大光吸收部14所占有的表面积,则造成在观看面形成的图像的亮度恶化的危险性也越大,所以,较佳情况是大约占25%的表面积。
虽然上述实施例是就长度沿垂直方向延伸的突出部4及突出部4之间的光吸收部14所作的说明。但是,突出部的长度沿水平方向延伸、在各突出部之间以与所述实施例相同的方式排列光吸收部,这种变形对本行业的技术人员来说是显而易见的。
上述实施例的全息投影屏具有菲涅耳透镜板6和全息板8,但是,因全息板8可以制作成使光源的投射光沿特定方向传播的形式,所以,只由全息板8便可以设计成为本发明的全息投影屏。
如以上所述,本发明的全息投影屏通过形成吸收各突出部之间的外部光的多个光吸收部,可以使在观看面形成的图像的对比度得到改善。

Claims (5)

1.一种投影机的背向投射式全息投影屏,将从背面入射的投射光射到观看面,包括:入射投射光的入射表面;具有观看面和多个突出部的全息板,入射到入射表面的投射光在所述观看面上形成可见图像,所述多个突出部的长度在观看面上沿纵轴方向或横轴方向之一延伸;多个光吸收部,用于吸收入射到所述观看面的外部光;其特征在于,
所述突出部朝向观看者突设于所述观看面上,并使入射到入射表面的投射光被散射;
多个所述光吸收部形成于所述观看面上的所述多个突出部之间,并相邻突出部间存在的多个所述光吸收部分别为栅网状。
2.如权利要求1所述的全息投影屏,其特征在于,所述多个光吸收部自身完全吸收入射的外部光。
3.如权利要求2所述的全息投影屏,其特征在于,所述多个光吸收部占有所述观看面所具有的全表面积的25%。
4.如权利要求1所述的全息投影屏,其特征在于,所述多个光吸收部为黑色物质涂层。
5.如权利要求1所述的全息投影屏,其特征在于,还包括将从背面入射的投射光聚集到所述全息板的入射表面的菲涅耳透镜板。
