本发明提供了一种双控制阀式变量泵,包括变量泵本体和双控制阀式装置,所述双控制阀式装置包括ECU及其电连接的计量阀、传感器和压力控制阀,所述变量泵本体的一端连接凸轮,另一端分别连接低压油管的输出端和高压油管的输入端,所述高压油管上方安装所述传感器,所述高压油管的旁通油路上安装所述压力控制阀,所述低压油管的入口位置安装所述计量阀。本发明创造所述的双控制阀式变量泵,可以满足燃油喷射系统燃油压力的稳定,从而实现各缸喷油规律的精确柔性控制,同时系统能够根据喷射需要及时产生高压,而不是在油轨中一直保持高压,从而降低了燃油系统的加工难度,提高了系统的安全性,具有很强的可操作性。

一种双控制阀式变量泵
技术领域
本发明属于发动机燃油喷射系统领域,尤其是涉及一种用于改善燃油压力稳定性及提高燃油喷射能力的双控制阀式变量泵。
背景技术
柴油机需要通过提高燃烧效率来满足越来越低的排放法规并且满足降低燃油消耗的要求。实现高效燃烧的关键因素是优化燃油喷射过程。目前使用的高压共轨燃油喷射系统大多是单阀控制变量泵的燃油喷射系统,其油轨压力及喷油量都难以实现精确控制。由于高压共轨喷油器每次喷油均会造成油轨压力的波动,势必会影响各缸燃油的喷油速率和喷油量,从而影响燃烧特性。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种双控制阀式变量泵,以实现喷射压力、喷油开启和关闭压力的快速动态调节,进而改善燃油喷射过程。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种双控制阀式变量泵,包括变量泵本体和双控制阀式装置,所述双控制阀式装置包括ECU及其电连接的计量阀、传感器和压力控制阀,所述变量泵本体的一端连接凸轮,所述变量泵本体的另一端分别连接低压油管的输出端和高压油管的输入端,所述高压油管的输出端经蓄压腔后连接喷油器,所述蓄压腔上方安装所述传感器,所述高压油管的旁通油路上安装所述压力控制阀,所述旁通油路的一端连接至低压回油装置,所述低压油管的输入端用来连接输油泵,所述低压油管的入口位置安装所述计量阀。
进一步的,所述变量泵本体为柱塞式变量泵。
进一步的,所述变量泵本体还与所述低压回油装置通过油管连接。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的一种双控制阀式变量泵具有以下优势:
(1)本发明创造所述的双控制阀式变量泵,可以满足燃油喷射系统燃油压力的稳定,从而实现各缸喷油规律的精确柔性控制,同时系统能够根据喷射需要及时产生高压,而不是在油轨中一直保持高压,从而降低了燃油系统的加工难度,提高了系统的安全性,具有很强的可操作性。

一种双控制阀式变量泵,如图1所示,包括变量泵本体2和双控制阀式装置,所述双控制阀式装置包括ECU及其电连接的计量阀1、传感器4和压力控制阀5,所述变量泵本体2的一端连接凸轮3,所述变量泵本体2的另一端分别连接低压油管6的输出端和高压油管7的输入端,所述高压油管7的输出端经蓄压腔后连接喷油器,所述蓄压腔上方安装所述传感器4,所述高压油管7的旁通油路上安装所述压力控制阀5,所述旁通油路的一端连接至低压回油装置,所述低压油管6的输入端用来连接输油泵,所述低压油管6的入口位置安装所述计量阀1。
所述变量泵本体2为柱塞式变量泵。
所述变量泵本体2还与所述低压回油装置通过油管连接。
一种双控制阀式变量泵工作原理为:
低压油从输油泵进入低压油管6,经由计量阀1再进入变量泵2,低压油在变量泵2和凸轮3的共同作用下压力升高为高压油再进入高压油管7,然后流经蓄压腔和传感器4最终从高压共轨喷油器喷出。
传感器4检测到蓄压腔内压力波动时会把信号传输给ECU,当压力波动超过阈值时,ECU可通过两个途径来调节压力波动:一是调节计量阀1的开度,能够控制输油泵供给变量泵2的低压油的油量,这样就从低压进油的角度进行了调控;二是调整压力控制阀5的开度调节压力控制阀5的回油量,通过控制高压油管7内的高压油量来维持蓄压腔内压力的稳定,使其波动范围降到最低值,计量阀1和压力控制阀5两者共同作用,实现了各缸喷射能力的柔性调节和喷油量的精确控制。

1.一种双控制阀式变量泵,其特征在于:包括变量泵本体(2)和双控制阀式装置,所述双控制阀式装置包括ECU及其电连接的计量阀(1)、传感器(4)和压力控制阀(5),
所述变量泵本体(2)的一端连接凸轮(3),所述变量泵本体(2)的另一端分别连接低压油管(6)的输出端和高压油管(7)的输入端,所述高压油管(7)的输出端经蓄压腔后连接喷油器,所述蓄压腔上方安装所述传感器(4),所述高压油管(7)的旁通油路上安装所述压力控制阀(5),所述旁通油路的一端连接至低压回油装置,所述低压油管(6)的输入端用来连接输油泵,所述低压油管(6)的入口位置安装所述计量阀(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双控制阀式变量泵,其特征在于:所述变量泵本体(2)为柱塞式变量泵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双控制阀式变量泵,其特征在于:所述变量泵本体(2)还与所述低压回油装置通过油管连接。
